Abstract

According to Islamic economics, the goal of this research was to establish the influence that a person's lifestyle, social media, and social surroundings have on their purchasing behavior while the epidemic is ongoing. In this research, quantitative methods and associative approaches have been used. For the purpose of data collection, questionnaires have been employed, and both the population and the sample have consisted of 94 individuals. Multiple linear regression was the approach that was utilized to analyze the data. The findings of this research indicate that the Lifestyle Variable (X1) has a significant effect on Consumption Behavior. This is demonstrated by the t count value of 3.422 > t table 1.986 with a significant value of 0.008 0.05. Additionally, the findings of this research indicate that the Social Media Variable (X2) has a significant influence on Consumption Behavior. This consumption behavior is evidenced by the t-count value, which is 4.299 > t table 1.986 with a significant value of 0.007 0.05, the Social Environment Variable (X3) has a significant influence on consumption behavior, this is evidenced by the t-count value, which is 5.919 > t table, and the significance of this influence is shown by the value 0.007 0.05. The variables of Lifestyle, Social Media, and Social Environment all have a simultaneous and substantial impact on Consumption Behavior. The value of 1.986 indicates that this influence is significant, and the significant value is 0.000 0.05. Consumption of 55.8%, as well as the concept of consumption in Islamic Economics for the purpose of fulfilling the many requirements of human existence, meaning that requirements take priority over preferences. When compared to contemporary economics, which places an exclusive emphasis on materialistic pursuits, there is a substantial divergence. The principle in Islam regarding consumption, is governed by five main principles, namely: justice, modesty, morality, cleanliness, and generosity. Abstract

Perspectives and ways of behaving are the solidarity of an individual's personality which is framed by propensity ordinary. Pioneering conduct is impacted by inward and outer variables. These variables are possession freedoms (property right, PR), capacities/capabilities (skill/capacity,), and motivating forces while outside factors incorporate the climate in this way Attitudes and conduct can be changed without anyone else and/or there are natural tensions/impacts. there is an impact from inside themselves and from outside the climate to relate then develop indi mentalities and explicit ways of behaving. It is important to expect independent ventures' hardships by leading an exact concentrate on the enterprising soul, innovative qualities, and appraisal of pioneering conduct that might influence the acknowledgment of freedom endeavors. This study intends to investigate the impact of pioneering soul and enterprising qualities on innovative way of behaving to make business autonomy. The discoveries show that the pioneering soul impacts innovative way of behaving and positive roundabout impact on the business freedom. Abstract

Capital structure is a comparison between foreign capital and own capital. In principle, the company needs funding both from outside which is debt and from within which is joint capital, therefore the company must determine and compile how much capital the company must need. This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, business risk and sales growth on the capital structure of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020 partially and simultaneously. This study uses quantitative data types obtained from secondary data with sample data collection techniques through purposive sampling method. This research method uses descriptive method with data analysis tool using multiple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that profitability as proxied by ROE has an insignificant negative effect on capital structure, business risk has a significant negative effect on capital structure and sales growth has an insignificant negative effect on capital structure. Meanwhile, simultaneously (together) profitability, business risk and sales growth affect the capital structure of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020. Abstract

This study was conducted to determine whether the utilization of zakat carried out by Dompet Dhuafa Waspada (DDW) in collaboration with UPZ Bank SUMUT through0the achievement scholarship program has been running optimally or not. This study use a descriptive approach0with the type of research is qualitative, so the data analysis used is0descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that the achievement scholarship program run by DDW in collaboration with UPZ Bank SUMUT has been running optimally. It is evident from the amount of funds obtained since 2017-2020 which has increased, as well as all the efforts they have made to make this program better and more effective. Then this achievement scholarship program has also resulted in significant changes to the lives of the scholarship beneficiaries, starting from the assistance in education costs, increasing skills and knowledge about entrepreneurship. However, there is still a need for further improvements in the implementation of this program so that this program continues to improve and be more optimal. Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the analysis of the promotion mix on the marketing of goods and services as well as the forms of construction services that exist at PT. Khafi Multi Mighty. The type of method in this research is a qualitative type with a descriptive approach that is directed to be explained in greater detail about the actual situation that occurs in the field. This study also conducted direct interviews addressed to the Director of the company PT. Khafi Multi Mighty. This study shows the results that the promotion mix has not been implemented by employees so that it does not have a significant effect on service marketing, this is evidenced by their marketing method which only uses three components contained in the promotion mix. So that the services offered have not yet reached the desired point of satisfaction because the marketing system that is being implemented is not perfect. Keywords: Service Quality, Promotion Mix

