Abstract

This company performance analysis training using technical analysis with the number of participants about 50 persons, which all the participants are from Yoboi village and people around Sentani lake. This training are conducted with the Investment Gallery of Indonesia Stock Exchange, University of Cenderawasih to introduce stock investment in the capital market to the community or indigenous Papuans. Basic things about stock investment, the benefits and risks of stock investment, also training and mentoring for stock investment are the references in educational activities in the stock village. However, it must be acknowledged that there are technical obstacles such as adequate internet and cellphones, as well as understanding the use of applications which are serious problems. Therefore, training and mentoring are needed gradually, not only in theory, but also with direct practice

Abstract

One of the intelligences that modern humans must possess is financial intelligence, which is intelligence in managing personal financial assets. The results of the 2019 national survey showed that the financial literacy rate of the population aged 15-17 years was 16% which indicates a low level and is more financially vulnerable in the sense of being able to spend money on pleasure than to save or invest to add assets. Thus, one way to respond to finances is how individuals can control their personal finances. Personal financial management training for students is carried out by the method of lectures, discussions, and exercises to identify needs and calculate the monthly expenses of students. To ensure that participants can understand the learning outcomes, at the end of this learning a posttest is carried out in the form of providing a simple survey to test the level of knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors of managing personal finances of students. The conclusion that can be made in the Student Personal Financial Management Training is to ensure that this training can provide an increase in understanding or level of financial literacy to the younger generation in planning for the future and their finances properly.

Abstract

Koya Koso is one of the areas located in Jayapura City which have a potential agricultural products in the form of vegetables, fruit and freshwater fish cultivation, namely catfish. One of the agricultural products found in that area is catfish which is only sold in unprocessed form. The purpose of this activity is to develop the catfish business into a value added that will increase the income of farmers in Koya Koso Abepura. Beside that, to improve the skills in processing catfish into products that are ready for sale and management knowledge to farmers in Koya Koso, Abepura. This activity held in the garden owned by farmers who generally raise catfish, Mujair, Gastor fish and also gardening a corn, kale, mustard greens and others. Preparations are made by gathering the farmers who is attend this activity such as a mothers, teenagers and fathers who were working. The interviewer for this activity is Lidya Chandra, who is an entrepreneur in making catfish floss. The results of this community service related to the topic of shredded catfish training showed that there is an impact of training on making catfish floss for farmers who did not know how to manage itu in the first and wanted to try entrepreneurship in order to increase their family income and the business of farmers in Koya Koso.

Abstract

This service activity aims to provide training on traditional (manual) accounting records by introducing large accounts in accounting books and the introduction of the Lamikro application and its use in recording daily financial transactions online to MSME actors in Jayapura City. In addition, Lamikro financial reports produced by MSME actors can be used in applying for people's business credit / KUR loans at banks. The training was held on 2 and 3 July 2021, the training was divided into 2 activities, namely on 2 July 2021 an introduction training was held on micro-applications and transaction practices encountered by business actors on a daily basis. This activity was carried out in the Accounting Department Lab and was attended by 5 people out of 10 people who registered. The activity on July 3, 2021 was carried out with assistance to every business actor in the city of Jayapura. The assistance takes place accompanied by an introduction to the recording of transactions based on the Lamikro application. In this activity, assistance was provided to 15 business actors spread across the city of Jayapura. Assistance activities are carried out by complying with applicable health procedures. Community Service Activities are also carried out pre-post tests during the implementation of the activities, with the aim of measuring the extent of understanding of the introduction material that has been given during the training process.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activities is a part of developing Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Important factor that the entrepreneurs should know is about bookkeeping. Simple bookkeeping for small and medium-sized businesses is quite important for their own business progress. One of the reason is the bad system that SMEs have. It cause the lack of government attention, and there are still many SMEs who are reluctant to think about complicated things such as accounting and financial management issues. They only think that it is enough to make a profit, then their business or SMEs that they have can run and developing. Based on the results of observations and interviews with the Fish Farmer Group in Koya Timur, it can be conclude that financial management is very important for business actors or other entrepreneurs, but there are still many obstacles faced in the implementation. One of them is the lack of partners concern to learn individually how to prepare financial reports properly. It is caused the low quality of human resources from SMEs actors in managing their own business finances which results in not developing the business owned by the business owner.
