Describe the applying quantum learning model to improve students’ creativity and learning achievement at fifth graders in SD Negeri 1 Pagar Alam on science lesson. The problem formulation in this research are 1) Can applying quantum learning improve students’ creativity at fifth graders in SD Negeri 1 Pagar Alam? 2) Can applying quantum learning improve students’ learning achievement on science lesson at fifth graders in SD Negeri 1 Pagar Alam? 3) How effective quantum learning improve students’ learning achievement on science lesson at fifth graders in SD Negeri 1 Pagar Alam? The aims of this study to describe the application of Quantum Learning model to improve students’ creavity and learning achievement in science subject at fifth graders at SD Negeri 1 Pagar Alam. The research design used classroom action research and quasi-experimental. The research subjects were fifth C graders of SD Negeri 1 Pagar Alam year 2021/2022. The quasi-experimental sample is fifth A and fifth B graders of SD Negeri 1 Pagar Alam. The research instrument observation sheets and test. The research data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, mean, percentage, and t-test. The results showed the observation by observer 1 and 2 toward students’ creativity, is obtained the mean score in cycle I is 2,25 with category “less”. In the cycle II is with category “good” and students’ creativity in cycle III is 3,59 with category “excellent”. Creativity improving is followed by increasing the students’ learning achievement from cycle I to cycle III. And the t-test between experimental and control class is obtained t-count > t-tabel (3,163 > 2,000). The results showed the application of quantum learning model can improve students’ creativity and learning achievement at fifth graders in SD Negeri 1 Pagar Alam

The purpose of this study (1) The application of 3M Learning Strategies can improve students' Poetry Writing Ability in Indonesian class VIII MTs Negeri 1 Pagar Alam subjects. (2) The application of 3M learning strategies can improve students' learning achievement in Indonesian class VIII subjects at MTs Negeri 1 Pagar Alam (3) The effectiveness of the application of 3M learning strategies when compared to conventional learning methods. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with 4 stages, namely 1. Action Planning, 2. Action Implementation, 3. Observation and 4. Reflection. This research was conducted in 3 cycles, namely Cycle 1, Cycle 2 and Cycle 3. The population in this study were students of class VIII MTs Negeri 1 Pagar Alam totaling 197 people. Sampling is done by total sampling, namely the sample is determined by making the entire population into a sample. The research sample that acts as an action class is class VIII.1 MTs Negeri1 Pagar Alam, totaling 28 students. Data collection techniques using observation sheets and tests. The results of this study are the application of 3M learning strategies can improve students' poetry writing skills and student achievement in class VIII MTs Negeri 1 Pagar Alam

This study aims to describe the application of the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model that can increase the creativity of eighth grade students of SMP Muhammadiyah Pagar Alam, to describe the application of the Jigsaw type of cooperative learning model to improve the learning achievement of eighth grade students of SMP Muhammadiyah Pagar Alam, and to describe the effectiveness of the application of the cooperative learning model. Jigsaw type as an effort to improve student achievement in class VIII SMP Muhammadiyah Pagar Alam. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was carried out in three cycles, followed by a quasi-experimental study. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely action planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII SMP Muhammadiyah Pagar Alam in the academic year 2021/2022. Data collection techniques through observation and tests. Data analysis techniques using the average formula and t-test. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of the jigsaw type of learning model can increase creativity and student achievement and effectively improve the learning achievement of class VIII students at SMP Muhammadiyah Pagar Alam

In the era of globalization, it seems that learning programs have not been able to provide satisfactory results where students focus more passively on learning activities, this is due to the monotonous way of learning that is only receiving from a teacher and at the end of the lesson there is less emphasis on concluding learning. So that problems arise in learning such as tense and boring classes which ultimately affect student learning result. This study aimed at knowing the increase of students’ learning accuracy, students’ achievement and describing the effectiveness of the application of the cooperative type script learning model in the subjects of Akidah Akhlak of Grade X IPS students at MAN 1 Pagaralam. The research method used was School Action Research and Quasi-Experimental. The subjects of this study were 36 students of Grade X IPS students of MAN 1 Pagaralam. Data collection techniques were through observation, documentation studies, questionnaires and test questions, while data analysis and interpretation was carried out by tracking processes, field notes, other materials and Different Tests (t-test) of Quasi-Experimental Research (Wilcoxon). The results showed that the application of the cooperative type script learning model can improve the students’ learning accuracy and learning achievement in the very good category, and the cooperative type script learning model in the Akidah Akhlak subject was more effective in increasing the accuracy of learning and students’ achievement compared to conventional methods, so that there was a significant difference in the results of learning accuracy and students’ achievement before and after the implementation of the cooperative type script learning model. The application of this learning model encouraged the change in perception to meet the demands of active, creative, effective, fun, innovative, happy and quality learning.