Abstract

The automotive and component industry sub-sector is one of the industries that has an impact on the occurrence of the Covid-19 pandemic because there is no mass mobility so that the demand for automotive vehicles has decreased. This study aims to analyze the effect of ROA, CR, TATO, and DER on stock returns in companies in the automotive and component industry subsectors during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in descriptive verification. The results showed that partially TATO had a significant negative effect, while ROA, CR, and DER partially had no significant effect on Stock Return.. ROA, CR, TATO, and DER have a simultaneous effect on Stock Return. Based on the regression model obtained, the diversity of the effects of ROA, CR, TATO, and DER on stucks return is 6% Keywords: Return On Asset; Current Ratio; Total Asset Turnover; Debt to Equity Ratio; Return Shares.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity ratios, solvency and profitability on stock returns. This study used the population of food and beverage sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Sampling is carried out by purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study found that liquidity measured using the current ratio negatively affects stock returns. Meanwhile, solvency (Debt to Equity Ratio) and profitability (Return on Assets) have a positive effect on stock returns. Keywords: Liquidity, solvency, profitability, stock returns

Abstract

The capital market is one of the indicators in improving the economy of a country. With the rapid development of the capital market and can be used as an alternative to invest for students of the Islamic Economics study program at UIN North Sumatra. This study aims to determine the effect of understanding investment and capital market training on student investment interest in the Islamic capital market and to determine the effect of understanding investment and capital market training on student investment interest in the Islamic capital market through motivation. The population in this study was 806 with a sample of 230 students. The results of this study indicate that the exogenous variables of understanding investment, capital market training and motivation have an effect on student investment interest in a combined manner with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 51.7% in sub structure I. Exogenous variables of understanding investment and capital market training have an effect on motivation. combined with the coefficient of determination (R2) of 47.0% in sub structure II. It is hereby stated that investment understanding and capital market training have an effect on investment interest with motivation as an intervening variable. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the variables of Service Quality and Product Quality had an effect on customer satisfaction in saving at KSPPS Khairu Ummah, Puraseda Branch. This study uses quantitative methods because it aims to confirm the data obtained in the field with existing theories. The sample was obtained as many as 97 respondents from KSPPS Khairu Ummah Branch Puraseda. Using random sampling technique. While for the technique of data collection is done by using a questionnaire, literature study, interviews, documentation and observation. The data were processed using reliability, validity, classical assumptions, regression equations, statistics and coefficients of determination. From the results of data processing, it shows that Service Quality has a significant effect on the Customer Satisfaction variable which is shown. In the calculation of the hypothesis test with the t-test, partially between service quality and member satisfaction, the tcount value is 4.883 with a ttable value of 1.985, so the hypothesis H0 is rejected. Meanwhile, for the calculation of the t-test between product quality and member satisfaction, the tcount value is 3.859 with a t-table value of 1.985 so that the hypothesis H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between product quality and member satisfaction. From the results of hypothesis testing, it can also be seen that Fcount 72.300 > Ftable 3.097 means that H0 is rejected, so it can be concluded that service quality and product quality simultaneously affect member satisfaction. For R2 of 0.606. So that the ability of the service quality and product quality variables to explain member satisfaction simultaneously is 60.6% influenced and explained while the remaining 39.4% is influenced and explained by other variables not examined. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived trust, perceived benefits, perceived ease of use, and perceived risk on interest in using QRIS as a digital payment instrument. This study uses a quantitative approach. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a simple random sampling technique as many as 98 respondents. Perceived trust, perceived benefits, perceived ease of use and perceived risk have a contribution of 71% to interest in using QRIS, the remaining 29% is explained by other variables outside this research model. The results of the t-test concluded that the variables of perceived trust, perceived benefits, perceived ease of use and perceived risk had a positive and significant effect on interest in using QRIS in Febi Uinsu Medan students. Based on the ANOVA test, the F-count obtained is 60.471 which is greater than the F-table (2.47), the results of the hypothesis indicate that the variable perception of trust with a sign value of 0.000, perceived ease of use with a sign value of 0.033, perceived usefulness with a sign value of 0.13, and the perception of the risk of the 0.000 sign partially affects the interest in using QRIS. So it can be concluded that the perception of trust, perceived benefits, perceived ease of use and perceived risk simultaneously influence the interest in using Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) as a digital payment instrument.
