Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to reconcile conflicting empirical result from prior studies on the association between internal audit and higher education performance. Furthermore, this study also investigates whether the conficting findings were moderated by the different higher education performance measures. This study used meta-analysis to integrate the previous studies findings on the association between intenal audit and higher education performance and further investigated the moderators of such association. The findings showed that internal audit ihave a association with higher education performance, but that association is not moderated by differences in higher education performance measures. Abstract

Introduction : Fracture is a condition that occurs when the integrity and strength of the bone is damaged due to invasive disease or a damaging biological process. around the bone is the determinant of whether the fracture is complete or incomplete. Purpose: of this study is to determine the implementation of physiotherapy in overcoming pain reduction in cases of post orif femur dextra ec. fracture of the right femur. Methods: active exercise, passive exercise, ankle pumping, static quadriceps, early mobilization of the patient is given for 4 weeks. Results: evaluation was carried out using ROM (Range of Motion,), Manual Muscle Testing, anthropometry and Numeric Rating Scale. Conclusion: there is an increase in ROM (Range of Motion,), Manual Muscle Testing, anthropometry and Numeric Rating Scale for 4 weeks.

Abstract

AR Fitokimia dan Virtual Lab Fitokimia adalah jenis bahan ajar berbasis aplikasi mobile yang dapat diakses mahasiswa secara online menggunakan ponsel Android di lingkungan Program Studi D3 Analisis Farmasi dan Makanan Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta II. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui respon mahasiswa terhadap kontribusi aplikasi AR Fitokimia dan Virtual Lab Fitokimia pada pembelajaran mata kuliah Praktikum Fitokimia. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Subyek atau responden penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Prodi D3 Analisis Farmasi dan Makanan Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta II semester ganjil tahun akademik 2022/2023 sebanyak 89 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket respon dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis dekripstif kuantitatif dengan bantuan pengumpulan data memakai skala Likert. Respon penerimaan diperoleh dengan rata-rata 91,3% dapat dikategorikan sangat setuju. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi AR Fitokimia dan Virtual Lab Fitokimia sangat baik dan layak untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran digital dalam kegiatan Praktikum Fitokimia di Prodi D3 Analisis Farmasi dan Makanan Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta II.

Abstract

In this paper we propose the theory of finite difference methode for calculating heat transfer on rectangular tin pan alloy which the center temperature is 7000c and the ambien temperature is 300 c. The aim in this paper we used this method for calculating of heat transfer on the pan in order to process of making activated charcoal especially called “arang aktif-13”. We design a furnace which is the heat resources in the center only then choosing 9 points rectangularly on the plate pan that it will be calculated the value of temperature and the velocity of temperature on these points. By assumption the temperature at the center of the pan on the furnice is consistence or stable, then we do the process of defried of row material coconut shell until cooked as activated charcoal. We consider choosing 9 points in order tobe caculated as manually easiely and therefore can be comparing with using software lindo, and also for more points grather than 9 we suggested using masine more efficient. The spreading of the heat on the plate pan when the moment achieve the condition of the temperature araund the pan stable, then it can be animated by using software matlab. By doing depried of row material, that process will need 13 minutes to become activated charcoal.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are: 1) To find out whether there are spelling mistakes in Detikcom and Kompas.com online newspapers. 2) To find out what types of spelling mistakes are often found in Detikcom and Kompas.com online newspapers. 3) To compare which online newspaper has fewer spelling mistakes. This research uses the descriptive qualitative method with document analysis instruments and simak-catat technique. It can be concluded that: 1) There were 60 spelling mistakes in 40 news headlines from Detikcom and 37 spelling mistakes in 40 news headlines from Kompas.com. 2) Italicization mistakes are often found in Detikcom with as many as 45 mistakes, while word writing mistakes are often found in Kompas.com with as many as 17 mistakes. 3) Kompas.com has fewer spelling mistakes than Detikcom in the March-April 2023 edition.

