Abstract

Banjarmasin city is a popular tourist destination for its river tourism. One of the tourist destinations that offer a distinctive atmosphere of river-based Banjar culture is Kampung Hijau. This tourist attraction is located on the Martapura river banks, which was developed with a Community-based Tourism (CBT) approach. This study aims to design educational tourist attractions in the Kampung Hijau tourist destination. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive types. Data collection was carried out by the survey, interview, and documentation study. The design of educational tourism attractions designed in Kampung Hijau provides basic knowledge of community adaptation and mitigation actions against climate change and other matters. It increases tourist knowledge and understanding by firsthand the community's adaptation and mitigation activities. Keywords: Attraction; Education tourism; Kampung hijau

Abstract

Salah satu program Pemerintah yang memiliki daya ungkit yang signifikan adalah Program STBM (Sanitasi Total Berbasis Masyarakat). STBM terbukti efektif dalam upaya mempercepat akses terhadap sanitasi yang layak. Suksesnya STBM hanya akan terjadi apabila masyarakat terpicu untuk mau, berdaya dan melakukan praktik-praktik hidup bersih dan sehat. Hambatan hambatan dalam pelaksanaan program diantaranya penilaian efektivitas berdasarkan kriteria tingkat ketercapaian misi akhir organisasi dengan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menghambat dan mengoptimasikan faktorfaktor pendukung, penilaian efektivitas berdasarkan kriteria berfungsinya semua unsur dalam organisasi yang menjadi syarat bagi pencapai tujuan, penilaian efektivitas berdasarkan kriteria perilaku manusia secara individual maupun kelompok. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis keterkaitan efektivitas program STBM berdasarkan karakteristik lingkungan dan evaluasi program di Kabupaten Banjar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross sectional deskripsi kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan efektivitas program STBM berdasarkan akses sanitasi (jamban keluarga) disebabkan oleh ketersediaan air bersih dan kebiasaan atau tradisi, efektivitas program STBM berdasarkan akses air bersih disebabkan oleh ketersediaan air bersih dan kemampuan secara ekonomi, sedangkan efektivitas Program STBM disebabkan oleh keadaan musim. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa evaluasi Program STBM dikatakan baik atau tidak baik dipengaruhi oleh kunjungan petugas baik dari pusat, Provinsi maupun Kabupaten ke Kecamatan atau ke desa yang mendapatkan Program STBM.

Abstract

Sebuah organisasi harus menyadari bahwa keseimbangan antara kontribusi karyawan terhadap perusahaan dengan kontribusi perusahaan terhadap karyawan tersebut haruslah sepadan. Remunerasi mempunyai pengertian berupa "sesuatu" yang diterima pegawai sebagai imbalan dari kontribusi yang telah diberikannya kepada perusahaannya. Imbalan dapat memotivasi perbaikan kinerja individu. Kesuksesan suatu organisasi berkaitan langsung dengan kinerja/performance, produktivitas, dan komitmen masing-masing pekerjanya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk Mengetahui pengaruh pay satisfaction sistem remunerasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai RSUD brigadier Jenderal Haji Hasan Basry Kandangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian analitik korelasional melalui pendekatan cross sectional.  Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai RSUD Brig. Jend. H. Hasan Basry. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Variabel penelitian adalah pay satisfaction sistem remunerasi dan motivasi sebagai variabel bebas dan kinerja pegawai RSUD Brig. Jend. H. Hasan Basry sebagai variabel terikat.. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa kuesioner. Hasil analisa regresi berganda memperoleh hasil  fhitung = 20.398 dengan tsign = 0.000. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pay satisfaction sistem remunerasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai RSUD Brigadir Jenderal Haji Hasan Basry Kandangan.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia terbanyak yang berinteraksi secara langsung dengan pasien adalah perawat, sehingga kualitas pelayanan yang dilaksanakan oleh perawat dapat dinilai sebagai salah satu indikator baik atau buruknya kualitas pelayanan di rumah sakit. Studi pendahuluan awal yang dilakukan pada bulan April peneliti melakukan wawancara dengan 9 perawat di ruang rawat inap RSUD Ratu Zalecha Martapura tentang stres kerja perawat dan diperoleh data yang mengatakan bahwa perawat ruang rawat inap memiliki tingkat kejenuhan dan rasa tertekan yang dialami selama melakukan pekerjaannya, dan hal ini merupakan salah satu faktor pemicu munculnya stres dalam bekerja yang diperkuat dengan pernyataan 5 pasien bahwa pasien kurang merasa puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan perawat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian analitik korelasional melalui pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai RSUD Brig. Jend. H. Hasan Basry. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah  simple random sampling. Variabel penelitian adalah gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, stres kerja dan kinerja perawat RSUD Ratu Zalecha Martapura sebagai variabel terikat.. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa kuesioner.Hasil analisa regresi logistik  memperoleh hasil  variabel gaya kepemimpinan dari analisa regresi logistik ternyata nilai taraf signifikansi pada variabel motivasi nilainya berubah yang semula 0,001 menjadi 0,000. Perubahan  tersebut merupakan fenomena bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memiliki hubungan secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja perawat walaupun sangat rendah. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, stres kerja dengan kinerja perawat di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSUD Ratu Zalecha Martapura yaitu hubungan yang positif dengan hasil regresi sebesar 4.328.

