Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of talent management on competence, the influence of competence on employee performance, and the influence of talent management on employee performance in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Respondents of this study were taken by purposive random sampling as much as 174 respondents through a direct questionnaire. The respondents are permanent employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk recruited through the Staff Development Program of 6.000 people. Data analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is run through Analysis of Moment Structured (AMOS) version 20. Based on the result of research, there is positive influence between talent management to competence, competence to employee performance, and talent management to employee performance. The value of the influence of talent management on the competence of 0,92 (very strong) and significant, the value of influence of competence on employee performance of 0,19 and significant, and the value of the influence of talent management on employee performance of 0,12 and significant.

Abstract

The purpose of this fnal project is to analyze and find out the business feasibility of umra travelling e-marketplace development by PT Sarana Transwisata Teknologi, viewed from market and marketing aspect and environmental aspect. The problems that arise in the implementation of umrah worship trips in Indonesia have encouraged PT Sarana Transwisata Teknologi to provide the e-marketplace that offers quaranteed umrah pilgrimage products. Using the concept of strategic management and competitive advantage, this final project analyzes the feasibility of developing the iGoUmroh e-marketplace business in the Umrah pilgrimage industry. Based on observations and interviews with actors in the Umrah travel industry, iGoUmroh e-marketplace has a competitive advantage over its competitors in the form of guarantees from the official guarantor institution for the products offered in e-marketplace. However, iGoUmroh must always innovate to be able to create new competitive advantages in order to survive and lead in the industry for organizing umrah pilgrimages

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of independent variables namely village government organizational commitment, competence, and the role of internal audit on the dependent variable, namely the reliability of village government financial reporting. This study uses a quantitative approach, using primary data through questionnaires. Respondents in this study were the village head, village secretary and village treasurer in the northern halmahera district. The population used as many as 594 village government budget management employees located in 198 villages in the administrative area of ​​North Halmahera Regency, the sample used was 82 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and data testing carried out with the help of SPSS version 24. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that part of the commitment of village government commitment, competence, and the role of internal audit had a significant influence on the reliability of village government financial reporting. The results of simultaneous testing of village government organizational commitment, competence, and the role of internal audit have a significant influence on the reliability of village government financial reporting. The coefficient of determination shows that village government organizational commitment, competence, and the role of internal audit are 64.1%, while the remaining 35.9% are influenced by other factors outside the research model.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of Capital Structure (DER), Coal Index Price (HBA), and Profitability (ROE) against Value of Firm (PBV) either partially or simultaneously for period 2012-2016. This study uses panel data from the secondary data source. The population in this study are coal mining sub sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, Sampling using purposive sampling selected based on the criteria set as many as 18 companies. Analytical techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and panel data regression analysis with the help of EViews’ version 7.0 program. The analysis result, showing that capital structure partially has no significant impact on company value, while the coal index price and profitability has positive and significant impact on company value. Simultaneously, capital structure, coal index price and profitability has positive and significant impact on company value with contribution of 40.90%.

Abstract

The writing of this research is conducted to obtain internal and external factor evaluation formulation which include strength, weakness, threat and opportunity, implements internal and external factor strategy into SWOT matrix and Internal External (IE) matrix and evaluates the result of strategy that have been obtained by using Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) to find alternative strategies that best fit for the needs of employee development at the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are conducted through personal interviews, FGDs, documentation and document analysis. The results obtained by using EFE Matrix interpreted that the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has been considered capable of managing and having a good strategy in exploiting the existing opportunities and to minimize the risk of external threats. the results obtained by using the IFE Matrix interpreted that the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) already be considered capable of managing and have a good strategy in maximizing its strength and improve its weaknesses. Employee development of Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in the SWOT analysis staff development on the Corruption Eradication Commission is in quadrant II (positive and negative), this position signifies a strong organization face a great threat. In the IE matrix obtained EFE means the position of Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) employee development is between quadrant I and II is growing and building stage. In the QSPM matrix the alternative strategy obtained is a Strategy on alternative two, namely a strategy to create, improve and modify employee development programs.
