Abstract

In this regard, the payment system used by the community is also developing. Currently, the payment system is not only in the form of physical (cash) but there is already technology that can replace money into an intangible (non-cash) commonly called electronic money. OVO is an application that can be used to make purchase or payment transactions. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of perceptions of convenience, perception of usability, and trust both partially and simultaneously on the interest in using the OVO application at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo.This research uses quantitative data. And samples were taken as many as 100. The data analysis technique in this study uses data processing assistance from IBM SPSS version 25 software. The tests carried out are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test which includes normality test, linearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test, then using multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing includes t-test and f-test, then the multiple correlation coefficient and multiple determination coefficients are tested.The results of the study prove that Perceived Ease Of Use affects intention to use, perceived usefulness affects intention to use, Trust affects intention to use, as well as intention to use, perceived usefulness, and trust simultaneously affect intention to use of OVO application users at University of Muhammadiyah in Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the description of altruistic behavior in MDMC volunteers in the screening of COVID-19 corpses in Sidoarjo and to find out what factors encourage their involvement as MDMC volunteers in the screening of COVID-19 corpses in Sidoarjo. The method used is qualitative in the form of phenomenology. This study also uses an interview technique based on Story Telling and semi-structured interviews. The subject of the study was an MDMC volunteer in Sidoarjo who served as the relocation of COVID-19 bodies in Sidoarjo. The results of this study are that the subject can take the time to help others who are in need, in addition to taking the time the subject also feels tolerant when he sees a corpse that has died from Covid-19, not only that the five research subjects also have a high social spirit, they can control themselves, and they also basically have a helping spirit from an early age which is obtained from parenting patterns from childhood.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of employee performance through leadership style, readiness to change and competence with work discipline as a moderating variable at Bank Syariah Indonesia in Mojokerto. This research is a descriptive study using quantitative methods. The technique for obtaining sampling is using the saturation sampling technique where the total population can be used as a sample, for the number of samples in this study as many as 100 respondents. In testing the data in this study using multiple linear regression techniques with IBM SPSS Statistic software version 2. The results of this study prove that the variables of leadership style, readiness to change and competence can improve employee performance with work discipline as a moderating variable in BSI Mojokerto employees.

Abstract

Researchers conducted research on sharia compliance with Buddhist employees who work at the Islamic Bank of Thailand, because the Islamic Bank of Thailand is not limited to religion and race for employees. Islamic Bank of Thailand is currently a state company under the supervision of the Ministry of Finance and the Bank of Thailand. Therefore, in this study to find out whether Buddhist employees know and understand about sharia principles in Islamic banks.The research method used is a qualitative research method, with data collection techniques using data from the study of related documents and data from interviews. Research results that can be the result of interviews and related documents. The presentation of the research results is divided into 3 parts as follows: 1. The work factors of Buddhist employees who work in the Islamic bank of Thailand. 2. Islamic Law Regarding Banking Requirements. 3. Services in the Islamic Bank Of Thailand Service Model. From the results of the three research sections, when analyzed together with interviews and related documents, Buddhist employees who work at the Islamic Bank of Thailand adhere to Islamic principles strictly in accordance with the goals of the institution, provide services in accordance with Islamic principles and are impressed by very Islamic user. In the interview, both the Muslim and non-Muslim population commented that they were satisfied with the Islamic Bank of Thailand's convenient services and fulfilled their need to access the service

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of misuse of information technology, learning motivation and level of religiosity on the academic cheating behavior of accounting students as prospective accountants at Islamic-Based and National Private Universities. This study uses quantitative methods with primary data, by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study was students of accounting study program at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo as an Islamic-based university and at Hayam Wuruk Perbanas University Surabaya as a national private-based university. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with multiple linear regression analysis, t test, independent sample t-test as a data analysis technique. The results of this study are the misuse of information technology and the level of religiosity affect the academic cheating behavior of accounting students as prospective accountants, learning motivation has no effect on the academic cheating behavior of accounting students as prospective accountants, there are differences in academic cheating behavior that occurs in Islamic-based and National Private Universities.
