Abstract

The ability of agricultural business human resources in rural areas in business management is still lacking because most of them have low education, only based on experience and training or counseling from related agencies. Most of the business capital comes from their own capital and partly is a capital strengthening fund from the government for the community through the Department of Agriculture. Production management is still simple and the marketing of agricultural business products is mainly marketed in the form of logs and is still on a local scale. Therefore, efforts to develop community businesses in rural areas are needed, one of which is through business management technical guidance. Business Management technical assistance is part of Partnership Technical Guidance Activities. Abstract

The world is no longer round, but has become flat with the arrival of the internet. The increasing number of internet users after the pandemic has contributed to making the world flatter. The development of surveillance technology facilitates the transfer of information in real time from a remote corner of Indonesia to America, which can also be accessed instantly by the wider community, if the information is conveyed via television or website on the internet network. This encourages the creation of new professions such as content creators who utilize various social media platforms to support economic independence, especially for youth through social media. Internet users in regions, such as Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi, have also increased since 2020. However, until now, in general, the livelihoods of the people of Kendari city are still in the agriculture, plantation, livestock, fisheries and industrial sectors. Thus, this activity aims to build a new paradigm from the youth in Kendari city towards new livelihood variants by utilizing social media. The results of the socialization activities carried out, firstly, awakened awareness for the youth of Kendari city about the use of social media that can support economic independence. Second, the content creator profession is developing in Kendari city

Abstract

Dengue fever is an infectious disease spread by the bite of the Aedes mosquito, especially Aedes aegypti. The fact that the Aedes aegypti mosquito often bites during the day during school activities, makes schools a potential location for the spread of DHF. To stop the spread of dengue fever, clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) can be implemented by washing hands properly, keeping classrooms clean, eating healthy food, exercising regularly, and getting enough sleep. Other efforts are wearing a mask when in crowds, maintaining a safe distance, and using 3M-plus to prevent dengue, such as draining, covering, and burying. The purpose of this service is to educate junior high school students in Tambosupa Konawe Selatan Village about maintaining a clean school environment and avoiding various diseases, especially DHF, to increase their knowledge and skills regarding clean and healthy behavior (PHBS).
