Abstract

In family life, marriage and the birth of children are major events that give rise to complex legal consequences that will remain attached to the human being until death. Indonesia as a rule of law has guaranteed and protected the fulfillment of the constitutional right to marriage for all Indonesian citizens, as stated in Article 28B paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia which reads: "Everyone has the right to form a family and continue offspring through a legal marriage." A marriage can be said to be valid if it fulfills the provisions in Article 2 of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, namely: (1) "Marriage is valid if it is carried out according to the laws of each religion and belief." (2) "Every marriage is recorded according to the prevailing laws and regulations." It is from this legal marriage that the obligations and rights arising after the marriage can be guaranteed for their fulfillment and protection by the State. One of the common goals to be achieved in married life is to have children. In essence, children are a mandate and a gift from ALLAH SWT, which must always be looked after, because human rights are attached to them which are a gift from ALLAH SWT. The constitutional mandate of Article 28 B paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia also stipulates that: "Every child has the right to survive, grow and develop and is entitled to protection from violence and discrimination.

Abstract

Every human being must understand his existence as the most noble creature created by God, whose rights as a human being must be fulfilled, for example freedom from oppression and slavery. Humans must also not forget their obligations. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Where the researcher took several respondents to give a questionnaire containing questions about rights and obligations. The aim of this research is to see the extent to which Medan State University students understand the rights and obligations of citizens. Rights and obligations must continue to go hand in hand and remain balanced in the life of the nation and state in order to create a safe, prosperous, safe and prosperous society.

Abstract

Di tengah kemudahan dalam beramal dalam era digital saat ini terdapat juga kekhawatiran dan isu-isu tentang infak dan shodakoh yang dapat mencakup berbagai aspek baik yang berkaitan dengan pengumpulan dana, distribusi, serta dampaknya pada masyarakat. Isu seperti transparansi penggunaan dana menjadi isu yang penting untuk dibahas. Banyaknya terjadi penggelapan-penggelapan dana yang dilakukan oleh oknum-oknum tertentu yang menyebabkan dana yang didapatkan tidak tersalurkan dengan tepat. Media social tidak hanya digunakan sebagai sarana komunikasi semata tetapi juga sarana untuk berbuat kebaikan seperti infaq dan shodaqoh melalu media social banyak dilakukan saat ini. Banyak platform atau lembaga-lembaga infaq dan shodaqoh yang terpercaya serta legal yang mengelola dana dan pendistribusian hasil sedeqah online dan dibagikan kepada masyarakat yang membutuhkan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa banyak orang yang peduli terhadap sekitarnya yang lebih membutuhkan. Mini Riset ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka dengan fokus penelitian terhadap pengaruh penggunaan media sosial terhadap pelaksanaan infaq dan shodaqoh. Penyaluran infaq dan shodaqoh memberikan dampak terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan bagi penerima seperti Infaq dan shodaqoh membantu orang-orang yang kurang mampu dan memerlukan bantuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dasar mereka, membangun kesadaran sosial, meningkatkan kepedulian sosial, mengurangi keserakahan, pengentasan kemiskinan dan meningkatkan standar hidup yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Konflik Israel-Palestina adalah konflik yang paling lama berlangsung diwilayah timur tengah. Terjadinya peristiwa ini telah merenggut korban jiwa yang banyak dan dari segi akibatnya konflik iini sangat berdampak buruk bagi kehidupan rakyat kedua belah pihak. Namun ada keterlibatan Hamas terhadap perseteruan antara Israel dengan Palestina. Berdasarkan pada latar belakang masalah diatas dapat diidentifikasi masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh konflik Palestina dengan Israel terhadap gerakan perlawanan Hamas dan dampaknya bagi Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan metode penelitian menggunakan bahan pustaka atau data sekunder. Data yang diperlukan bagi penulisan jurnal ini didapatkan dengan melakukan library research (studi kepustakaan), yaitu data yang diperoleh dari sumber-sumber lain seperti artikel jurnal, buku, dan lain sebagainya. Penyelesaian konflik ini memerlukan pendekatan yang komprehensif, melibatkan negosiasi diplomatik, dan upaya internasional untuk mencapai solusi yang adil dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The law that discusses property matters in legal science is called inheritance law. Provisions regarding Inheritance Law in Indonesia are regulated in Islamic Inheritance Law, Customary Inheritance Law, and Dutch Inheritance Law (Inheritance Law of the Civil Code). In terms of regions in Indonesia and the diversity of culture, religion and customs in the kinship system in each region, it influences the application of Inheritance Law in Indonesia. However, problems often arise between the laws that apply in religion and the implementation of local regional customs. The author discusses the application of Islamic Inheritance law in Indonesia. Settlement of inheritance through peace is a good instrument for maintaining the integrity of family relationships, in addition to avoiding or resolving disputes, feuds, even enmity. So that harmony and kinship or kinship community will be maintained in society. In this research, the author used a qualitative descriptive approach. Qualitative descriptive research. The research method is also combined with literature research methods. In this research the method is access to standard law or related books, and apart from human rights books which are important for the discussion of this article, information from research journals. on this topic and research from websites associated with this title. The nature of the study is still temporary, it is possible that there are still studies that will continue to be updated to make them even better.

Abstract

Theft is a crime of property of goods, theft should be considered as damage to someone else's property and by breaking the law you also gain benefits for yourself. Theft committed at night is classified as a crime with aggravating circumstances, so it faces a more serious crime than ordinary theft. Crime is currently increasing very significantly. This growth is not only quantitative but also qualitative. Criminal law as a “tool”; Ultimately, crime prevention and control is expected to function optimally for protection. society for criminals. The actions of law enforcement officials, in this case the police, are really needed by the community. Apart from that, the use of appropriate punishment as a means of eradicating crime also has an impact on increasing crime, which also has an impact on the welfare of society. To defeat the crime of theft with violence. can be implemented in a controlled, managed and responsible manner, the regulations required by law and their implementation are in line with the development of Indonesian society in line with Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution.
