Abstract

This study aims to determine whether institutional ownership, company size and profitability have a simultaneous effect on debt policy. The research was conducted at property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. This study used a purposive sampling method, with the number of companies 27 x 3 years of research and a total sample of 81. The results of this study state that: Institutional ownership has no effect on debt policy, the significance value is 0.834, Profitability has a negative effect on debt policy, the significance value is 0.005. Company size has a positive and significant effect on debt policy, a significance value of 0.002. And with an Adjusted R Square value of 15.2%, conservatism is influenced by independent variables namely company size, leverage, and managerial ownership structure by 25.9%.

Abstract

Problems in political parties are very numerous, but one of them is the change between DPRD members in terms of the composition of political parties using the descriptive method of qualitative approach, using data collection techniques with interviews and informants used in this study as many as 11 people with results obtained between the time of DPRD members in terms of the composition of moving political parties in the DPD Golkar Party DPD, namely: (1). PAW proposal by party leaders to DPRD leaders. (2). Approval at the DPRD plenary meeting. (3). Verification and clarification by KPU. (4). Propose PAW to the Governor. The obstacles faced in the change between the time the DPRD members who moved political parties in the DPD Golkar Party DPD were: (1). Incomplete PAW filing file. (2). Time of inspection by relevant officials. Efforts are being made to overcome barriers to facilitate the replacement of time between DPRD members who move political parties to the Bungo Regency Golkar Party DPD, namely: (1). Complete the PAW proposal file. (2). Following-up on PAW files processed by the Governor.

Abstract

The study is titled, Political Economy at The Local With Studies about management village-owned business entity (BUMDES) in order to improve the welfare of the Imbanagara Raya village community, Ciamis Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the management of the Imbanagara Raya Village Owned business entity in improving community welfare. The theory used by researchers is political economy. Neoclassical politic economy specifically state centred approach. The research method used a qualitative research method with the technique of determining informants, namely by purposive sampling with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation, then the data obtained is reduced to be selected according to the needs for further collection and then concluded to be presented. The results of the study show that the management of the Imbanagara Raya Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) has not gone well. This can be seen from the types of businesses that have been built have not progressed. Although Imbanagara Raya Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) have not had a positive impact on the entire Imbanagara Raya Village society in improving the village economy and the welfare of the Imbanagara Raya Village society. But with the existence of BUMDes at least it can benefit by being able to provide input to the APBDes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan motivasi belajar kimia pada saat pembelajaran tatap muka dengan pembelajaran jarak jauh di SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik Kelas XII MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan tahun ajaran 2020/2021 sebanyak 77 peserta didik. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket (kuisioner) dan obsecrvasi. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif komparatif dan analisis Mann Whitney U. Berdasarkan perhitungan dengan menggunakan Mann Whitney U diperoleh nilai signifikan > 0,05 sehingga terdapat perbedaan motivasi belajar kimia yang signifikan antara pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan pembelajaran tatap muka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik apabila sudah memiliki motivasi yang datangnya dari dalam atau disebut motivasi instrinsik maka bagaimanapun bentuk pembelajarannya baik pembelajaran jarak jauh maupun pembelajaran tatap muka peserta didik akan memiliki motivasi yang tinggi terhadap pembelajaran kimia. Sedangkan apabila motivasi itu datangnya dari luar seperti variasi pembelajaran, model – model cara pemecahan masalah peserta didik lebih termotivasi jika berada di dalam kelas dengan harapan saat pembelajaran tatap muka peserta didik saling membutuhkan teman – temannya dan guru.

Abstract

Lampu lalu lintas (Traffic light) adalah lampu yang digunakan untuk mengatur kelancaran lalu lintas di suatu persimpangan dengan cara memberi kesempatan pengguna jalan masing-masing arah untuk berjalan secara bergantian. Karena fungsinya begitu penting maka lampu lalulintas harus dikendalikan atau dikontrol semudah dan seefisien mungkin guna memperlancar arus lalu lintas disuatu parsimpangan jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan dapat mensimulasikan lampu lalu lintas menggunakan proteus dan arduino, penelitian ini dilakukani dengan mmenggunakan metode studi literatur berbasis digital menggunakan aplikasi.adapun tahapan pada penelitaian ini dilakukan dengan cara observasi, studi pustaka dan percobaan. Hasil penelitian yaitu dapat mensimulasikan lampu lalu lintas menggunakan proteus dan arduino dengan baik. Arduino UNO dan Proteus Profesional dapat menjadi alternative dalam mensimulasikan cara kerja juga pemograman untuk melihat mekanisme kerja lampu lalu lintas di persimpangan jalan.
