Jurnal Gramatika: Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia (2442-8485) & (2460-6316), well-known as GRAMATIKA, is an international forum for original research focused on identities as local contexts, like an identity in linguistics, identity in literature, and identity in language education in global and local contexts, especially in Indonesia. These may include but are not limited to various fields, such as we are interested in interdisciplinary studies examining how issues of linguistics, literature, and education in language influence individual and community identities. In order to publish in GRAMATIKA, a study must have an overview of previous research or theoretical concepts that are packaged to justify the novelty/uniqueness of this study and central focus on local, foreign, minority, heritage, or indigenous languages (or non-standard dialects) and their intersection with either identity and/or education in language, linguistics and literature. We welcome a variety of topics, theoretical orientations, and methodological approaches (both qualitative and quantitative). Jurnal Gramatika: Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia published by Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia Universitas PGRI Sumatera Barat, in collaboration with Asosiasi Dosen Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia (ADOBSI) and Perkumpulan Pengelola Jurnal Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia serta Pengajarannya (PPJB-SIP). Issues are published biannual (April and October) in English since 2020. Submissions are open year-around. However, before submitting, please ensure that the manuscript within Jurnal Gramatika: Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia is written in English or Bahasa Indonesia and follows our focus and scope and author guidelines. Jurnal Gramatika: Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia has been accredited by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education, the Republic of Indonesia in 2018 (SINTA 3). Now, Jurnal Gramatika: Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia has been accredited SINTA 2 (2020) by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education, the Republic of Indonesia started from Volume 6 Number 1 (2020). The last accreditation is valid until 2025.

Abstract

AbstrakMusik dangdut sebagai salah satu kesenian budaya bangsa kini semakin menunjukkan eksistensinya. Salah satu yang membuat musik dangdut koplo menjadi eksis adalah melalui lirik laguna dengan menggunakan bahasa merakyat dan humor. Lirik yang beraliran sebagai bentuk representasi perasaan telah mampu memikat hati pendengar tersaji menggunakan gaya bahasa yang tersusun apik. Pengunaan Gaya bahasa yang digunakan dalam menyajikan lirik lagu, dapat memberikan efek tersendiri pada pekerjaan. Pengunaan gaya bahasa dalam karya sastra selain membuat karya menjadi lebih indah, juga membuat karya sastra. Penggunaan gaya bahasa dalam lirik lagu dangdut koplo lebih menekankan pada gaya bahasa dan repetisi. Kedua gaya bahasa itu dapat di temukan dalam setiap lagu-lagu dangdut yang dipopulerkan oleh Via Vallen dan Nella Kharisma. Melalui gaya bahasa, mejadikan pesan moral yang disamapaikan penyair menjadi lebih mudah di pahami oleh penikmat musik dangdut koplo. Untuk itu dalam penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mendiskripsikan gaya bahasa dan repetisi dalam lirik lagu dangdut koplo serta pesan moral yang berisi dalam lirik lagu-lagu tersebut.Kata kunci: dangdut koplo, gaya bahasa, pesan moralAbstrakMusik dangdut sebagai salah satu seni budaya bangsa kini semakin menunjukkan eksistensinya. Penggunaan gaya bahasa yang digunakan oleh penyair dalam menciptakan lirik lagu, dapat memberikan efek tersendiri pada sebuah karya. Penggunaan gaya bahasa dalam karya sastra selain membuat karya sastra menjadi lebih indah, juga membuat karakteristik tertentu dalam karya sastra. Penggunaan gaya bahasa pada lirik lagu dangdut koplo lebih menekankan pada gaya bahasa dan pengulangan perbandingan. Kedua bahasa dapat ditemukan di setiap lagu dangdut yang dipopulerkan oleh Via Vallen dan Nella Kharisma. Melalui gaya bahasa, membuat pesan moral yang disamapaikan penyair menjadi lebih mudah dipahami oleh pecinta musik dangdut koplo. Untuk itu dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gaya bahasa perbandingan dan pengulangan dalam lirik lagu dangdut koplo serta pesan moral yang terkandung dalam lirik lagu-lagu tersebut.Kata kunci: dangdut koplo, gaya bahasa, pesan moral

Abstract

Multimodal discourse analysis is a new study in discourse studies to study text combined with images, colors, symbols, and other semiotic sources. The text and the semiotic resources areused to represent meaning. Therefore, a semiotic approach is used to study the implicit meaningof the text, images, and  olors used. In this study, a multimodal semiotics approach is used toexamine images, colors, and text on novel covers that reflect novel content. The images and col-ors were analyzed using Kress and Leeuwen's reading image theory, while the text as a reflec-tion of reality was analyzed using seven building task theory from James Paul Gee. This studyconcludes that in the use of colors, images, and texts contain a certain meaning that the readercan interpret in accordance with the reality presented in the text or narration.

