Abstract

This research purpose to find out the corrosion rate of Stainless Steel 304 in sulfuric acid. Immerse process do in 700 C temperature for 6 hours and than in 290C temperature for 18 hours every day. This condition aim to get closer to the actual use in the manufacture of tubes of reactor SAMOP (Sub Critical Assembly for Mo99 Prad Action). Specimen atfer TIG welding and electric arc welding cleaned from crust and than measured, drawing balanced, and record the first weight. And than specimen innerse to sulfuric acid pH 0.2 and 0.5 in 700C temperature for 6 hours and than in 290C temperature for 18 hours every day for 3 month. Weight recording has been done every week. The survey findings show heavy shrinkage sample, it is well visible on the corrosion pH 0.5 in electric arc welding of 0.105 gram/dm2/month for corrosion 0.026 gram/dm2/month without welding and pH 0.2, arc welding of 0.045 gram/dm2/ month, pH 0.2 no Las 0.02 gram/dm2/month. Specimens that have been welded have significant differences in corrosion rate compare to specimens that have not welded.

Abstract

The occurrence of downtime can cause the production process to stop and cause the resulting product to not match the specified quality. Therefore, downtime prevention must be carried out by conducting research to determine the effectiveness of the machine using the approach used in increasing the effectiveness of the machine is Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Meanwhile, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is a method used as a measurement in implementing the TPM program, in order to keep the equipment in ideal conditions by analyzing the Six Big Losses of the equipment. Based on the results of the calculation of the Rate of Quality of 72.92%, the value of the rate of quality product is still below the JIPM standard, namely 99%, because the quality level is not close to the standard number, which means that the number of reject products must be suppressed again, supported by the results. which is obtained from the Deffect Losses value of 24.01% and the Yield Losses value of 1.92. In order to obtain representative information for maintenance and continuous improvement (continuous improvement) in an effort to increase the effectiveness of machine use

Abstract

The growth of Indonesia's tomato plants continues to increase, and this increase needs to be balanced, according to data from 2015 to 2020. Tomatoes should be used all the time, even in Indonesia. Tomatoes are not only edible but also good for your health and appearance. For the government and various conferences to include this as a point of view in dealing with this problem, it is important to look at the amount of tomato production in Indonesia. Data from the Central Statistics Agency was used to obtain statistics on tomato plant cultivation in Indonesia from 2015 to 2020. This data is solved using the Fletcher-Reeves algorithm using architectural models 2-10-1, 2-20-1, 2-30-1, and 2-35-1. Model 2-10-1 is the best architectural model to predict the amount of tomato production compared to other models, according to the training and testing results of the four models. Model 2-10-1 is used to measure the accuracy of the Fletcher-Reeves method, with MSE Training set at 0.00008463 and MSE Testing at 0.0006094.

Abstract

Indonesia has a lot of natural resources, so Indonesia uses them by conducting trade activities between countries. Export is a movement to sell or send goods from within the country to abroad. Conjugateigradient Fletcher-Reeves Algorithm According to some references, it is an appropriate development technique compared to the backpropagation strategy because this strategy can speed up the preparation time to arrive at the minimum convergence value. Furthermore, this research shows whether the algorithm performs well and can provide productive assembly results when used to solve problems because the value corresponds to the Standard International Trade Classification (SITC) class. The prediction models used are 5-10-1, 5-15-1, 5-20-1, 5-25-1 and 5-30-1. MSE of 0.00287273, the minimum among the other four models. The model can be used because it produces a fast combination and a fairly short period

Abstract

Formal workers work for companies as trained workers or those whose job status is employees and employees. They get stronger legal protection and official employment contracts and are in organizations that are legal entities. This paper aims to prove and implement the conjugate gradient backpropagation algorithm that can predict data on trends in formal labour on the island of Sumatra's impact Covid-19. The research data is on the percentage of formal workers on the island of Sumatra in 2015-2021, whose source is the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). This study uses 5 architectural models, namely 5-10-1, 5-15-1, 5-20-1, 5-25-1, 5-25-1, 5-30-1, 5-35-1. Of the five architectural models that have been used, the best architecture is obtained, namely the 5-20-1 model with a perf result of 0.000000002, literacy 292 in 4 seconds

Abstract

Immunization is a process to increase the body's immune system by inserting a vaccine, namely a virus or bacteria that has been weakened, killed, or parts of the bacteria (virus) have been modified. The purpose of this study was to group children's immunization data according to districts/cities in North Sumatra Province using the K-Medoids Data Mining algorithm. The K-Medoids algorithm or pattern known as PAM (Partitioning Around Medoids) uses the partitioning clustering method to group a set of n objects into a number of K clusters. The data in this study is sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics of North Sumatra. The grouping was carried out based on the number of recipients of the DPT-HB and Measles/MR vaccines from 33 districts/cities in North Sumatra Province. The results of the study are expected to be taken into consideration for local governments, especially the Ministry of Health in the distribution of immunization for children under five with the type of immunization to achieve the national target set by the Ministry of Health, which is 79.1%.

Abstract

The development of sophisticated science and technology is now felt by users of a computer-based information technology. With today's technological sophistication, every company and public service agency is required so that all work can be completed in a computerized system. CV. Bunda Medan is a company engaged in the sale of motorcycles. Problem formulation in CV. Mother of Medan is that a computerized system has not been created in conducting sales transactions so that work is still not effective and efficient. To overcome the problems that exist in the CV. Mother Medan the author wishes to create a new information system. To create an information system the author uses the VB programming language. 2008 with MySQL Database. The purpose of making this system is to facilitate the transaction and sales data processing. The reports generated are also more accurate.

Abstract

North Sumatra is one of the metropolitan cities in Indonesia with a population density in various fields and education and has various kinds of information related to its geographical location, such as information on roads and the location of a train station, school, office, shopping area and so on. Of course, this information is needed by various parties for their respective needs. The absence of media for the community in finding a location makes it difficult for the community to find a place, especially a train station. The public needs information about the geographical location of train station stop points and the mileage of each station digitally so that it is easier for the public to find locations and information about train station stop points. With this problem, then giving the author an idea to raise the title "Web-Based Geographic Information System of Stop Point Railway Station Lintas Medan-Siantar Line" in the preparation of this thesis. With this web application, the author hopes to help the community in finding the location of the Medan-Siantar train station stop points. The programming language used to design this application is PHP, MySql as the database and ArcView as the map making application.

Abstract

Geographic Information System (GIS) is a computer-based information system, designed to work with data that has spatial information (spatial reference). Currently the information data about the location of CCTV Customers on the A & S Security System in Medan City has not been inventoried in a spatial-based web information system, the mapping data for CCTV Customer locations on the A & S Security System in Medan City still uses Microsoft Word and not programmed. For this reason, the authors created a solution with a Geographic Information System, which is an information system that is used to enter, process, and produce geographically or geospatially referenced data, to support decision making in planning. This information system will later have a visualization in the form of a web that is used to map the location of CCTV Customers on the A & S Security System in Medan City. In the development of the CCTV customer location processing system at the A & S Security System in Medan City, PHP and MySql programming languages were used as database systems.
