Abstract

In this work, escape savings are less common than financial liquidity. A factor of ten greater than escape savings is the velocity of financial liquidity. It uses mathematical definitions by the cycle of money and shows the sensitivity plot of cy: {(m4 + 3*m3)*10-4}. This is an instance where the money cycle and financial liquidity are the same. The results show that the power of the velocity of financial liquidity is substantially larger than the velocity of escape savings (resulting in the same outcome for one, two, or three times higher power), the money cycle and financial liquidity are equivalent. S.M. (Sensitivity Method) is the method that is used. The objective of the methodology is to confirm using the current equation via a case study, with the scope to clarify the money cycle.

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to assess the roles of tertiary institutions in addressing leadership  problems facing Nigeria. The study adopted a descriptive survey research design. The population is comprised of all academic staff in North-Central Nigeria. A total number of 400 sample sizes was used for the study. A stratified random sampling technique was used to select the sample size. A questionnaire was adopted as an instrument for data collection. The study concluded that the roles of tertiary institutions in addressing leadership problems facing Nigeria include; teaching leadership principles and styles via the GST programme and inculcation of best leadership styles and principles, carrying out research on causes of leadership failure, solutions to leadership problems, recommendations on models that suit Nigeria political structure. Abstract

The globe was altered by the pandemic, and the educational system saw change as well. The study found out how much difficulty State University students in South Central Mindanao, the Philippines, faced and what coping mechanisms they used when learning online. A non-experimental research design employing the descriptive- correlational technique was utilized. Weighted Mean, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation, and Analysis of Variance were used in the data analysis.  Results revealed that the level of challenges encountered by state university students in online learning indicated by adaptability struggle, connectivity issue, financial struggle is very high, while the coping strategies of the students indicated by time management, social support seeking, and self-regulation is high. There is a significant relationship between the challenges and coping strategies of state university students. There is a significant difference in the challenges and coping strategies of state university students when analyzed according to year level. Programs to help students develop self-regulation, social support seeking behavior, and time management may be implemented by the state university to help students cope with the challenges of online learning.

Abstract

The paper examined the contributions of international organizations towards the development of education in Nigeria. The paper used role theory to provide a theoretical framework. Documentary research method was adopted for the study, hence secondary data were consulted. The secondary data were sourced from online publications and print materials. Content analysis was used to select the suitable literature for the study. The paper identified funding, infrastructural facilities development, provision of learning and teaching resources, provision of technical support for educational planning, policy formulation and educational management, provision of capacity building programmes and implementation of projects or programmes meant to increase access to education services as contributions of international organisations to education. Based on these findings, the paper recommended that the federal government should establish an agency to coordinate the activities of all international organizations operating in Nigeria to improve their effectiveness. International organizations that are programmes inclined to education should always be involved and included in programmes concerning educational management. International organizations should be encouraged to participate in the development of education in Nigeria.