Abstract

Kegiatan berbahasa mencakup kegiatan yang produktif dan reseptif di dalam Keterampilan berbahasa yang mencakup aspek mendengarkan, berbicara, membaca, dan menulis. Empat keterampilan berbahasa ini merupakan keterampilan yang mutlak dikuasai oleh pembelajar ketika belajar bahasa. Karena empat keterampilan berbahasa ini sudah diajarkan berlahan pada saat mulai sekolah dasar sampai di perguruan tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan pembelajaran BIPA tingkat pemula. Melihat bahan ajar yang digunakan, stragi pembelajaran yang dipilih dan ragam media pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa dalam menerapkan perencanaan pembelajaran BIPA untuk tingkat pemula atau dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif,  dengan  menggunakan metode triangulasi, yaitu membandingkan dan atau mencocokkan data yang diperoleh dari dokumen bahan ajar, observasi, dan penerapan materi BIPA oleh mahasiswa program studi pendidikan bahasa dan sastra Indonesia di STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat yang sedang mengambil mata kuliah pilihan BIPA. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan referensi bagi pengajar dan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran mata kuliah pilihan praktik BIPA.

Abstract

Tawuran di kalangan antarpelajar sering menjadi berita di media masa, baik media cetak maupun media cetak elektronik. Bahkan pada media elektronik aksi tawuran itu sering di tayangkan. Sangat terlihat bahwa nilai harmoni itu telah kritis di kalangan masyarakat. Penyebab tawuran itu ada yang disebabkan oleh perebutan pacar misalnya yang terjadi di kalangan remaja merupakan sesuatu yang tak patut untuk dipermasalahkan. Aksi tawuran dan sejenisnya  bisa membahayakan kesatuan dan persatuan bangsa Indonesia. Jika kita tidak cepat menanggapi keadaan ini bisa saja integritas bangsa dan negara ini terganggu. Minangkabau memiliki peribahasa yang sangat kaya dengan ajaran-ajaran  positif bagi berkehidupan bermasyarakat dan berbangsa. Peribahasa ini merupakan salah satu kearifan lokal yang harus digali atau diteliti dan kemudian hasilnya dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pembinaan-pembinaan terhadap kepribadian, pembentuk karakter bangsa, terutama generasi muda. Pribahasa Minangkabau ada yang berbentuk bidal, pameo, perumpamaan, sindirian, mamangan, petuah dan sebagainya.Kata kunci: nilai harmoni, pribahasa minangkabau

Abstract

The objective of this research was to examine the reaction of readers to the aesthetic value and the effect of communicative contained in the anthology poems Tidak Ada New York Hari Ini the work of M. Aan Mansyur based on the study of the reception of the reader. The aesthetic value and the effect of communicative examined based on the theory of Jauss about the ‘Horizon of Expectations’ that is, the interaction between readers and literary works. This research was a qualitative study using interviews and focus group discussion (FGD) to the students of the University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa Banten dan content analysis. The results showed that in the anthology of poetry Tidak Ada New York Hari Ini, poets present aesthetic value through the use of hyperbole, personification, metaphor, irony, and repetition of language so that poetry becomes beautiful. Then, the communicative effect obtained by the reader in the form of entertainment effects, beauty, motivation, and life lessons.Keywords: aesthetic value, communicative effect, anthology of poetry, reader receptions

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the aesthetic idiom of postmodernism in novel “Pilih Sendiri Petualangan Sepatu Merahmu” by Intan Paramaditha. This research is qualitative approach using content analysis. Data are collected by inventory textual quotes that have the aesthetic characteristics of postmodernism pastiche, parody, kitsch, camp, and schizophrenia in the novel. The research results indicatefirst, the aesthetic idiom of pastiche is indicated by duplicate of other texts as a form of author appreciation of existing literary. Second, the aesthetic idiom of parody is indicated by the presence of dialogues that make up other texts in order to criticize pre-existing texts. Thirdly, the kitsch idiom is found in the presence of confusions between high-value and high-text texts aimed at disclosing the high-value text. Fourth, the discovery of female characters who have male physical characteristics without any meaning indicates the existence of camp idiom. Fifth, the idiom of schizophrenia can be found on the whole structure of an irregular novelstory.

