Abstract

Dalam usaha meningkatkan produktivitas, efisiensi, dan efektivitas dari sumber daya yang dimiliki suatu perusahaan harus terus melakukan inovasi–inovasi dalam proses produksinya. Pada zaman modern sekarang ini mesin produksi yang yang handal sangat membantu dalam proses produksi pemeliharaan dan perawatan yang tidak baik akan menghambat inovasi-inovasi proses produksi, kualitas dan kuantitas dari hasil produksi. Di sisi lain, dibutuhkan sistem otomasi yang dapat mencatat kinerja mesin produksi dan permasalahannya berupa Sistem Informasi Monitoring dan Perbaikan Mesin Produksi berbasis Android. Dengan adanya ini maka maintenance dapat lebih mudah dalam memonitor dan memperbaiki mesin-mesin yang bermasalah. Sistem ini juga meghasilkan laporan tentang permasalahan yang terjadi pada mesin produksi yang langsung diterima pihak maintenance.

Abstract

Smartphone is one of the most important things for people nowadays. The increasing number of products as well as the amount information carried by each brand of smartphone can overload, there are many things to consider before buying a smartphone. Fuzzy logic is a form of many- valued logic in which the truth values of variables may be any real number between 0 and 1. Fuzzy logic is one method to analyze system containing uncertainty. This study aims to use fuzzy logic in helping people make decisions on buying the most suitable smartphone for them by producing an output value that can help the user to determine which smartphone will be purchased based on user’s ideal criteria of a smartphone.

Abstract

In this research, the case of intent classification for Customer Relation Management (CRM) how to handle complaints as a domain to be followed up, where datasets are extracted from the conversation on Twitter. The research objectives support three key findings to comparing the CNNs and BRNNs model to intent recognition by vectorization text: (1) Which architecture performs better (accuracy) depends on how important it is to semantically understand the whole sequence and (2) Learning rate changes performance relatively smoothly, while the optimal result iterated by change hidden size and batch size result in large fluctuations. (3) Last, how word vectorization is able to define sub-domain of the complaints by word vector classification.

Abstract

The lifestyle of the current year’s people is very different with the lifestyle of the people eight years ago. Start from the booming of Facebook as social media. It changes the ways of communicating. Those can be said that is the turning point of the digital era, from then the people are educated to share everything online and from those sharing it creates the opportunity to gather information that also affecting the change of conventional business process. Just one simple application can change the lifestyle of million people. From then, many other mobile application has help the simple task in our life.This work that developed an application named, Application for Searching Hangout Places Based on Middle Point of Participant’s Location ( MEEDLE ), will discuss the development of solving the simple problem of searching and deciding hangout place based on the data that internet shared. This application will give the user ease and effectiveness while using.

Abstract

One of the spearheads of finance companies is marketing. Marketing is usually involved directly with customers or suppliers. Things that are usually done by marketing finance companies that enter data order or customer into the system. This system is usually only accessible through computers and corporate networks. The paper proposed the development of such a system on mobile platform so that it can be easily accessed by the users. This application will be very helpful for the marketing of finance companies in providing services to suppliers or customers. Because with this application, marketing can see the order that has been entered and already the extent of the process through their smartphones.

Abstract

Aktivitas sebagai front desk agent duty merupakan salah satu hal penting dalam setiap perusahaan. Dalam aktivitas sebagai front desk PT. MANE Indonesia, untuk melakukan permintaan stationary dan voucher taxi melalui email lalu input manual di microsoft excel. Hal tersebut sangat mengulur waktu seorang front desk agent dalam penginputan dan pembuatan laporannya. Sebuah sistem informasi dapat memberikan data yang akurat dan berguna untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Misalkan membuat keputusan berapa banyak kebutuhan stationary suatu perusahaan untuk bulan selanjutnya, dan masih banyak lagi hal-hal yang butuh di dokumentasikan dengan baik. Maka diciptakan aplikasi FDAD PT. MANE Indonesia. Dalam hal tersebut, diperlukan data valid yang didokumentasi serta terintegrasi. Aplikasi yang dibuat ini untuk mengurai kekurangan tersebut.
