Abstract

This present study purposed to know the result from applied of Altman Z-Score Analysis (Second Model) for Financialperformance analysis of prime credit customer ABC Bank. And also to knowing that analysis method can be used in credit analysis process of ABC Bank expecially for early warning system in financial condition of credit customer. This research using seven prime credit customer ABC Bank for sample and the result of this study shows that almost all prime credit customer in the sample predicted will be bancrupcy (grey area and distrees area) at first lending conditions and financial review conditions. The result of this research is obtained the fact than Altman Z-Score Analysis can be used as the one of analysis tools in the credit analysis process at ABC Bank. Z-Score Analysis can be giving the information about real financial condition of prime credit customer than the information will be advising for board of management ABC Bank to increasing the quality of credit analysis their Credit Officer.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze quality of service (as variable indefendent) are services, personnel skills, health care costs, availability of drugs, and environmental security effect on patient satisfaction (as a variable defendant) in the public health services in health centers S.Parman Banjarmasin. The research was conducted in March until May 2012, using a random survey of 100 respondents from the community in the Kecamatan Pasar Lama and surrounding Antasan Besar and enjoy the health center at a public patient, patient’s health insurance and public health insurance. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service is service, personnel skills, health care costs, availability of drugs, and environmental safety and simultaneous partial effect on patient satisfaction. All variables indefendent positive and significant impact on patient satisfaction and the availability of drugs is the most significant variable impact because the main objective to restore the patient’s health. Satisfaction index S.Parman community health center Banjarmasin judged by the standards of quality of service is considered appropriate.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational change and organizational culture either partially or simultaneously to the performance of employees KPKNL Banjarmasin. The population in this study as many as 32 people by using multiple regression analysis method. Analysis regression performed to determine wheter the independent variable (organizational change and organizational culture) either partially or simultaneously influence the dependent variable (employees performance). The result on the State Property Office and Auction (KPKNL) indicate that the change organizations Banjarmasin and cultural organizations simultaneously have a significant and positive impact on employee performance KPKNL Banjarmasin. The result show that partial organizational and cultural changes organizational each have a significant and positive impact on employee performance. Variable factors in the physical arrangement of organizational change to be the most dominant factor affecting the performance of an employee while the factors of attention to detail on the cultural variables are the most dominant factor affecting employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, work discipline, and leadership significantly of both simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees in women empowerment, Child Protection and Family Planning Board Banjar Regency. In addition, it also aims to find out the dominant variable affecting the performance of employees in Women Empowerment, Child Protection and Family Planning Board Banjar Regency. Sampling technique in this study is a census, wichh is all employees of Women Empowerment, Child Protection and Family Planning Board Banjar Regency as a population of 33 people were sampled. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The result showed that both partially and simultaneously, the variables motivation, work discipline, and leadership have a significant effect on the performance of an employee of Women Empowerment, Child Protection and Family Planning Board Banjar Regency. The most dominant variable affecting the performance of employee Women Empowerment, Child Protection and Family Planning Board Banjar Regency is the variable of work discipline. Variation of performance (y) which can be explained by the variables of moti- vation, work discipline, and leadership is at 66.7%, while the remaining 33.3% is influence by others.

Abstract

Given Alabio ducks ( Anas platyrinchos Borneo ) is a commodity that can be developed on wetlands , the study aims to illustrate the potential and development of duck farms that can be relied upon by the provincial government in making policies for the advancement of this duck commodities , especially in the aspect of markets , human resources , and financial aspects . These three aspects have been given the results of several previous studies that the three aspects mentioned this is still an issue in the development of duck and production results . Hulu Sungai Utara as duck production centers serve as a test site . Qualitative analysis of the domain and toksonomi method used as a tool in analyzing the data of this study . The results show : First , aspects of financing shows that the business is viable and profitable , especially on a large scale . Second , the market requires a lot of innovation in creating related products. Third , explain aspects of human resource regeneration is still a problem and also the managerial constraints such as planning , standardization and quality in all phases .

Abstract

Return is the profit in the future which is compensation for the risk associated with the investments made. One instrument is a capital investment in the stock market. The purpose of this study to examine the effect of macroeconomic variables (market profit rate, exchange rate, inflation, interest rates) to the Food and Baverage stock returns.The samples in this study were shares in food and industrial sectors baverage listed on the Stock Exchange in the period 2007- Sampling using purposive sampling and obtain samples 17 companies. Data taken from the financial statements issued by a public company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Analysis of the data in this study using multiple regression with teory Arbitrage Price Theory (APT). The results of the study by testing the coefficient of determination (R square) concluded baverage food and stock returns can be explained by the four independent variables (macroeconomic Variebel) of 23.3%. F test results in this study indicate that macroeconomic variables (market profit rate, exchange rate, inflation and interest rate) as a whole has significant influence.T test results in this study indicate that the variable profit rate, exchange rate, inflation has no significant effect, while interest rates have a significant effect on the Food and Baverage stock returns

Abstract

This research examines the influence of corporate governance toward corporate performance, in this case market performance and financial performance. The rating of corporate governance perception index (CGPI) for 2008 until 2010 by The Indonesian Institute for Corporate Governance is used to measure the corporate governance implementation and Tobin’s Q as a market performance measurement with Return on Equity (ROE) and Return on Assets (ROA) as financial performance measurement. The control variables used are leverage, age, type of industry and size of firm. This study is causal research which companies that scored CGPI and financial statement during 2008-2010 were drawn using purposive sampling method. Research data are pooling data which combines time series and cross sectional data during the observation period 2008-2010. This research employs a multiple regression to test hypothesis that corporate governance and corporate performance are positively related. From the first regression equation, the result of this study shows that there is influence between corporate governance perception index and market performance (Tobin’s Q) during crisis while the control variables have no effect on market performance unless leverage levels negatively affect the market performance of the company during the global economic crisis. The second regression equation shows that there is influence between corporate governance perception index and financial performance (ROE) during crisis while the control variables have no effect on financial performance (ROE). The third regression equation shows that there has no influence between corporate governance perception index (CGPI) and the control variables to financial performance (ROA) during the global economic crisis 2008-2010
