Jurnal Khuluqiyya diterbitkan oleh Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Al-Hikmah 2 sebagai media untuk menyalurkan pemahaman tentang hukum dan studi Islam berupa hasil penelitian lapangan atau laboratorium maupun studi pustaka. Khuluqiyya secara etimologi berarti hukum-hukum yang berkenaan dengan akhlak. Petunjuk untuk mengembangkan potensi kebaikan yang ada dalam diri manusia agar menjadi makhluk terhormat yang sesungguhnya (mulia). Redaksi menerima naskah yang belum pernah diterbitkan dalam media lain dari dosen, peneliti, mahasiswa maupun praktisi dengan ketentuan penulisan, Naskah yang masuk akan dievaluasi dan disunting untuk keseragaman format, istilah dan tata cara lainnya. Khuluqiyya: Journal of Islamic Law emphasizes the study of Islamic family law and Islamic law in Islamic countries in general and specifically by emphasizing the theory of Islamic family law and Islamic law and its practice in the Islamic world that developed in attendance through publications of articles. Abstract

Women are the focus of this research, which is a literature study with an anthropological juridical approach, seeing women from the perspective of religion and society. Their roles and status are often perceived as unfair. Although in the text and context, it is clear that there is no habit in the position of women. There are limits set by religion as a form of protection for women, not the other way around. This is what is interesting in this research by looking for the truth point of how women are juridically studied from the perspective of religion and how women are socially seen in the order of their roles and positions, is there really a habit in them so that justice and equality must continue to be voiced. From these questions, it comes to a conclusion that women, both in religion and in society, have the same duties and responsibilities as men. His position in religion is very important, even in Islam before his arrival women did not have social status. Islam actually came to equalize the position of women with men. Their roles and activities are also not limited as long as they do not conflict with syara`. In society, there are cultures, customs and norms that actually have noble values that must be preserved. So women in this view clearly have a high status treatise in the frame of their dignity and honor

Abstract

This research is a doctrinal research, or often also referred to as normative research, which is a study of the law that is conceptualized and developed on the basis of the doctrine adopted by the conceptor and or its development and form of implementation. In the doctrine of positivism, law is conceptualized as a rule of law. Therefore, doctrinal legal research in the positivism tradition is focused on written law, in this case laws and regulations, especially legislation relating to the optimization of human rights and gender law after the issuance of Permenristekdikti Number 30 of 2021 concerning the Prevention and Handling of Violence. Sexuality in College Environment. In addition to criticizing the laws and regulations, they also look at how the implementation of these laws and regulations are and see what are the obstacles in realizing justice regarding the prevention and handling of sexual violence in universities. The result of this study is that sexual violence is targeted at vulnerable groups. Most of the victims were women and children. Women and children are part of a vulnerable group of people and are entitled to special treatment and protection under human rights laws and regulations because of their vulnerability. Special precautions relating to the protection of women and children who are victims of sexual violence are very important. Higher education as an institution of access to education which is a constitutional right of citizens is obliged to become a safe space for the entire academic community from sexual violence; tertiary institutions are required to guarantee the rights of the academic community in studying and working in an effort to protect against sexual violence, including the protection and guarantee of academic rights

Abstract

Abstract The Qur'an is a divine kalam revealed to the Prophet Muhammad pbuh, which is a mandatory handle for its adherents. In its development, many scholars interpreted the content of the Qur'an, not to be missed, the State of Indonesia as a country with the majority of Muslims also participated in interpreting the Qur'an carried out by the government which was carried out by the Ministry of Agriculture. The emergence of the Qur'an Translation from the Ministry of Agriculture caused a reaction from the Indonesian Mujahideen Council (MMI). Muhammad Talib, who created a work entitled Al-Qur'anul Karim: Tarjamah Tafsiriyah 'understanding the Meaning of the Qur'an more Easily, Quickly and Precisely', is a form of criticism of the government. One of the translations of the criticized verse is the letter an-nisaa: 34. Muhammad Talib in translating the Qur'an, namely by the Tafsiriyah method.

Abstract

Usul Fiqh is a scientific discipline that describes the methodology used by mujtahid priests in exploring and establishing a syar'i law that is sourced from the texts (AlQur'an or As-Sunnah). And in practice, in looking for the right legal basis to determine the law of a problem, it is often found that several arguments are contradictory to one another or known as Ta'arud al-adillah (contradiction). This study discusses the problem of how to find a way out if there is a contradiction in the propositions externally or textually. The ushuliyyin then formulated ways to solve this problem in several ways: (1) compromising conflicting arguments (al-jam'uwa altaufiq/reconciliation) or (2) conducting tarjih (selecting stronger arguments/preferences) through study Nasikh mansukh, or by canceling the contradictory arguments (tasaqut ad-dalilain).

Abstract

This article was written with the intention of knowing the quality of the hadith that curses women who make pilgrimages to the grave. The focus of his writing leads to the research of the hadith sanad which has several lines of narration, namely from the companions of Abu Hurairah, Ibn Abbas, and Hassan bin Sabit. The conclusion is that in terms of the sanad of the hadith, the quality is authentic. Meanwhile, from the point of view, it can be concluded that the prohibition should not make pilgrimages because the hadith of the prophet means for women who often carry out pilgrimages to the grave because the hadith uses sighot or the form of mubalaghoh (zawwarot).

Abstract

Science in the modern era has separated from ethical principles and moral-spiritual (metaphysical) aspects, creating a dilemma between science and wisdom or science and moral-spiritual perfection. To understand this dilemma, it is necessary to reexamine the history of Western thought which nevertheless has a positive side in the development of science, even though in the end its epistemological foundation eliminates the universality of science itself. furthermore, it is also necessary to understand how the concept of Islamic thought in the development of science, in general, is based on an epistemology that accepts the ontological status of metaphysics as truth. For that, the most important thing to do is to accept the status of metaphysics as part of science. Because after all, the search for metaphysical reality can be considered a complement to physical science..
