Abstract

This research was performed in order to analyze the effect of customers Perception (X) against Decision to Choose (Y), Decision to Choose (Y) against customers satisfaction (Z), and customers Perception (X) against customers satisfaction (Z) of CMS PT Bank DKI. Methodology research as the sample used simple random sampling through questionnaires with the following criteria: (1) Have an account with at least one year; (2) Account was active; (3) Government Customers and Non Government Customers of PT Bank DKI. The research data obtained directly through a questionnaires to the selected respondents. The selected respondents as much as 70 respondents. Analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Results of analysis used SPSS version 23 and AMOS 23 shows that: (1) Customer perception have positive effect against customers Decision to Choose of CMS PT Bank DKI is amounting to 1.713. (2) Customers decision to Choose have positive effect against customer satisfaction of CMS PT Bank DKI was amounting to 0.564. (3) Customer perception have positive effect against customer satisfaction of CMS PT Bank DKI is amounting to 0.989. CMS Bank DKI product must be promoted well by management, variations of internet banking features also need to be adjusted to the needs of customers, and benchmarking of products and services was done as a strategy to open insights and product competencies between Banks.

Abstract

The purpose of this fnal project is to analyze and find out the business feasibility of umra travelling e-marketplace development by PT Sarana Transwisata Teknologi, viewed from market and marketing aspect and environmental aspect. The problems that arise in the implementation of umrah worship trips in Indonesia have encouraged PT Sarana Transwisata Teknologi to provide the e-marketplace that offers quaranteed umrah pilgrimage products. Using the concept of strategic management and competitive advantage, this final project analyzes the feasibility of developing the iGoUmroh e-marketplace business in the Umrah pilgrimage industry. Based on observations and interviews with actors in the Umrah travel industry, iGoUmroh e-marketplace has a competitive advantage over its competitors in the form of guarantees from the official guarantor institution for the products offered in e-marketplace. However, iGoUmroh must always innovate to be able to create new competitive advantages in order to survive and lead in the industry for organizing umrah pilgrimages

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Indonesia's macroeconomic dynamics on return on assets in foreign exchange commercial banks with loan to deposit ratio as an intervening variable after the global economic crisis. The sample used in this study was 20 foreign exchange public banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the period 2008-2017 the sample technique used in this study used a purposive sampling method. This research uses panel data regression method and the estimation model used is the Random Effect Model with a significance level of 5% of this study using Eviews 8.0 software in data processing.The results of this study indicate that: 1. inflation has a negative and not significant effect on Return to Asset Ratio (ROA), 2. interest rates have a positive and significant effect on Return to Asset Ratio (ROA), 3. the exchange rate has a positive and significant effect on Return to Asset Ratio (ROA), 4 Gross Domestic Product (GDP) has a positive and significant effect on Return to Asset Ratio (ROA), 5. Inflation has a positive and insignificant effect on the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), 6. Interest rates have a positive and significant effect on the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), 7. the exchange rate has a negative and significant effect on the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), 8. Gross Domestic Product (GDP) has a positive and significant effect on the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), 9. Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) ) positive and not significant effect on Return to Asset Ratio (ROA), 10. inflation has an effect on Return to Asset Ratio (ROA) does not require the role of LDR as an intervening factor, 11. interest rates affect ROA does not require the role of LDR as an intervening factor, 12. the exchange rate influences ROA requires the role of LDR as an intervening factor, 13. Gross Domestic Product has an effect on ROA requiring the role of the LDR as an intervening factor.

Abstract

The study analysis of the tax payer compliance in paying land and building tax to achieve tax receiving in setiabudi district DKI Jakarta. The population in this study is sub district Setia Budi DKI Jakarta. This study analyses the factors that increase tax payer compliance, the efforts that has been made by the sub district office in improving compliance and the obstacles faced by the sub district office in increasing tax payer compliance in paying land and building taxes. Result of analysis found factors that increase tax payer compliance 1. Lack of information and counselling from the government to tax payer. 2.Lack of control and supervision from the government to the office, 3. Individual atmosphere. For the effort made by the Setiabudi district office to improver tax payer compliance in paying land and building tax 1. Giving counselling to tax payer, 2.Improving service to tax payer, 3. Giving reward. And for obstacle faced by the Setiabudi district office in improving tax payer compliance to pay land and building tax 1. Lack of interest of tax payer in following counselling, 2. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness implementation of branch network (outlet) development policies at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The analysis techniques using the McKinsey 7'S model framework approach. The result shows that there are several factors that affecting strategy implementation these are strategy, organizational structure, system and procedure, skill and staff, leadership styles and organizational culture. Strategic implementation are formulated based on Corporate Plan, organizational structure is designed refers to the functions of organization, systems and procedures company has standarized and systematic, leadership style has a high commitment by providing direction, motivation and ability to adapt changing environment conditions and decision making processes involving subordinates and become a good role models, HR Planning and development refers to Human Capital Architecture, standardization capability in order to improve competencies of employees and internalization of corporate culture to achieve company vision. Based on the analysis in this study found some obstacles in strategy implementation : (1) lack of optimal outlet performance in achieving the target; (2) bureaucratic and weak coordination among units; (3) lack of compliance with company's system and procedures; (4) leadership style of top management; (5) resistance to performance appraisal system;(6) effectiveness training program and performance outcomes (7) consistency of corporate culture in units level. Abstract