Abstract

students at SMA Islam Al-Azhar 12 Makassar. This research is a survey Research using a qualitative approach with descriptive research methods, which aims to get an overview of the problems with students' speaking skills in German for class XI SMA Islam Al-Azhar 12 Makassar. The subjects of this study were 22 students in class XI at SMA Islam Al-Azhar 12 Makassar. Data collection techniques used in this study were class observation, teacher interviews, and open and closed questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the problem of speaking skills is influenced by two factors: internal factors (vocabulary, conjugation, ideas, sentence structure, pronunciation, shyness, and laziness) and external factors (means). The main challenge in speaking German is the very small vocabulary and the influence of other foreign languages.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Cedera bisa terjadi pada bagian tubuh mana pun, termasuk knee joint. Pada knee joint, beberapa ligamen berfungsi untuk menstabilkan pergerakan lutut, salah satunya yaitu anterior cruciate ligament (ACL). Cedera ACL dapat terjadi akibat cedera lutut yang tiba-tiba ke segala arah yang mengakibatkan robeknya ligamen sebagian atau seluruhnya. Selain itu, Trauma juga dapat menyebabkan robeknya ligamen anterior, terutama trauma langsung pada lutut akibat gaya lateral. Apabila ACL mengalami robek total dianjurkan untuk melakukaan Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction (ACLR). Fase rehabilitasi ACLR ada beberapa fase yaitu Fase Pra-operasi, Fase 1, Fase 2, Fase 3, Fase 4, dan Fase 5. Tujuan: Mengetahui efektifitas exercise dalam penanganan kasus rehabilitasi post op. ACLR fase 4. Metode: Penelitian yang dilaksanakan di RSUD KRMT Wongsonegoro yang dilakukan pada bulan Januari 2023. Hasil dan Pembahasan: Alat ukur evaluasi yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data tersebut yaitu: Numeric Rating Scale (NRS); dan Spygmomanometer. Setelah diberikan intervensi fisioterapi berupa exercise selama 6 kali pertemuan. Dapat menurunkan tingkat nyeri dan meningkatkan kekuatan otot fleksor knee dan ekstensor knee responden. Kesimpulan: Pemberian intervensi Fisioterapi selama 6 kali pertemuan menunjukkan hasil akhir berupa penurunan nyeri, dan peningkatan kekuatan otot.

Abstract

Penggunaan peralatan yang modern disatu sisi akan memberi kemudahan terhadap proses produksi dan produktivitas pekerja. Akan tetapi di sisi lainnya memiliki kemungkinan untuk meningkatkan risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bahaya kesehatan pada tukang las. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner Nordic Body Map dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner Nordic Body Map dan wawancara yang dilakukan, responden mengalami keluhan nyeri pada leher dan bahu kanan. Hal ini diduga bahwa pajanan getaran yang diterima menjadi salah satu penyebab dari timbulnya keluhan-keluhan tersebut. Penyebab lainnya adalah mengingat bahwa responden sudah berusia 51 tahun dan sudah melakukan pekerjaannya selama lebih dari 20 tahun.

Abstract

Hemiparesis is a condition where there is weakness on one side of the body or the inability to move a limb on one side. Stroke patients who experience hemiparesis who do not get proper treatment can cause pain, decreased muscle strength, and activity daily living. Exercise therapy is one method that can be done. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of exercise therapy for the conditions faced by patients, namely pain, decreased muscle strength and activity daily living. This study uses a case report. Interventions in the form of active ROM exercises, strengthening exercises, bridging exercises and transfers and ambulation were carried out 4 times. The results of this study were that there was a decrease in pain as measured by NRS, an increase in muscle strength as measured by MMT and activity daily living as measured by the Barthel Index.

Abstract

Rancang Bangun Alat Filtrasi Dan Sterilisasi Ultraviolet Dengan Sistem Kontrol Otomatis Berbasis Arduino. Usaha budidaya ikan sangat berpotensi untuk berkembang. Beberapa Masyarakat telah melakukan usaha budidaya sebagai usaha untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan. Proses filtrasi air pada kolam budidaya merupakan hal terpenting karena kualitas air kolam budidaya merupakan penentu keberhasilan dalam pembudidayaan ikan. Data menunjukkan bahwa banyaknya ikan dalam satu kolam mati akibat kualitas air yang buruk sehingga menyebabkan kurang optimalnya laba pendapatan bagi pembudidaya. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, Solusi tepat guna yang ditawarkan yaitu alat filtrasi dan sterilisasi ultraviolet yang dilengkapi sistem kontrol otomatis berbasis arduino. Alat filtrasi air kolam modern yang didesain khusus untuk mengoptimalkan proses filtrasi air, keunggulan sistem filtrasi ini mampu menjaga derajat keasaman (pH), dan kecerahan air serta dapat menurunkan kadar amoniak (NH3) dan total bakteri dalam air Tujuan dibuatnya karya ilmiah ini yaitu untuk mengetahui cara merancang, membuat, mengoperasikan dan merawat serta mensosialisasikan alat filtasi dan sterilisasi ultraviolet untuk pengoptimalan proses filtrasi air kolam budidaya pada kelompok pembudidaya. Penerapan teknologi ini meliputi proses studi literatur, perancangan dan pembuatan alat berdasarkan kajian pustaka. Dengan menggunakan alat filtasi dan sterilisai ultraviolet dengan sistem kontrol otomatis berbasis arduino diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas, hasil panen, dan kesejahteraan para pembudidaya ikan.