Abstract

 ABSTRACTEnglish language is a global language. In order to face the globalization, people have to learn the English language. There are so many ways to develop English vocabulary such as reading bilingual dictionaries, listening to music, speaking to English natives speakers, or even playing games. There some research about learning English by playing games. This research tries to analyze the development of the English vocabulary of the video game players and measure the development either. In this research, the writer made adult players as the target. The writer uses a qualitative method to do this research. Living in the world of technology, the writer decides to use an online questionnaire. Based on the data, there are some characteristics of the video game that develop English vocabulary of the adult players'. The percentage of the English vocabulary development of Clash of Clans game players that is adult players’ is 55%.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSosiolinguistik interaksional merupakan salah satu ancangan kajian wacana yang bersandar pada ujaran nyata dalam konteks sosial berdasarkan pandangan Gumperz dan Goffman. Fokus analisisnya terletak pada interpretasi dan interaksi yang didasarkan pada hubungan makna sosial dan makna linguistik. Fokus analisis menggunakan strategi wacana bertutur untuk orang lain, meliputi: peran penutur, makna tuturan (pelurusan, tampilan sosial, tampilan identitas, dan mengambil alih peran mitra tutur. Selain itu, Konteks lokal menjadi bagian penting dari kompetensi komunikatif bagi penutur, salah satunya dalam kelompok masyarakat Minangkabau. Langgam kata menjadi pijakan dalam bertutur. Penutur sangat memperhatikan siapa mitra tuturnya untuk memilih langgam kata yang tepat digunakan dalam bertutur. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan wujud perilaku berkarakter dalam tuturan siswa berlatar belakang budaya Minangkabau. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan sosiolinguistik interaksional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wujud perilaku berkarakter dalam tuturan siswa berlatar belakang budaya Minangkabau tampak dari tuturan yang disampaikan. Siswa senantiasa memperhatikan mitra tutur supaya dapat memilih langgam kata yang tepat digunakan dalam berutur. Dengan memperhatikan langgam kato nan ampek dalam bertutur akan muncullah karakter masyarakat Minangkabau yang berbicara dengan penuh nasehat, kasih sayang, dan kearifan. Selain itu, menunjukkan jiwa solidaritas, kepedulian, dan rasa tanggung jawab di dalam kehidupan.Kata Kunci: Perilaku Berkarakter, Budaya Minangkabau, Sosiolinguistik InteraksionalABSTRACTInteractional sociolinguistics is one of the approaches of discourse studies that rely on real expressions in the social context based on the views of Gumperz and Goffman. The focus of the analysis lies in the interpretation and interaction based on the relation of social meaning and linguistic meaning. The focus of analysis uses discourse-speaking strategies for others, including: the role of the speaker, the meaning of speech (alignment, social appearance, identity display, and taking over the role of the speaking partner), and the local context becomes an important part of the communicative competence for speakers, group of Minangkabau people, Langgam kata become a foothold in speech The speaker is very concerned about who the partners say to choose the right words used in the speech.Therefore, this article aims to describe the form of characteristic behavior in the student's speech of Minangkabau culture background. is qualitative with interactional sociolinguistic approach.The result of research indicates that the form of characteristic behavior in students' speech of Minangkabau culture background is seen from the speech given The students always pay attention to the said partner so that they can choose the right word is used in berut ur. By observing the style of kato nan ampek in speaking will appear character of Minangkabau people who speak with full advice, compassion, and wisdom. Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan karakteristik kebutuhan buku pengayaan menulis teks drama, mendeskripsikan pengembangan buku pengayaan, mendeskripsikan penilaian ahli terhadap buku pengayaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Research and Development (R&D) dengan lima tahapan penelitian. Prototipe dari buku pengayaan menulis teks drama adalah sampul buku, bagian awal buku (halaman judul, halaman hak cipta, pengantar, daftar isi, halaman persembahan, petunjuk penggunaan buku), bagian isi buku (contoh teks drama, materi, contoh menulis teks drama, rangkuman), dan bagian akhir buku (glosarium, profil penulis, profil ilustrator, daftar pustaka). Hasil penelitian yang berupa produk buku pengayaan bermuatan nilai konservasi humanis dalam pembelajaran menulis teks drama satu babak dapat digunakan sebagai buku pendamping buku teks. Kata kunci: buku pengayaan, menulis, teks drama, nilai konservasi humanis. ABSTRACTThe objective of this study was to describe the characteristics of the need for the enrichment book in writing drama texts, to describe the development of the enrichment book, and describe the experts’ evaluation towards the enrichment book. This research used Research and Development (R&D) design with five research stages. The prototype of the enrichment book is the book cover, the beginning of the book (title page, copyright page, table of contents, dedication page, instructions on the book usage), the book content (examples of drama texts, materials, examples of writing drama texts, summary), and the final part of the book (glossary, author profile, illustrator profile, bibliography). The result of this study in the form of enrichment book high value of humanis conservation in learning writing text drama one roof can be used as a supporting book for the textbook.  Keywords: enrichment book, writing, drama texts, values of humanist conservation

Abstract

This study aims to describe and explain the strategy of dishonesty, politeness indicator, and factors used in short messages students to the lecturerin Dharma Andalas univeristy. This research uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The data of this research is the utterance that happened between student and lecturer. In collectingdata, this research used reference method. This method is followed by the technique of record. Data is done by recording a short message that goes to the lecturer's mobile phone. The method of data analysis used in this study is a method of technicalwith pragmatic, referential, and translational. The method of presentation of  thisresearch results isused formal and informal methods. The results of the data analysis showed that the strategy of impoliteness that commonly used by the students is bald on record impolitenes, followed by positive impoliteness and negative impoliteness. While the indicator of politeness is often used is to use the word sorry, please and should. Another factor that causes the most frequent of impoliteness is direct criticism with hard words.
