Praktik Perilaku Pemberian ASI Bagi Wanita Studiatau Bekerja Di UniversitasBreastfeeding Practice of Students and Workers Women in The UniversityNoviana Nur Sari1, Mubasysyir Hasanbasri2, Citra Widya Kusuma3          AbstractIntroduction: Breast milk plays a role in the growth and development of infants and prevent stunting. Mothers who work or study have support and obstacles in the breastfeeding process.Purpose: This research aims to explore practical experience resistance strategies to keep giving breastfeeding for working or studying mothers in the university.Method: This research is a qualitative case study design study. The subjects are working or studying mothers who have breastfeeding experience while working or studying for a maximum duration last two years including lecturers, employees, and students.Results: Working or studying mothers have various resistance strategies such as keep milk stock during three months leave, pumping before going to work and come home and pumping in the office. The various strategies are used by students moms to continue breastfeeding such as go home every breaking time of lectures to express milk, find the empty private spaces to express milk, and choose courses that have breaking time, pumping in the car when women go back to home. Working mothers feel a lot of support and there are no obstacles compared to student moms. They have strong self-efficacy due to the mother's determination to continue breastfeeding even though returning to work or study and the mothers want to give the best rights of the children successfully.Conclusion: Self-efficacy working or studying mothers is caused by a strong determination to succeed give breast milk and provide the best rights for their children. It is a motivating factor for mothers to carry out various resistance strategies successfully despite several obstacles.Keywords: breastfeeding, strategies, student mom, university, working women.

Abstract

AbstractCOVID-19 is a disease caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (Sars-CoV-2) virus. The World Health Organization has announced that COVID-19 is a pandemic disease. Orang Rimba is one of the indigenous groups in Jambi that still practice traditional ways of life. The purpose of this research is to describe knowledge, Sociodemographic, and cultural Of Orang Rimba Tribe related to COVID-19 prevention practices. Method:  This research is a descriptive study with cross sectional design. This research was held in Pamenang Sub-district of Merangin Regency, Jambi Province on April 27- June 6, 2020. As respondents in this study were all head of the Orang Rimba family at Pamenang sub-district, amounting to 62 respondents. The research instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. This research is a descriptive study with cross sectional design. The results showed knowledge of COVID-19 disease respondents low (93.5%), the age of the respondents mostly between 20-40 years (48.4%), the majority sex of respondents are male (82.3%), main majority occupation of respondents are hunter (43.5%), the majority of respondents staying on permanent houses (62.9%), the majority of respondents lived permanently (66.1%). Some respondents (33.9%) still having nomadic life style caused by social conflict (24.2%) and foraging (11.3%), most respondents did not practice COVID-19 prevention (82.3%) correctly. Conclusion: The knowledge of the Orang Rimba at Pamenang sub-district about COVID-19 is still low, the main occupation of the Orang Rimba are hunter, the majority of the Orang Rimba at Pamenang sub district have a house permanently and they stayed at home, Orang Rimba's at Pamenang sub district still practice a nomadic culture caused by conflict social and foraging activities, most of the Orang Rimba's at Pamenang sub-district didnot practice properly of the COVID-19 prevention. Keywords: COVID-19; knowledge; Sociodemography ; Orang Rimba culture

