The research conducted in Arnemia Taekwondo Club. The research population are 20 athletes and the sample that used are 10 athletes who are taken by total sampling technique. The research methods is correlation method to determine the correlation of the variables. The data collection technique . The data analysis technique that used are normality test, homogeneity test, and hyphotesis test was t-test and f-test with a sifnificiant level of 0,05. The result of hyphothesis test is all of the correlation of variable X to variable Y in f-test is fcount = 6,06 > ftable = 4,757. This result show that there is the correlation of agility, flexibility and leg muscle power to the speed of dolyo chagi kicks in taekwondo martial arts athletes in Arnemia Taekwando Club athletes. Keywords: Agility, Flexibility, Leg Muscle Power, Speed of Dolyo Chagi Kicks, Taekwondo

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of split squad jump exercises, medicine ball overhead throws, and dumbbell wirst exercises to smash in volleyball female athletes of the noble club in 2020. Statistical testing is assisted by the SPSS statistical program using descriptive tests, prerequisite tests for normality, linearity and tests. correlation and calculate the effective contribution and relative contribution of variables. The research sample was obtained by purposive sampling technique of 10 athletes. Before testing the hypothesis, they must pass the prerequisite test, namely, the normality test is the value > sig. 0.05 and the linearity test is greater than the 5% significance level, the regression correlation test shows that rcount > rtable. R table with the provisions of df = n-2 (10-2 = 8) in the two-way significance test of 0.05 is known to be 0.631. So that each independent variable with its dependent variable is significant. From the results of the prerequisite tests and statistical tests, the data obtained are SE 78.7% and SR 100%. This means that the contribution between the independent and dependent variables in this study is 78.7% while the remaining 21.3% is influenced by other variables outside the study. The results of this study indicate that (1) There is a Contribution of Split Squad Jump to Smash in Volleyball Putri Mulia Medan. (2) There is a Contribution of Medicine Ball Overhead Throw to the Smash in Putri Mulia Volleyball Ball in Medan. (3) There is a Dumbbell Wrist's Contribution to the Smash in the Putri Mulia Volleyball Ball in Medan. (4) There is a contribution of Split Squad Jump, Medicine Ball Overhead Throw and Dumbbell Wrist to Smash on Putri Mulia Volleyball Ball in Medan. Keywords : Split Squad Jump, Medicine Ball Overhead Throw, Dumbbell Wrist, Smash, Volleyball

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variations in agility training on increasing agility in extracurricular futsal players at YAPIM Mabar High School in 2021. This research method uses the experimental method. The location was held in the field of SMA YAPIM Mabar, Jalan Mangaan VII Pasar 3, neighborhood 16 Mabar. The time of the study was carried out from July 26, 2021 to August 22, 2021. The population was futsal players at YAPIM Mabar High School in 2021, totaling 12 people. The samples in this study were all futsal players at YAPIM Mabar Senior High School in 2021 with a total sampling technique, the research instrument for data collection with tests and measurements, namely the Shuttle-run test. To see the effect of each dependent variable and independent variable, the t-test statistical calculation was used. From the results of hypothesis testing, namely the effect of variations in agility training on agility, the results obtained tcount = 6.4. Then, this value is compared with the ttable value (6.4 > 2.20), at the level of = 0.05 and dk n-1, (12-1) = 2.20. Thus tcount > ttable so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion is that there is an effect of variations in agility training on increasing agility in extracurricular futsal players at YAPIM Mabar High School in 2021.Keywords: Futsal, Agility, Training

Abstract

Development of Passing Aids to Improve Accuracy is a tool in implementing the passing accuracy training program for basketball athletes. This tool can help, provide convenience and efficiency for athletes and coaches, can also provide various forms of training combined with passing or shotting exercises. This tool can also be used for three types of passing, namely, bounce pass, chest pass, and over head pass. This tool can be adjusted according to the athlete's needs when doing the training process. The research method used in this research is the research and development method. The assessment population in this study were 6 experts, namely 2 sports experts, 2 coaches, and 2 media experts. The form of the tool that has been made beforehand is validated by 3 experts, namely 1 sports expert, 1 trainer expert and 1 tool expert. The first trial of using the tool involved 5 basketball athletes and 3 experts, then the results were validated with an average value of 87.14%. While the results of the trial using the second tool involved 5 basketball athletes and 6 experts, then the results have been validated with the average value of the validity of the six being 90.4%. Based on the results of the validation by the six experts, it can be concluded that the development of passing training aids to improve accuracy is already valid and can be used for passing exercises in basketball clubs. Keywords: Training Aids, Accuracy, Passing, Basketball
