This study aims to determine the results of prediction of financial distress in the food and beverage company using Altman model, Ohlson and Springate in the period 2012-2014 for financial data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study using purposive sampling techniques and the results there are 12 companies that meet the criteria. The results using Altman model years 2012- 2014 there is one company that is experiencing financial distress. Then the prediction results by using models Ohlson in 2012 there was one company predicted financial distress. In 2013 there were experiencing financial distress and in 2014 there are two companies predicted to experience financial distress. The next prediction results by using the model years 2012-2014 Springate there are 2 companies experiencing financial distress.Keywords: Financial distress, Altman, Ohlson, Springate, Bankruptcy

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the effect of product differentiation, perception of product quality and promotion influence on purchase decisions Tahu Jontor in Samarinda using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate variable product differentiation, perception of product quality and promotion significantly influence purchasing decisions. Rated R for 0988, which means that there is a very strong variable product differentiation, perception of product quality and promotion of their purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0976 means that the model is very good coefficient of determination. It shows that 97.6% purchase decision is influenced by three independent variables while the remaining 2.4% is influenced by other variables that are not in thoroughly. Based on t test, the results obtained that the variable product differentiation, perception of product quality and promotion of positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The purpose of this research was to verify the effect of procedural justice, organizational rewards, and supervisor support toward affective commitment of PT Wijaya Karya (persero) Tbk Samarinda employee. To collected the data this research, researcher used saturated sampling method. The sample which used in this research was 60 respondents. This research used mulitple linear regression analysis with PLS as an instrument to calculate the data. The result showed that there was a positive effect and significant between procedural justice toward affective commitment. And there was a significant positive effect between organizational rewards toward affective commitment. And there was also a positive effect and significant between supervisor support toward affective commitment.Keywords: Procedural Justice, Organizational Rewards, Supervisor Support, Affective Commitment.

Study that used in this research is descriptive method, which done research which measurement on numbers of financial report which needed later for comparing liquidity ratio result, solvency, and profitability from years apart to found out the development. After had measure the financial report of PT Joymar Express Penajam Paser Utara and had compared the numbers of each analytic instruments from earlier years, known that the liquidity ratio had decrease and for solvency and profitability result had increase from 2012 until 2014.Keyword: Liquidity, Solvency, Profitability

The purpose of this research was to verify the effect of Remuneration System, Work Involvement, and Spirituality at Work toward Organizational Commitment of PT Laut Timur Ardiprima Samarinda employee. To collected the data this research, researcher used purposive sampling method. The sample which used in this research was 60 respondents with the criteria of employee who has been worked in PT Laut Timur Ardiprima Samarinda employee Samarinda at last two year. This research used mulitple linear regression analysis with SPSS as an instrument to calculate the data. The result showed that there was a positive effect and significant between remuneration system toward organizational commitment. And there was a positive effect and significant between work involvement toward organizational commitment. And there was also a positive effect and significant between spirituality at work toward organizational commitment.Keywords : remuneration system, work involvement, spirituality at work, organizational commitment

This study aims to determine the Influence Analysis Oriented Leadership Against Climate Change Labor and Employee Performance: Job Satisfaction As a mediating variable in the CV. SAC Brothers Samarinda. The independent variables in this study is oriented leadership and climate change Work while the dependent variable in this study is the Employee Performance. The population in this study were all employees of salesmen and sales supervisor at CV. SAC Brothers Samarinda. This type of research is the study population invitation purposive sampling techniques or methods with quantitative approach. The data collection is done by using a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to the respondents. The analytical tool used in this research is using Partial Least Square (PLS). Hypothesis testing results indicate that the constructs of leadership is not significant positive effect on job satisfaction directly construct. Leadership is not significant positive effect on employee performance constructs directly. Working climate construct significant positive effect on employee satisfaction directly. The climate of significant positive effect on employee performance constructs directly. Job satisfaction is not significant positive effect on employee performance constructs directly.Keyword: Oriented Leadership, Climate Change Work

The Influence of Economic Value Added (EVA) and Return on Assets (ROA) of Market Value Added (MVA). The research study automotive sub-sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). (Under the guidance of Dr. ZAINAL LLMI, SE., MBA and Dr. Irsan Tricahyadinata, SE., MSi). The purpose of research is to analyze the influence of Economic Value Added (EVA) and Return on Assets (ROA) of Market Value Added (MVA) (Study research sub automotive sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The sample used in this study are 7 sub company of the automotive sector using criteria through purposive sampling method. Analysis of the data used in this study is the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression using SPSS 20. the results of this study indicate that the Economic Value Added (EVA) has no effect on the Market Value Added (MVA). Return on Asset (ROA) significantly affects the Market Value Added (MVA).Keywords: Economic Value Added, Return on Asset and Market Value Added.

The purpose of this research was to verify the effect of endorser election, toward perception and the decision of purchase of sport shoes Specs Indonesia. To collected the data research, research used Random Sampling and Accidential Sampling Method. The sample which used in this research was 60 respondent with the criteria of all men who using sport shoes Specs Indonesia. This research used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS as an instrument to calculate data.
