Kendari City is part of the Wanggu watershed, which is one of the cities that still has problems related to waterlogging and flooding. Based on historical data in the last 10 years, Kendari City is an area that floods occurs almost every year. Therefore, to deal with problems in the Wanggu watershed, especially in Kendari City, it is necessary to apply water conservation technology by applying biopore infiltration holes. The purpose of this community dedication is to conduct water conservation education for flood prevention to youth groups and the community through environmental care Action. The method used in groundwater conservation activities is a participatory approach through a pilot unit involving the youth group and the local community. This activity has succeeded in making biopori infiltration holes which are applied to places that are flooded when it rains. The making and installation of biopore infiltration holes was carried out to 15 points of standing water as a pilot. the performance of the installed biopori goes well and functions as it should. This process has been monitored at the stage of monitoring and evaluation activities during the process and after the implementation of the activities.

The purpose of this service is to provide farming communities with knowledge about the adverse effects of using inorganic fertilizers on the environment and consumers. Farming communities know how to use organic fertilizers appropriately so that they are able to provide high production yields without damaging the environment and consumer health. The method of implementing the service is carried out by means of lectures and discussing evaluations of community activities, especially farmers. The result of community service is an increase in residents' knowledge related to the use of organic fertilizers. In addition, it can also provide information on public awareness of the impact of soil fertility, inorganic fertilizers on the environment and health.

Antiseptic is a chemical substance whose mechanism of action is to destroy microorganisms or inhibit its work so that it can prevent infection. One of the antiseptics is chlorhexidine and alcohol. The method used in this service is the comparative method of several journal sources. A literature study is conducted online by searching for journals. The results of this dedication show that the use of antiseptics and disinfectants to prevent Covid-19 transmission is effective if the selection is right and used according to their purpose. There needs to be further education by health workers to the public to be a preventive measure against the further spread of Covid-19.

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mewujudkan masyarakat yang peduli dengan pemanfatan limbah plastik botol air mineral menjadi roket air dan digunakan sebagai alat peraga dalam proses pembelajaran pada komunitas roket air kota baubau. Metode yang digunakan terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu (1) Sosialisasi/edukasi Manfaat Limbah Plastik (2) Desain produk alat peraga roket air. (3) Demonstrasi Uji Coba Produk. Berdasarkan hasil uji caba dari kegiatan ini diketahu bahwa peserta mampu mengetahui dampak yang ditimbulkan dari banyaknya sampah/limbah plastik dan bagaimana memanfaatkan limbah plastik botol air mineral menjadi alat peraga roket air yang dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan Kreatifitas dan ilmu pengetahuan. Melalui kegiatan ini, peserta mampu berkreasi dan membuat dan merancang bangun Roket Air berbasis Limbah Botol Plastik bekas dengan ide dan kreasi masing-masing di bawah bimbingan tim. Sebagai upaya memicu logika kreatifitas peserta, melalui kegiatan ini diwujudkan dalam masukan-masukan berupa pertanyaan yang kemudian dikembangkan oleh tim terkait pemanfatan limbah dan pembuatan Roket Air, dibuktikan dari model-model roket air yang dikreasi oleh peserta dan upaya pengembangannya. Kolaborasi antara berbagai disiplin ilmu dalam mewujudkan ide menjadi aksi sangat dibutuhkan, sebagai wujud kepedulian terhadap kelestarian lingkungan.

Integrated community service activities (KKN) Thematic Scope of Halu Oleo University aims to contribute to the government and citizens, especially in public services during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Southeast Sulawesi. This activity is a Training on the Use of Digital-Based Village Administration Information Systems (Village / kelurahan Web) in Public Services to Support Physical Distancing in Preventing the Spread of Covid 19 in Southeast Sulawesi Province. The method used in Thematic KKN is carried out online as a form of responding to government policies in preventing and suppressing the spread of Covid 19. Students have activities from the beginning to the end of the KKN activities carried out in their respective domicile areas using the online internet media among others, through mett zoom, WhatShaap, Google Forms, Hosting and website domains. The results of community service activities through Thematic KKN for students provide information that on average, village / kelurahan government officials do not know and understand how to use internet technology facilities in public services, especially the use of digital-based village administration information systems. Only 1 village in Southeast Sulawesi has a website. There has never been any technical training for the village / output website operators. Local government support is very limited in providing village / kelurahan government governance resources online.

The majority of the population in Bungkutoko Village are fishermen and housewives. The problem encountered in most households in this village is that the yard land has not been utilized for the cultivation of plants that are useful for food availability. In addition, household waste is widely available but has not been maximally utilized as raw material for making planting media for cultivated plants. Therefore, community service activities are carried out to increase community knowledge and skills in utilizing yard land for vegetable crop cultivation in order to support food security through modification of agricultural techniques and soil fertility engineering. The method used is socialization and counselling, then practice or demonstration in the field of how to cultivate vegetables to provide real examples to partners. Partner members are continuously encouraged to always be actively involved and become subjects in this activity accompanied by students and a team of lecturers. The result of community service is that the community is able to apply the yard utilization model because of the increased knowledge and skills of the community about the cultivation of food crops (vegetables) in the yard, and the increased knowledge and skills of the community about soil fertility engineering in the yard/coastal land.