Abstract

The National Police of the Republic of Indonesia, in this case, Bhabinkamtibmas (Neighborhood/Village Police NCOs), as the leader in creating Harkamtibmas or the maintenance of security and public order in villages/sub-districts, can carry out their duties by applying the community empowerment as an effective way to involve the community in achieving all goals and hopes of creating a safe and orderly situation where they are being assigned. This had been stated in the Regulation of the Chief of the Indonesian National Police Number 3 of 2015 article 27 that the main task of Bhabinkamtibmas is to conduct community development, early detection, and mediation/negotiation to create conducive conditions in the village/sub-district. In regards to community policing in Article 1 Paragraph 2, community policing, from now on abbreviated as Polmas, is an activity to invite the public through a partnership between members of the National Police and the community, so that they can detect and identify problems of security and public order (Kamtibmas) in their environment and resolve them. The results of the research showed that community empowerment in East Banjarmasin could be carried out through the role of Bhabinkamtibmas. However, it was not optimal because many programs or activities executed by Bhabinkamtibmas were reserved to fulfilling tasks that had been assigned to them. The community empowerment was followed through practically and was limited to how to take advantage of the situation and part of the community's potential in order to finish the target assigned to them hence the role of Bhabinkamtibmas as the leader in community empowerment could not be implemented properly and sustainably. The achievement could be done through the provision of knowledge and training and education on understanding the definition of community empowerment as a process and as a goal, stages of empowerment, empowerment strategies and so on, in order to create a community in which they are ready to be efficient and independent towards creating a conducive security and public order therefore they can create a safe, peaceful community and ensure the implementation of development towards prosperity.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze quality of service (as variable indefendent) are services, personnel skills, health care costs, availability of drugs, and environmental security effect on patient satisfaction (as a variable defendant) in the public health services in health centers S.Parman Banjarmasin. The research was conducted in March until May 2012, using a random survey of 100 respondents from the community in the Kecamatan Pasar Lama and surrounding Antasan Besar and enjoy the health center at a public patient, patient’s health insurance and public health insurance. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service is service, personnel skills, health care costs, availability of drugs, and environmental safety and simultaneous partial effect on patient satisfaction. All variables indefendent positive and significant impact on patient satisfaction and the availability of drugs is the most significant variable impact because the main objective to restore the patient’s health. Satisfaction index S.Parman community health center Banjarmasin judged by the standards of quality of service is considered appropriate.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of labor discipline, motivation and leadership as an independent variable either partially or simultaneously on employee job satisfaction as the dependent variable on the company PT. Bumi Barito Main branch of Banjarmasin. The research uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 39 employees of PT. Bumi Barito Main branch of Banjarmasin. Measurement variables by using a Likert scale with a score of 1 to 5 scale. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression statistical techniques and to test the significant level using the F test and t-test with SPSS all assistance. Partial results of the study showed that labor discipline and a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, motivation variable positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and leadership variable positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The results showed that the variables simultaneously work discipline, motivation and leadership, and a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Of the three independent variables studied variables that have the greatest influence / motivation is the dominant variable in the regression coefficient of 0.464 or 46.4% on job satisfaction compared with the other two independent variables.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of motivation (X1), Education (X2), Training (X3) Work Experience (X4) as independent variables either partially or simultaneously to the Teacher Performance (Y) as the dependent variable in SMKN 5 Banjarmasin. This research method using purposive sampling technique with sample of 96 teachers SMKN 5 Banjarmasin. Variable measurement technique Likert scale with a weight scale from 1 to 5. To determine the correlation between the variables X1, X2, X3, and X4 towards Y, multiple linear regression correlation technique was used; and to test the significance level, the form of test deteminasi coefficient test was used ;and F test and t test used using SPSS 16 series. The research concludes that there is a significant positive effect of each variable indenvenden variables simultaneouslyand partially towards the dependent variables. Among the four highest indenvenden variables, the variable Work experience (X4) was the highest variable compared to the independent variables towards teacher performance in SMKN 5 Banjarmasin

Abstract

The Purpose of the research to identify and analyze the effect of Remunerasi and Motivasion Work about Performance ol Civil Servants (PNS) simultaneously and partially on the Performance. The method used is quantitative research that is explanatory, with a population of 191 people, technique sampling used is stratified random sampling with a sample of 66 people who serve as respondents, data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS software ver.16.0. The results ofthis studyconcludedthat the remunerationandmotivation to worksimultaneously and partiallypositive effect onperformance.Of the threeindepend- entvariable, the highest percentagewas97,8% remuneration(X1) compared with the twoother variables. This isbecausethatis essentiallyan employeeis unable to performanythingin general, there needs to becompensationimpetusin drivingdirectionoptimal work, compensationandjob satisfactionpolicyimplementationneed tobe included in thetraining sobeberpapositive influenceon employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style on job satisfaction with organizational commitment as the intervening variable. The object of this research is the staff of general administration and finance of Islam Hospital, Banjannasin. In accordance with the above objectives, in this study four hypotheses have been formulated. The sampling of this research used saturated sample method by using the entire population as the samples. This study used 50 respondents, and all respondents were the staff of general administration and finance of Islam Hospital, Banjarmasin. To facilitate the problem solving, this research was conducted by using regression analysis, path analysis and Sobel Test with the help ofSPSS V.23 The results of this study indicated that leadership style had a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect onjob satisfaction. Organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment had positive and significant effect as the intervening variable/mediation between leadership style and job satisfaction
