Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of extraversion personality on narcissistic behavior in social media moderated by social media engagement in early adulthood. This research design used quantitative methods with a total of 390 subjects consisting of social media users in the age range of 18-25 years in Bandung. The instruments used in this research are BFI (Big Five Inventory) which has been adapted by Reza, A (2015), the instrument of narcissism behavior based on seven aspects of narcissism from Raskin and Terry (1988), social media engagement as measured by Social Media Engagement Questionnaire (Przybylski et al., 2013). The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression analysis (MRA) using SPSS version 25. This study shows the results of social media engagement as a moderating variable of extraversion personality on narcissistic behavior with a significant value of 0,192. Based on these results, it can be concluded social media engagement does not moderate the effect of extraversion on narcissistic behavior.Tujuan penelitian ini yakni mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian extraversion terhadap perilaku narsisme di media sosial yang dimoderasi social media engagement pada usia dewasa awal. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 390 yang terdiri dari pengguna media sosial pada rentang usia 18 – 25 tahun di Kota Bandung. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni BFI (Big Five Inventory) yang telah diadaptasi oleh Reza, A (2015), instrumen perilaku narsisme berdasarkan tujuh aspek narsisme dari Raskin dan Terry, social media engagement diukur dengan menggunakan instrumen Social Media Engagement Questionnaire (Przybylski et al., 2013). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu  Moderated Regression analysis (MRA) menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil social media engagement sebagai variabel moderator pengaruh kepribadian extraversion terhadap perilaku narsisme dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,192. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa social media engagement tidak memoderasi pengaruh kepribadian extraversion terhadap perilaku narsisme di media sosial.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of testing the intercorrelation of parenting stress, marital satisfaction, and well-being on parents of autism spectrum disorder children’s in Palembang City. 191 Respondents are parents with autism spectrum disorder child. Parenting stress measured using Parenting Stress Scale: Autism. Marital satisfaction measured using Enrich Marital Satisfaction (EMS), and PERMA-Profile measure for well-being. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is pearson analysis to determine the intercorrelation of parenting stress, marital satisfaction, and well-being on parents of autism spectrum disorder children’s in Palembang City. The result indicated there a correlation between marital satisfaction and well-being, as well as stress parenting and marital satisfaction.Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui interkorelasi antara stres pengasuhan, kepuasan pernikahan, dan kesejahteraan orang tua dengan anak autism spectrum disorder (ASD) di Kota Palembang. Responden sebanyak 191 adalah orang tua anak yang memiliki anak dengan ASD di Kota Palembang. Stres pengasuhan diukur menggunakan Parenting Stress Scale: Autism yang diadaptasi ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Untuk bagian kepuasan pernikahan menggunakan instrumen Enrich Marital Satisfaction (EMS). Sedangkan kesejahteraan diukur menggunakan instrumen PERMA – Profile Measure. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik accidental sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis pearson untuk mengetahui interkorelasi antara stres pengasuhan, kepuasan pernikahan, dan kesejahteraan orang tua dengan anak autism spectrum disorder (ASD) di Kota Palembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi antara kepuasan pernikahan dan kesejahteraan, serta stres pengasuhan dan kepuasan pernikahan.

