Jurnal Ilmu Administrasi Negara contains articles and scientific papers in the form of research and non-research results, both in government institutions or in the community. This journal focuses on the theoretical and practical study of public policy starting from the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of policies carried out by the government in dealing with the changing needs and demands of society. Implementation of the Integrated Administrative Services. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors Implementation of the Integrated Administrative Service in the District Kuantan Singingi. Methods the research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews with informants consisting of Head, Head Secretary, Administration Section Chief, Section of Government staff and the people who never get a good service that the service licensing and non license in the District Kuantan District Office Singingi Singingi through observation and documentation. The data were analyzed with descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the factors that affect the implementation of the Integrated Administrative Service in District Kuantan Singingi seen from the communication factor, sources, trends and bureaucratic structures have not been so good. There are still many shortcomings encountered in its implementation in the field.

Coordination The Central Team Integrated Services Center for Women and Children. This study aimed to obtain in-depth description of how coordination of employee Tim Integrated Services Center for Women’s Empowerment and Child (P2TP2A) Riau Province. The informants are the core team (P2TP2A), community leaders and families of the victims. Data collected by interview, observation and documentation study. Analysis of data using an interactive model. The results showed that the factors that affect the coordination consisting of unity of action, communication, division of labor and discipline has been going according to the expectations of all parties, where the factor of unity of action is the factor most powerful influence on the achievements of the implementation of the settlement of cases P2TP2A handled by Riau Province during this time. Meanwhile, related to the coordination of existing P2TP2A Riau Province today has gone well.

Competence, Physical Work Environment and Performance. This study aims to determine the effect of competence and physical work environment on the performance of the Civil Service at the Library and Archives of Pekanbaru type of research is quantitative descriptive statistical test and multiple linear regression analysis method. The sample used includes all Civil Servants in the neighborhood of Library and Archives Pekanbaru City that is numbered 30 people.The results showed that the competence and lingkkungan physical labor each have positive and significant impact on the performance of the Civil Service at the Library and Archives of Pekanbaru. The effect of competence and physical work environment together influence the performance of 84,9%.

Work Culture, Employee Commitment and Performance Officer. This study aimed to analyze the effect of work culture and employee commitment to employee performance. The population is all employees working in agencies Executing Agency for Food Security and Agricultural Extension Pekanbaru many as 72 people. Collecting data using questionnaires. Data analysis methods used include test research instruments, test classic assumptions and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed in the F test (simultaneous) that the work culture, and employee commitment to significantly affect the performance of employees with F sig value 0,000 <0,05 and F count 18.193. T test (partial) shows the work culture significantly affect the performance of employees with t sig value 0,000 <0,05 and 5,844 t value, and commitment employees have little influence on employee performance with sig t 0.079> 0.05 and values t -1.781.

Duties Civil Service Police Unit in the discipline Roving Car Dealer. This study aims to identify and describe the implementation of tasks Civil Service Police Unit in the discipline around the car dealer in Pekanbaru. The method used is descriptive and quantitative methods; Samples that Satpol Members of the Civil Service and car dealers around numbering 70 people. Data collection techniques were questionnaires, observations and interviews. Data analysis is quantitative descriptive. Results of research on the implementation of tasks Civil Service Police Unit in the discipline around the car dealer in Pekanbaru is “Good Enough”. Barriers were found in this study is the absence of regulations governing the particulars of car dealers around, while the current authority of the municipal police of Pekanbaru in to curb car dealers around only be guided by the Regional Regulation Pekanbaru on Public Order so that it makes the role of municipal police Pekanbaru city is very limited.

Implementation of the Environment Policy of Infrastructure Development with the Pattern of Community Organizations. This study aims to determine the implementation of the environmental policy of infrastructure development with the pattern of local community organizations District of Pekanbaru City. The informants are Chairman of the District of Pekanbaru City CSO, Head of Pekanbaru City, Electric Companion (TPM) and the District of Pekanbaru City PPTK environmental infrastructure development activities with the pattern of OMS 2013. Data collection techniques used in this research is observation, interview and documentation with technical analysis of data using an interactive model. The result showed that the implementation of the policy by the Environmental Infrastructure Development Patterns Local Community Organizations (CSOs) District of the city of Pekanbaru Pekanbaru City in 2013 is not feasible because there are many problems related systems and rules as well as the resources to support the implementation of policies.

Incentives, Work Discipline, Organizational Climate and Employee Performance. The research objective is to investigate and analyze the influence of incentives, work discipline and organizational climate on employee performance. The study was conducted at the Department of Transportation Employees Kota Dumai. Quantitative descriptive research type with the number of respondents amounted to 78 people sampled in the study. Data were collected through questionnaires. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression method. The results showed that simultaneously providing incentives, labor discipline and organization Climate significant effect on employee performance. Partially each variable significant effect on employee performance. Variable work discipline is the most dominant factor affect the employee’s performance means more work discipline variables play a role in determining the performance of employees. Results of regression test hypotheses of the study showed that the value of determination coefficient of 0.686. It shows that 68.6% variable incentives, work discipline and organizational climate can explain its influence on employee performance variables at the Department perhu, while the rest is the influence of other variables that are not described in this study.

Commitment, Unity and Performance. The research objective was to determine the effect of commitment and togetherness to the team performance squads extinguishing forest fires and land in Kota Dumai. The study population was a member of a team of firefighters Kota Dumai as many as 100 people and all the population sampled. Data was concluded using a questionnaire using Likert scale. Data were analyzed using multiple regression. The results showed that commitment and togetherness partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on team performance firemen with 5% degree of confidence. Variable contribution commitment and togetherness in the team’s performance firemen just as much as 10.82%, while the remaining 89.12% influenced by other factors.

Leadership Style, Organizational Climate, Employee Compensation and Work Behaviour. This study aims to know the influence of leadership style, organizational climate as well as compensation to the behavior of employees working at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Riau either simultaneously or partially. The study population was the entire staff of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Riau as many as 76 people. Data were collected using questionnaires. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression method using SPSS for Windows version 17. The results showed that partially or jointly variable in this study both the style of leadership, organizational climate or compensation significantly influence the behavior of employees working at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Riau. From the results of the study also found that organizational climate variables into the most dominant variable influencing the behavior of employees working at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Riau followed by variable compensation for second dominant and leadership style.

Leadership Style, Organizational Climate and Work Motivation Performance Against Apparatus. This study aimed to analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational climate and work motivation on the performance of personnel offices of cooperatives and SMEs in Riau. This research method is survey method with quantitative approach. The study population is all employees amounted to 93 people and a sample of the entire population (census). Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to the respondents as many as 93 respondents. Analysis of the data used is linear regression analysis. These results indicate that partially leadership style affect the performance of the apparatus, organizational climate affect the performance aparatu, motivation affect the performance of the apparatus. Simultaneously style of leadership, organizational climate and work motivation affect the performance of the apparatus with koofesien value of determination (R2) of 0.924. That is 92.4% office apparatus performance Cooperatives and SMEs Riau province influenced by the style of leadership, organizational climate and work motivation and 7.6% influenced by other factors.
