Abstract

At the beginning of operation, a main rotor blade on helicopter is certainly in the best condition. When it gets older, the main rotor blade condition will decrease because of the presence of bent, material fatigue and human error during operation. Based on the background, it is necessary to identify the level of reliability of main rotor blade on the Bell 412 helicopter using the normal distribution method. The research data were the age of components of main rotor blade on Bell 412 helicopter during 27 years.Based on the analysis of calculation of the reliability level, employing the normal distribution method and using Microsoft Excel, the reliability value (R) of all serial numbers of Bell 412 helicopter main rotor blade was 99%, which indicates the reliability of the Bell 412 helicopter main rotor blade is very good.

Abstract

Listrik merupakan kebutuhan primer, sehingga Pemerintah Pusat didalam hal ini dibawah menteri ESDM bertanggung jawab atas pemenuhan kebutuhan ini dengan cara mengeluarkan Undang undang  tentang penyediaan energi listrik seperti yang tertuang dalam Undang-Undang No. 30 tahun 2009 tentang ketenagalistrikan. Pemda baik Kabupaten dan Kabupaten/Kota Mempunyai peran membuat kebijakan berdasarkan  kajian potensi energi listrik yang dimiliki gunakan untuk menjaga penyediaan energi listrik dari sekarang. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang potensi pembangkit energi listrik yang bersumber dari energi terbarukan Biomass di Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Tujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran potensi energi baru terbarukan yang ada di Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang dan dapat menentukan kebijakan energi listrik untuk pembangunan penyediaan energi listrik yang tepat dan efektif. metode penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Produksi sawit pada tahun 2013 mencapai 6.735.795,45 ton denganjumlah lahan 393.990 ha Setiap hektar kebun kelapa sawit menghasilkan 17 ton  tandan buah segar dan setiap Hektar lahan ditanami 148 pohon sawit dengan demikian untuk setiap pohon kelapa sawit menghasilan 115 kg/tahun. Sehingga dengan jumlah produksi yang bersar tersebut maka didapatkan energi listrik yang terbangkit dari potensi limbah produksi kelapa sawit adalah 1.573 MWh. Potensi ini dapat membantu pemenuhan energi nasional 35 Ribu MWh

Abstract

Airport Rescue & Fire Fighting equipment at Adi Soemarmo International Airport, Operational Vehicle PKP-PK, the number of main vehicles is 3 units, and 6 supporting units meet the standard requirements that have been determined according to the PKP-PK category at Adi Soemarmo Airport, namely category 8. it has a Daily Checklist of operational equipment in each main vehicle and support vehicle. Supporting Facilities for Airport Rescue & Fire Fighting totaled 194 where required for category 8 was 167 but there were still some shortcomings of the equipment needed. This can be shown in the table, namely the types of hydraulic / electrical (or combination) portable rescue equipment, oxygen resuscitation, and thermal imaging cameras. There are 380 Supporting Reserve Facilities for Rescue & Fire Fighting where the minimum equipment required is 355 but there is a lack of equipment, namely Proximity suit, Resuscitator, Helmet, and Binocular equipment.

Abstract

Based on the test data, it can be seen that the average stress value on the carbon fiber composite with the fiber direction of 0 ° -30 ° -60 ° has the highest tensile stress value in the TA 2 specimen, namely 121.439 MPa, the highest strain value in the TA 1 specimen is 0.031, the value The highest modulus of elasticity in the TA 3 specimen is 438,460 MPa, while for the fiber direction 0 ° -45 ° -90 ° the highest tensile stress value in the TB 3 specimen is 670.691 MPa, the highest strain value in the TB 3 specimen is 0.096, the highest elasticity modulus value in the specimen TB1 is 1076,993 MPa.