Abstract

Latar belakang: Indonesia menjadi salah satu negara dengan beban tuberkulosis (TB) dan Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) tinggi. Sebagai respons, negara yang mendukung kampanye TB-HIV, WHO menyediakan layanan yang disediakan termasuk skrining diagnostik dan perawatan untuk pasien TB-HIV. Kulon Progo menyetujui peningkatan layanan di bawah sumber daya sistem kesehatan yang ada, sangat penting untuk memfasilitasi kemampuannya menyediakan layanan TB-HIV yang lengkap.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai kesiapan integrasi layanan TB-HIV di Puskesmas untuk sistem kesehatan di Kabupaten Kulon Progo.Metode: Metode penelitian menggunakan mixed methods explanatory sequential design. Unit analisis adalah Puskesmas. Observasi ketersediaan dan kesiapan layanan TB dan layanan HIV cross sectional menggunakan kuesioner modifikasi SARA dilanjutkan wawancara mendalam mengekplorasi hambatan dan peluang  integrasi layanan TB-HIV di Puskesmas.Hasil: kesiapan layanan Puskesmas, 93,3% (CI 95%; 92,7%-93,9) Puskemas memiliki kesiapan memberikan layanan kesehatan dasar, 63,8% (CI 95%, 60,7–66,8) Puskesmas kesiapan layanan TB, 80,9% ( 95% CI: 73.6–88.2) kesiapan layanan konseling tes HIV, hanya 1 Puskesmas (4,7%) memiliki kesiapan baik untuk kedua layanan. Berdasarkan penilaian domain, 40,4% Puskesmas memiliki petugas terlatih diagnose dan pengobatan TB, 61,9% memiliki petugas terlatih dan pedoman konseling tes HIV. Tema utama diidentifikasi sistem kepegawaian tidak mendukung, kapasitas sumber daya manusia belum optimal, koordinasi dan kerjasama tim masih lemah dan sistem monitoring dan supervisi belum komprehensif. Dukungan pimpinan dan kebijakan yang baik memobilisasi pendanaan, ketersediaan sarana menjadi peluang layanan TB-HIV terintegrasi dijalankan.Kesimpulan: Menuju kesiapan mengintegrasikan layanan TB-HIV di bawah persetujuan kolaborasi TB-HIV, dukungan kebutuhan jumlah tenaga kesehatan dan membekali petugas dengan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan sebagai peningkatan kapasitas mengelola perawatan terintegrasi. Terkait dengan dukungan faktor penentu kesesuaian untuk penyediaan dukungan, suplai dan obat-obatan sebagai keberlanjutan implementasi.

Abstract

Background: Horticultural farming is a source of income for the Beringin District, Deli Serdang Regency community. Increasing agricultural yields requires the completeness of agricultural facilities, including pesticides. A preliminary survey was conducted through interviews obtained from the ten farmers interviewed. Four of them experienced signs of impaired cognitive function, such as difficulty concentrating and easy to forget. Purpose: This study aims to analyze the relationship of age, use of PPE, and personal hygiene with the cognitive function of farmers in Deli Serdang Regency.Method: This study was an observational study with a cross-sectional design. The number of samples in this study was 83 people. Data collection through interviews and observations. Methods of data analysis using the Chi-Square test with a significance level of 0.05. Results: Of 83 farmers, 36 of them experienced a disorder of cognitive function. Statistical analysis showed a relationship between age, use of PPE, and personal hygiene with cognitive function in farmers with a value (p <0.05). Conclusion: Age, PPE usage, and personal hygiene are risk factors for cognitive impairment in farmers in Beringin District, Deli Serdang Regency.

Abstract

Purpose: The research aimed to analyze the environmental health risks of manganese concentration in vegetables and water on public health.Methods: The research used cross sectional study with 138 households. Water analysis using spectrophotometric methods and for vegetable samples using the wet destruction method. The environmental sample consisted of 3 vegetables (spinach, kale and mustard greens), 3 river water and 13 resident ground water.  Results: The Mangan concentration on 3 vegetable samples (spinach, kale and mustard greens) had the same result, 0.1 mg / L. The results of manganese measurements concentration in river water were 0.2 mg / L, 0.4 mg / L and 0.4 mg / L. The average manganese concentration in 13 groundwaters were 0.32 mg/L, 0 mg/L- 1.1 mg/L.Conclusion: The RQ calculation result for vegetables and drinking water was <1 which meant that the community's manganese intake from vegetables (spinach, kale, mustard greens) and drinking water were still within safe limits.