Abstract

This study purpose to determine the work motivation of anti-corruption instructors in conducting education n and campaigns to the public. The backgrounds of Anti-Corruption instructors are very interesting to know more about the work motivation of the Anti- Corruption instructors in carrying out their activities. This study uses a qualitative method, where the informants totaled 5 people who are anti-corruption instructor, who have received certification from LSP KPK. The phenomenological approach strategy was chosen in this study to make a description of the awareness and experience that exists within the individual about a phenomenon. In this study using one variable, Work Motivation. Data collection was carried out through interviews and document study. Interviews were conducted face to and by telephone. Existing data will be processed and packaged in a descriptive form so that it can answer systematically and logically the problems that have been formulated in the research.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi kerja Penyuluh Antikorupsi dalam melakukan edukasi dan kampanye kepada masyarakat. Latar belakang dari Penyuluh Antikorupsi yang berbeda-beda sangatlah menarik untuk diketahui lebih dalam. Terutama motivasi kerja Penyuluh Antikorupsi dalam melakukan aktivitasnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan informan yang berjumlah sebanyak 5 orang Penyuluh Antikorupsi yang telah mendapatkan sertifikasi dari Lembaga Sertfikasi Profesi Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi. Strategi pendekatan fenomenologi dipilih dalam penelitian ini guna membuat deskripsi tentang kesadaran dan pengalaman yang ada dalam diri individu tentang suatu fenomena. Penelitian ini menggunakan satu variabel yaitu motivasi kerja, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan study dokumen. Wawancara dilakukan secara langsung serta melalui telepon. Data yang sudah ada akan diproses dan dikemas dalam bentuk deskriptif sehingga bisa menjawab secara sistematis dan logis masalah yang telah dirumuskan dalam penelitian.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of brand trust in La Sportiva climbing shoes on consumer loyalty among athletes in West Java. This research adopts a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The respondents in this study consist of 179 rock climbing athletes who are consumers of La Sportiva climbing shoes in West Java. The respondents in this study are aged 14 to 27 years old and were selected using purposive sampling technique. The instruments used for data collection include the brand trust in e-commerce (Septini, 2017) and consumer loyalty scale (Bobâlcă et al., 2012). Data analysis in this study employs simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research demonstrate a significant influence of brand trust on consumer loyalty towards La Sportiva climbing shoes among athletes in West Java.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand trust sepatu panjat tebing La Sportiva terhadap consumer loyalty pada atlet di Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 179 atlet panjat tebing konsumen sepatu panjat tebing La Sportiva di Jawa Barat. Responden pada penelitian ini berusia 14–27 tahun, diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengambilan data adalah brand trust e-commerce (Septini, 2017) dan consumer loyalty scale (Bobâlcă et al, 2012). Teknis analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara brand trust terhadap consumer loyalty sepatu panjat tebing La Sportiva pada atlet di Jawa Barat.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the relationship of conscientiousness personality and peer conformity to procrastination among students in the PGSD (Elementary School Teacher Education) program at FIP UMJ (University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta). The research method employed is a quantitative correlational approach. The population in this study consists of all active students in the 2018 cohort of PGSD FIP UMJ. A sample of 154 students was selected for the study. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the Pearson Product Moment technique after conducting assumption tests, which included tests for normality and linearity of the regression. .The results of the data analysis reveal that the Pearson coefficient for the conscientiousness personality variable is 0.678, and for the peer conformity variable, it is 0.744, both with a significant value of 0.000. This indicates a positive relationship between conscientiousness personality and peer conformity with procrastination. The findings of this research show that conscientiousness personality and peer conformity contribute to procrastination by 55.5%, while the remaining 44.5% is influenced by other unexamined factors.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan conscientiousness personality dan peer conformity dengan prokrastinasi pada mahasiswa PGSD FIP UMJ. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa aktif PGSD FIP UMJ angkatan 2018. Sampel yang diambil berjumlah 154 mahasiswa. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan teknik Pearson’s Product Moment setelah dilakukan uji asumsi yang terdiri dari uji normalitas dan linieritas hubungan. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan koefisien Pearson variabel conscientiousness sebesar 0,678 dan variabel peer conformity sebesar 0,744 dengan angka signifikan 0,000  yang berarti terdapat hubungan positif antara conscientiousness personality dan peer conformity terhadap prokrastinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sumbangan yang diberikan conscientiousness personality dan peer conformity terhadap prokrastinasi adalah sebesar 55,5 persen sisanya sebesar 44,5 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hipotesis penelitian dapat diterima.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of fear of missing out and loneliness on psychological well-being in late adolescents using Twitter in West Java. This study uses a quantitative method with a correlational design. The sample of this study consisted of 385 respondents with the characteristics of late adolescents with an age range of 15-19 years in West Java and actively using Twitter. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. Researcher used the Fear of Missing Out Scale, the Loneliness Questionnaire, and Ryff's Psychological Well-Being Scale. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis with a significance value of 0.001. Referring to the result of data analysis, it can be concluded that fear of missing out and loneliness affect psychological well-being and the influence given is quite large.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari fear of missing out dan kesepian terhadap psychological well-being pada remaja akhir pengguna media sosial Twitter di Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri atas 385 responden dengan karakteristik remaja akhir dengan rentang usia 15-19 tahun di Jawa Barat dan aktif menggunakan Twitter. Teknik sampling menggunakan accidental sampling. Peneliti menggunakan Fear of Missing Out Scale, Skala kesepian, dan Ryff’s Psychological Well-Being Scale. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan nilai signifikansi 0.001. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa fear of missing out and kesepian berpengaruh terhadap psychological well-being dengan pengaruh yang besar.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to identify the effect of brand trust rock climbing shoes La Sportiva on consumer loyalty towards athletes in west java. This study uses quantitative method with correlational research design. The respondents on this study are 179 rock climbing athletes who also become the consumers of rock-climbing shoes at La Sportiva in west java and the age is between 14–27 years old. This study uses purposive sampling technique and the instrumed used is brand trust scale and consumer loyalty scale. Analysis of the data used is simple linear regression. Abstract

Abstract This research aimed to determine the effect of Benson relaxation to reduce the level of anxiety on chronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis. The total number of subjects are 5 patients with chronic renal failure who had comorbid hypertension who undergoing hemodialysis and scored high on anxiety. The instrument used in this research was an adaptation of the State-Trait State Anxiety Inventory short revision version scale with state scale reliability value of 0,924 and trait scale of 0,936. The data were analyzed using paired sample t-test. This research is quasy experimental using experimental design one group pretest-posttest design. The result showed that there is a significant effect of Benson relaxation on anxiety of chronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysi. The mean of pretest score was 23,4 and posttest score was 9,6. The implication of this research is that applying Benson relaxation before hemodialysis can help to reduce the degree of anxiety on chronic renal failure patients undertake hemodialysis.Keywords: anxiety, benson relaxation, chronic renal failure, hemodialysisAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh relaksasi Benson terhadap kecemasan pasien gagal ginjal yang sedang menjalani hemodialisa. Responden penelitian yaitu sebanyak 5 pasien gagal ginjal yang memiliki penyakit komorbid hipertensi yang menjalani hemodialisa dan memiliki skor kecemasan tinggi. Alat ukur yang digunakan merupakan adaptasi skala State-Trait Anxiety Inventory short revision version dengan nilai reliabilitas skala state sebesar 0,924 dan skala trait sebesar 0,936. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan one group pretest-posttest design. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan paired samples t-test. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh relaksasi Benson terhadap penurunan kecemasan pasien gagal ginjal yang sedang menjalani hemodialisa. Mean pretest sebesar 23,4 dan mean posttest sebesar 9,6. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah relaksasi Benson yang dilakukan sebelum memulai hemodialisa dapat menurunkan kecemasan pasien gagal ginjal yang menjalani hemodialisa.Kata kunci: gagal ginjal, hemodialisis, kecemasan, relaksasi benson