Abstract

Airport aprons, aprons, ramps, or asphalt, are areas of an airport where aircraft are parked, unloaded or loaded, refueled, or ridden. Although the use of an apron is covered by regulations, such as lighting on a vehicle, it is usually more accessible to users than a runway or taxiway. The method used is to look at the rules or regulations in force in Indonesia, namely on Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Udara, No : SKEP/77/VI/2005 about Persyaratan Teknis Pengoperasian Fasilitas Teknik Bandar Udara. In this study, the extent of apron needs with the ability to accommodate 2 to 3 aircraft will be calculated. If the calculation results use aircraft specifications N219 (Nurtanio) and Stemme S-15, the Clearance between aircraft ready to takeoff is 556.5 m2.

Abstract

The process of making composites into several main stages, namely preparation of tools, cutting of specimens. Then the base (glass) is cleaned and coated with molding wax and PVA. Mix the resin with the addition of variations of fly ash 0%, 10%, 20% and 30%. Next, apply resin and glass fiber to the base (glass) for up to 3 layers then press it. After 12 hours remove the specimen and cut it to size

Abstract

Unmanned Aerial Vechicle (UAV) is one of the types an aircraft. Trainer is part of an airplane where the aircraft is controlled by a remote control for its flight. One of the things that must be considred in design an airplane is strength and and resistance of the wing structure in accepting distributed aircraft loads. In addition to the structural design and load, the material to be used can have an effect. The process is starting from modification of the aircraft wing using CATIA V5R20 which is then carried out analysis of the wing structure by being given the aircraft load using ANSYS 19. The largest structural value is in the Joiner section of 7,967 with manuvering load and smallest value is 0,026 on the Spar section. Margin of safety smallest value in the spar when its manuver. After analysis it is continued with the manufacturing process according to the design that has been made.

Abstract

Pengujian yang dilakukan hanya untuk mendapatkan nilai kekuatan sambungan atau kekuatan penggabungan terhadap uji tarik. Dari data yang diperoleh, nilai rata– rata yang didapatkan pada spesimen yang menggunakan metode adhesive bonding adalah sudut 0 18,355. Sudut 30 27,665 sudut 45 23,354 sudut 60 18,781. Hal ini dapat diliat dari mode kegagalan yang dialami oleh sambungan atau penggabungan tersebut. Metode adhesive bonding memiliki perbedaan besar nilai kekuatan antara spesimen sudut 0 , sudut 30 ,sudut 45 , sudut 60 Nilai rata-rata kekuatan tarik yang dimiliki oleh spesimen adalah sudut 0 18,355. Sudut 30 27,665 sudut 45 23,354 sudut 60 18,781 yang terbesar ialah sudut 30 sebesar 37,665 dan yg terendah sudut 0 18,35.

Abstract

Modes of air transportation are also an option for making Hajj and Umrah trips in Indonesia. At this time the Supadio International Airport is extending the runway which was originally 2250 meters to 2600 meters. So, it is expected to be able to operate A330-300 aircraft for Hajj and Umrah flights. The method used in this research uses the calculation of ARFL (Aerodrome Reference Field Length), ACN-PCN (Aircraft Classification Number-Pavement Classification Number), runway width analysis and runway strips analysis From the results of research and analysis conducted with the runway extension of 2600m × 45m with runway shoulders 2m and PCN number 51/F/D/X/T A330-300 aircraft cannot operate at Supadio International Airport. So, that the runway development needs to be developed to 3097m × 45m with runway shoulders 7,5m and PCN number of 89/F/D/X/T. So, that A330- 300 aircraft can operate for Hajj flights in Pontianak

Abstract

To provide a reliability and service from PT. Indonesia Air Transport & Infrastructure, operators have to make sure the condition of all the systems and the components of EC 155 B1 is serviceable. However, there is still a bunch of unusual repetitive defect that recorded and mostly it came from the most critical system that can occur an incident at any time. In this study discussed on EC 155 B1’s component Reliability Analysis Method Using Reliability Control Program (RCP), Reliability Control Program is the reliability of aircraft system by determining which component that has to be concern by define the Upper Control Limits (Alert Value). From the calculation of RCP, ATA Chapter 62 Main Rotor is the most defected.
