Abstract

Regional Company Performance Evaluation rural credit banks. This study aims to determine the performance of Regional Company of rural credit banks Rokan Hulu, Rokan Hulu Regency. Quantitative descriptive research type with the number of respondents totaled 50 people sampled in the study. The data analysis is based on the Balanced Scorecard method consisting of perspective, financial perspective and the customer (customer). The results showed that the performance Rokan Hulu PD BPR based financial perspective shows a good performance, because of the five aspects assessed, three aspects showed a good performance. Meanwhile PD BPR performance Rokan Hulu is based on the customer’s perspective shows good performance because three of the five aspects assessed increased and showed a good performance.

Abstract

Policy Implementation of Environmental Document Ownership. This study aims to identify and analyze the policy implementation of SPPL ownership in Pelalawan and the factors that influence it. This study used a qualitative method with case study approach. Informants in this study was small and micro entrepreneurs, staff of Pelalawan Environment Agency and society. Data collection techniques using non-participatory observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques through the procedure of presentation of data, data reduction and withdrawal / verification conclusion. The results showed that the implementation of policy ownership is still not optimal SPPL is seen from the policy objectives, the implementation process and policy results. Factors affecting policy implementation of SPPL ownership in Pelalawan is the wrong idea about the environmental impact of small and micro enterprises, lack of knowledge, budgetary constraints, socio-economic conditions of society and the ability to generate turnover is still low.

Abstract

Tower Control Policy Implementation Together In The increase in local revenue. Key informant was Head of Transportation and Communication Equipment Siak, Head of Infocom, Section Head of Post and Telecommunications, owner Tower (Provider) and society. Data collection technique used observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative analysis with interactive data analysis model. The results showed that the policy evaluation arrangement telecommunications tower together in the Siak need to be re-examined in view of the Regional Regulation Siak District No. 20 of 2011 on Levy Control Tower is not set out clear and detailed about the magnitude of the amount and the fees to be paid by the provider at the time of payment development levy tower/tower, because the regulation only governs the types of charges from the licensing of telecommunications towers.

Abstract

Implementation of Minimum Service Standards Policy Population Administration in the North Maluku Province. This study aims to determine the minimum service standards policy implementation population administration in the Province of North Maluku. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The study population is the entire user population administration services. Techniques of data collection using the questionnaire. Determination of the sample using simple random sampling technique. The process of data analysis using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the provision of services on population administration based minimum service standards are generally performing well, although still found disparities in its implementation. The imbalance caused by the gap of information about rules and guidelines on minimum service standards between officers and the community.
