Abstract

This research discusses bullying behavior in children. The aim of this research is to determine efforts to prevent bullying among children in Tanjungpinang City. In this research, the method used is a qualitative research method. To find data in this research, interviews were conducted with PUSPAGA regarding efforts to prevent bullying among children which is rampant in Tanjungpinang City. So that prevention efforts are provided to minimize the occurrence of bullying in children. Bullying behavior can have negative impacts on children, such as mental disorders, trauma, not wanting to go to school because they are afraid of being bullied, and physical injury. The many problems regarding bullying behavior that occur among children is proof that there is still a lot of bullying occurring among children. So this research discusses cases of bullying that occur at a child's age.

Abstract

This research aims to provide assistance and education to prospective couples who want to get married when they are children in the city of Tanjungpinang. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. In this research, to find data, interviews were conducted with PUSPAGA regarding the assistance and education provided to couples at the age of children, and it was found that the cause of marriage between couples at the age of children was pregnancy out of wedlock. So that assistance and education are provided to couples at the age of children, in order to improve parental skills and the quality of child care for couples at the age of children, as well as minimizing the occurrence of divorce and preventing the next generation from marrying at the age of children in Tanjungpinang City Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine: (1) How community involvement, accountability, and transparency affect village budget distribution management in Jambi Luar Kota District villages concurrently. (2) How accountability affects village money distribution management in Jambi Luar Kota District communities. (3) The impact of openness on the administration of village budget distribution in the Jambi Luar Kota subdistrict's communities. (4) The impact of village fund allocation management and community involvement in Jambi Luar Kota District villages. Data from surveys and documents were used in this study to gather information on community engagement, accountability, and transparency. This study employed both primary and secondary data sources.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work motivation and work stress on the job satisfaction of XYZ Jombang High School teachers. The population in this study was 31 teachers, while the sample was 31 respondents using saturated sampling techniques. The data was collected using a questionnaire method, which was then analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results of the research showed that partially work motivation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while the work stress variable had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Simultaneously, the variables of work motivation and work stress influence the job satisfaction of XYZ Jombang High School teachers. The results of the coefficient of determination analysis obtained 0.166 or 16.6%, which means that the contribution of work motivation and work stress variables to job satisfaction is 16.6%, while the remainder is influenced by other factors outside this regression model.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the physical work environment, non-physical work environment and workload on the job satisfaction of PT United Rope Medan employees. The research method used is a quantitative method. The sample in the study was 76 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The analysis techniques used are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The research results show that the physical work environment, non-physical work environment and workload have a significant and positive effect, both partially and simultaneously, on employee job satisfaction. Through the adjusted R Square value, it is known that the physical work environment, non-physical work environment and workload contribute 52.4% to employee job satisfaction and the remaining 47.6% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The best food for a baby's growth is breast milk.. Problems in breastfeeding are socio-cultural factors and knowledge. Transverse Sectional Research. 30 mothers with The age range of the sample's children was from 6-24 months utilizing the method of total sampling. The independent variables are tingkat kesadaran sosiokultural. Variabel yang terikat adalah exclusive breastfeeding. It used knowledge and socio-cultural questionnaire. The Kolmogorov Smirnov test on the variable knowledge of exclusive breastfeeding obtained a ρvalue of 0.001 <0.05 (ρ<α). Meanwhile, the Fisher's Exact test on socio-cultural variables on exclusive breastfeeding obtained a ρvalue of 0.000 <0.05 (ρ<α). When mother's knowledge’s high, motivated to give exclusive breastfeeding. The mother's social culture and degree of knowledge regarding exclusive breastfeeding are related.

Abstract

The aim of this research is so that the government's role in actualizing the PKH (Family Hope Program) program in the villages of Tinelo, Tilango, Gorontalo can be known during its implementation. With a research focus, namely coordination, data validation, and data distribution. The type of research used to discuss and process information in this research is descriptive qualitative. Meanwhile, the method used to collect information is by observation, interviews, and also literature review. The technique used to analyze data is qualitative analysis according to the type of research. The results obtained from the conclusion are that the role of the village government in implementing the Family Hope Program (PKH) has not been effective. This can be seen from the aspect that coordination has not been effective, data validity has not been effective, and aid distribution has not been effective in Tinelo Village, Tilango District, Gorontalo Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of human capital and total quality management on managerial performance with the reward system as a moderating variable. The form of research used is quantitative with an associative approach. The population in this study used the Slovin formula with a total of 36 respondents as samples. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis methods used are instrument testing, classical assumption testing, moderated regression analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS. The results of the research conducted show that human capital and total quality management have a partially significant effect on managerial performance at PT Pegadaian Regional Office I Medan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Job Stress and Job Insecurity on Turnover Intention at PT. Pelindo Multi Terminal. The influence of Job Stress and Job Insecurity will be analyzed partially and simultaneously on Turnover Intention. The form of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were employees of PT. Pelindo Multi Terminal, totaling 179 people, with a sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling with a sample size of 65. The results of the research show that Job stress and Job insecurity have a significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on Turnover Intention at PT Pelindo Multiterminal. The coefficient of determination test shows that There is a close relationship between Job Stress and Job Insecurity with an R value of 0.633.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the punishment system, training, and perceived organizational support on the employee discipline. The form of research used is quantitative with an associative approach. Research sampling using the Slovin formula with a total of 63 respondents as samples. The primary data used in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires directly and secondary data were obtained through literature studies. Data analysis methods in research use instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear analysis tests and hypothesis tests using SPSS. The results of the study showed that the variables of punishment system and perceived organizational support had a significant partial effect on the work discipline of PT Pelindo Multi Terminal employees. And the training variable has no significant effect on work discipline.