This study aims to describe the application of the PMRI approach can improve cooperation and student achievement in Mathematics for VII grades at MTs Negeri 1 Pagar Alam. In addition, to describe the effectiveness of implementing the PMRI approach if compared to conventional learning methods. The type of research is Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) with 4 phase, namely Action Planning, Action Implementation, Observation and Reflection. This research was done in 3 cycles, namely Cycle I, Cycle II and Cycle III. The population in this study amount 190 students of VII grade at MTs Negeri 1 Pagar Alam. This research using total sampling method by making the entire population into a sample. 26 students of VII grade at MTs Negeri 1 Pagar Alam acts as an action class. Data collection techniques using observation sheets and tests. Based on observations from the observers, there was an increase in each cycle starting from cycle I, cycle II and cycle III both in aspects of teacher learning activities and aspects of student cooperation. This research concluded that the application of the PMRI approach can improve cooperation and learning achievement of VII grade students at MTs Negeri 1 Pagar Alam

The study aims to describe the model problem based learning can increase students’ critical thinking ability and learning performance at an eight-grade Math course at MTs Al-Azhar Pagaralam, and the effectiveness of the model problem based learning can improve students’ learning performance. The study is a class action study performed int three cycles then followed by mastering the experiment. Each cycle consists of four stages of planing, action, observation, and reflection. The Subject of this study is the VIII grader at MTs Al-Azhar Pagaralam of the year 2021/2022. Data collection techniques via observation and testing. Data analysis techniques using average formulas ant t-tests. Problem based learning has concluded that the application of the model problem based learning can improve students' critical thinking ability and learning performance, and it effectively enhances eighth grade student learning at MTS al azhar Pagaralam

This study aims to: 1) Describe the implementation of appropriate group guidance to increase students' self-confidence in mathematics subjects in class XI IPS SMA N 5 Kerinci, 2) Describe the implementation of group guidance to improve student achievement in mathematics subjects in class XI IPS SMA N 5 Kerinci, and 3) Describe the effectiveness of the implementation of group guidance to increase students' Learning Achievement in the mathematics subject of class XI IPS SMA N 5 Kerinci. The subjects of this study were students of XI IPS SMA N 5 Kerinci. The research method uses classroom action research (Classroom Action Research) and quasi-experimental (Quasi Experiment). Data collection techniques used in the study were observation sheets and test methods. Analysis of the data used values are: 1) analysis of student confidence, 2) analysis of pre-test and post-test, 3) analysis of t-test student achievement. Based on the research results obtained: 1) The implementation of group guidance can increase the self-confidence of students in class XI Social Sciences SMA Negeri 5 Kerinci which is carried out in 4 stages, 2) The application of group guidance can improve student achievement in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 5 Kerinci, and 3) The implementation of group guidance can effectively increase the confidence and learning achievement of class XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 5 Kerinci. This research is one of the reference materials for further research in terms of self-confidence and motivation for students in the field of group guidance services

This study aims to describe the influence of the lectora inspire media on the learning achievement of students in mathematics learning about measuring the angle of class IV public elementary school number 2 Pagaralam. This study used a Quasi Experimental Design method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study amounted to 41 students of class IV, with a sample of class IV A which was taken using the proportion sampling technique. The instruments used in this study were tests. The data analysis used in this research is normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test. The results of this study can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the use of lectora inspire-based media on the achievement learning of students

The purpose of this study is to describe the effectiveness of the application of the Experiential Learning model to increase the Speaking Ability and Student Achievement. This research has been carried out with an experimental model of classroom action research at SMP Negeri 6 Lahat. of English subjects in class VIII . The research method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) and quasi-experiments. The subjects of this study were eighth grade students of SMP Neger 6 Lahat in the second semester of the 2020/2021 school year. The number of students for the PTK class was 20 people, for the experimental class there were 20 people, and for the control class there were 20 people. Data collection methods in this study used the observation sheet Experiential Learning model, Speaking observation sheet, and English outcomes test. Data analysis using analysis of average scores and tests consisting of different tests between cycles and different tests of two samples that are not related .From the results of the study show that the application of the Experiential Learning model can increase speaking English and outcomes in subjects in class VIII of SMP Negeri 6 Lahat. This research was conducted in three cycles to determine that the application of Experiential Learning improved students' speaking ability and student achievement results from the first cycle to the third cycle. This proves that the application of the Experiential Learning Model not only improves students' speaking ability but also increases understanding of the material and this has the impact of increasing student Student Achievement results. The technique of taking PTK by means of observation and tests, while the experimental class only tested the simulation learning model. Data analysis used the t-test. Based on the data analysis of this study, it was found that there were differences in the learning model that used Experiential Learning to increase Speaking Ability by 73% and student Student Achievement increased by 95% in English Learning.

The purpose of this research was to describe the application of direct learning model assisted by video media in order to improve students' motivation and learning achievement. Classroom action research and quasi-experimental methods. The subjects of this research were 30 students of class X TO5 of SMKN 4 Bengkulu City, while the population and samples were the students of class X TO4 as the experimental class and the students of class X TO 3 as the control class. This research used a total sample with the observation method, observation sheets on teacher’s activities in applying the direct learning and questionnaire sheets to measure the students’ motivation and a test of bottom passing skills in volleyball games to measure the students’ achievement. The obtained data were analyzed based on the type of data in which qualitative data were analyzed quantitatively by using SPSS, they were paired sample t test and independent sample. Based on the results of the research which has been carried out in three cycles, it was known that the application of the direct learning model with the video media assistance could increase students' motivation and learning achievement in PJOK subjects. And the application of the direct learning model assisted by video media was also more effective to increase the students’ achievement and motivation in PJOK subject.
