Abstract

Community service aims to create a Literacy Village at the village level. This community service program is to provide assistance in preparing digital literacy materials for the community in the village through GEMATI-POKDESI (Gerakan Jumat Berliterasi – Pojok Desa Menginspirasi). The purpose of the activity is to provide assistance to cadets in the village environment so that they can develop a culture of community literacy through the management of digitalization of information literacy in the village corner. The method of implementing community service activities is carried out through lectures (socialization of the formation of literacy villages), information editing activities, displaying digital information on the Website. . In addition to being displayed on the Sukoharjo Village website, digital text from Sukoharjo village youth is pasted in the corner of the village. The results of the activities provide social changes in the Sukoharjo Village environment both in the fields of education, lifestyle, and community literacy culture.

Abstract

This research aims to increase the knowledge and skills of MSME players in the field of digital marketing, especially Search Engine Optimization (SEO). This research was carried out using training methods for Karang Taruna and employees of Kampung Lele Tourism in Kediri Regency. The research results show that SEO training is effective in increasing participants' knowledge and skills. Training participants are able to understand the concepts of SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO. Participants are also able to apply SEO on the Kampung Lele Tourism website.

Abstract

This community service explores the synergistic role of GBI Jemaat Asia Afrika in society, highlighting its social action initiatives. The method involves surveying target institutions, accurately assessing needs, and announcing plans during church services. Contributions are collected and distributed accordingly. This decade-long initiative targets residents of elderly homes, orphanages, and rehabilitation centers. Success indicators include meeting specific needs and receiving acknowledgment from institution managers. Post-action evaluations ensure continuous improvement. Consistent implementation of these activities demonstrates the church's ability to synergistically fulfill its mission of living, faithfulness, and service, providing meaningful support to the less fortunate and enhancing their sustainability.

Abstract

This service explores the role of self-leadership and servant leadership in developing the self-potential of teenagers at the Indonesian Huria Kristen Church (HKI) Pulo Jaba Parmaksian, Porse Toba. Using a qualitative method with a case study approach, data was collected from 30 teenagers active in the coaching program, with in-depth interviews conducted with 10 teenagers involved in leadership and service activities in the church. The results show that the coaching program is significant in developing self-leadership skills and understanding of servant leadership in adolescents, with the support of church leaders and mentors being key factors in the success of the program. Despite obstacles such as limited resources, youth enthusiasm and church support provided the impetus for further development. This research confirms the importance of integrating these two leadership approaches in developing church youth.

Abstract

Students from the D-IV K3 Study Program at the Employment Polytechnic carried out Community Service activities aimed at increasing understanding regarding the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) based on Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012. This activity was carried out for 40 employees of PT Target Kelola Securindo. The implementation method used is in the form of hybrid Project Based Learning via face-to-face and online via Zoom with lecture and question and answer methods. Based on the pretest and posttest that have been carried out, the results of this Community Service activity are in the form of an increased understanding of PT Target Kelola Securindo employees regarding the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) based on Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012.