Diseases are the disadventages in livestock farming that must be overcame with good animal health management practices. Animal health management must be implemented to improve livestock productivities. Farmers on Abeko Village, Ranomeeto Barat Sub-District, Konawe Selatan are still uninformed about the importance of animal health management practices. This programme aimed to improve the farmers’ knowledge and understanding in maintaining animal health in order to gain maximum livestock production. The methods used in this program were physical and non-physical activities such as restraining box construction, animal health treatment, discussion, and counseling.

This community service aims to help the Baubau City Government improve public knowledge in preventing and fighting the Covid-19 virus. This service is done in the form of online education through social media platforms namely Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram. Besides, to support online socialization as a tangible form of concern for the people of the city of Baubau, the distribution of masks and hand sanitizers was carried out. The method used in this community service activity is through education using leaflets and video media about the prevention of COVID-19 transmission and the distribution of masks and hand sanitizers. Community service activities in the city of Baubau have been completed and have been socialized in the city of Baubau by conducting online socialization using leaflets and videos and providing education related to Covid-19 with the socialization activities of the Healthy Living Movement (Germas), socialization activities of the Community Movement Using Masks (Masks) Anxious), Clean and Healthy Life Behavior (PHBS) socialization activities, immunomodulatory socialization activities, socialization activities on the use of antiseptics and disinfectants, as well as activities on the distribution of fabric masks and hand sanitizers.

Desa Alebo di Kecamatan Konda, Kabupaten Konawe Selatan merupakan salah satu desa dengan populasi ayam kampung yang tinggi. Daging ayam kampung super sangat diminati dan memiliki daya tarik komsumsi daging di masyarakat. Program bina desa ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam manajemen pemotongan ayam sehingga karkas yang dihasilkan memiliki kualitas yang lebih baik; serta meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat melalui diversifikasi produk olahan ayam kampung yang diproduksi oleh peternak. Program bina desa dilakukan dengan dua metode kegiatan, yaitu metode kegiatan fisik dan non fisik yang dilaksanakan secara terstruktur. Metode kegiatan non fisik meliputi ceramah dan diskusi terbuka, sedangkan metode kegiatan fisik meliputi pelatihan dan pendampingan mitra secara langsung. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan masyarakat mampu mengambil manfaat dan mampu meningkatkan kualitas manajemen pemotongan ayam kampung di Desa Alebo Kecamatan Konda, Konawe Selatan sehingga kualitas karkas ayam kampung yang dihasilkan mitra juga meningkat. Masyarakat juga mulai melakukan diversifikasi produk hasil pemotongan ayam kampung dengan mengolahnya menjadi produk ayam olahan yang memiliki nilai ekonomi yang lebih tinggi.

Corona virus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by the recently discovered corona virus. Common signs and symptoms of COVID-19 infection include acute respiratory symptoms such as fever, cough and shortness of breath. The average incubation period is 5-6 days with the longest incubation period of 14 days. Severe cases of COVID-19 can cause pneumonia, acute respiratory syndrome, kidney failure and even death. The purpose of this activity is to provide strengthening of Community Strengthening in Mitigation against the COVID-19 Outbreak in West Muna Regency. The implementation of activities is carried out by providing outreach to the community through both online and offline. Online activities are carried out by communicating through the WhatsApp application while suspiciously by socializing with direct meetings or distributing leaflets with the material of the Healthy Living Community Movement (GERMAS), Clean and Healthy Lifestyle (PHBS), Movement Using Masks (GEMAS), Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA) ) and the use of disinfectants and antiseptics.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Penyakit virus corona (COVID-19) adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh virus corona yang baru-baru ini ditemukan. Tanda dan gejala umum infeksi COVID-19 antara lain gejala gangguan pernapasan akut seperti demam, batuk dan sesak napas. Masa inkubasi rata-rata 5-6 hari dengan masa inkubasi terpanjang 14 hari. Pada kasus COVID-19 yang berat dapat menyebabkan pneumonia, sindrom pernapasan akut, gagal ginjal, dan bahkan kematian. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan penguatan Penguatan Masyarakat dalam Mitigasi Menghadapi Wabah COVID-19 di Kabupaten Muna Barat. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan memberikan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat melalui baik daring maupun luring. Kegiatan daring dilakukan dengan komunikasi melalui aplikasi whattsApp sedangkan secara lurig dengan sosialisasi dengan pertemuan langsung maupun penyebaran leaflet dengan materi Gerakan Masyarakat Hidup Sehat (GERMAS), Pola Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS), Gerakan Menggunakan Masker (GEMAS), Tanaman Obat Keluarga (TOGA) dan Penggunaan disinfektas dan Antiseptik.