Privatisation and Good Corporate Governance systems are government policies to improve the performance of state-owned enterprises (SOEs). The BUMN Ministry Road Map for 2015-2019 contains various policies from the SOE Ministry through the SOE restructuring and privatisation program. Sale of 49% shares of PT JICT, a subsidiary of PT Pelindo II or Indonesia Port Corporation II (IPC), to Hutchison Port Holding Group (HPH Group) with a value of USD 215,000,000, for 20 years and the remaining 51% of the shares are owned by IPC. Does it make the writer research that the privatisation process has fair value and follows the ministerial regulation of SOEs regarding Good Corporate Governance? The calculation and analysis of the company's projection of PT JICT are USD 262,490,000, - so that the sale of 49% shares to HPH Group is USD 215,000,000 below the fair value, with a difference of USD 47.49 million. Indicator of GCG implementation based on SK-16 / S.MBU / 2012 decision after the writer assessed PT JICT officials and employees of the privatisation process which scored 75.53 with several sub-standard indicators: Transparency, independence and Fairness that earned value ≤ 75 with unfavourable conclusions.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendapatkan bukti empiris pengaruh Profitabilitas dan Likuiditas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, , pengaruh Struktur Modal terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, pengaruh Profitabilitas terhadap Stuktur Modal, pegaruh Likuiditas terhadap Struktur Modal, dan Struktur Modal mampu memediasi pengaruh Profitabilitas dan Likuiditas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Populasi sampel adalah perusahaan angkutan laut umum di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2011-2015. Penentuan Sampel dengan purposive sampling method. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil dimana Profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Likuiditas keuangan berpengaruh negaitif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Struktur Modal berpengaruh Positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap Stuktur Modal, Likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal, Profitabilitas mempunyai pengaruh secara langsung yang tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan namun saat dimediasi oleh Struktur Modal mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dan Likuiditas mempunyai pengaruh secara langsung yang tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dan saat dimediasi oleh Struktur Modal mempunyai pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Perusahaan disarankan untuk dapat memperhatikan komposisi optimal dari struktur modal, tingkat kemampuan mendapatkan laba dan ketersediaan dana untuk memenuhi kewajiban jangka pendek agar dapat meningkatkan nilai perusahaan perusahaan angkutan laut umum

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction Against Employee Kinrja in PT. Cahaya Internusa Group Indonesia. This research uses survey method by using primary data obtained from questionnaire. The population in this study are the employees who are in the Environment PT. Cahaya Internusa Group Indonesia. The number of samples taken in this study are 148 employees who are in PT. Cahaya Internusa Group Indonesia. Samples were taken by Random Sampling technique. Testing data quality using validity test and reliability test. Data were analyzed using The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) of the AMOS 4.0 statistical software package in the model and hypothesis assessment. The structural equation model, Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that: (1) Organizational Culture positively affect Job Satisfaction. (2) Organizational Commitment has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction. (3) Job Satisfaction has a positive effect on Employee Performance (4) Organizational Culture has a positive effect on Employee Performance. Abstract

Based on BPS historical data during 10 years has been a decline PDRB value and number of Rubber, Rubber and Plastic Goods Industry companies in DKI Jakarta. This has an impact on the decrease of sales value, profit value, and market share of Rubber, Rubber and Plastic Goods Industry in DKI Jakarta. So, company should do a change in the company's strategy. Therefore, this research is conducted to analyze innovation, creativity, and market orientation affect to competitive advantage that can also affect to marketing performance. The research process uses census where 134 companies of Rubber, Rubber and Plastic Goods Industry that listed in BPS of DKI Jakarta Province in 2016 to be research object. Collecting data uses questionnaire with Likert scale which from 1 (strongly disagree) to 7 (strongly agree). The data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 22 program. The research proves that innovation, creativity, and market orientation have positive and significant affect to competitive advantage. Furthermore innovation, creativity, market orientation, and competitive advantage have positive and significant affect to marketing performance. Therefore, companies need to pay attention to innovation, creativity, and market orientation so that they have high competitiveness that can improve the company's marketing performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of profitability (ROE), capital structure (DER) and cash flows on stock price to the firm size as variable moderation capital structure on stock price in company construction sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the year 2015 to 2018. The purposive sampling technique, the company sampled in this study was 8 construction companies. This study uses panel data regression models and types of secondary data from 2015 to 2018. Besides, it also tested the assumptions on the regression model. The research concludes that profitability significant positive effect on stock prices, capital structure significant negative effect on stock prices and cash flow does not have a significant effect on stock prices. While the firm size can moderate to weaken the negative effect of capital structure on stock prices.
