Abstract

Difficulties in learning (learning disability) causes a person can not learn the provision properly. The situation is maintained with the obstacles to the achievement of success. The purpose of this research is to develop contemporary counseling techniques of audio visual humor stimulation as an effort to overcome burnout study. The research method used is pilot test group post test post test control.. Measuring tool is student of FKIP Untirta number 139 is taken by purposive sample, with age 18-21 years and limitation of intelligence above average low - average. From 139 trayout groups, 13 experimental groups and 15 controls were obtained. In the experimental group the results of t test pretest and post test t arithmetic 19.324 and signs (2-tailed <0.05) 0.000 keyword difference of MBI pre test and post test. While in the control group, the result of pre test and post test t test 1,840 and sign (2-tailed> 0,05) 0,087 no difference in MBI pre test and post test.Keyword: learning disability, burnout, humor stimulation

Abstract

 ABSTRACT Chitosan is natural polymer that has been known to posses the capacity to adsorb various transition metals. This capacity of adsorption is resulted from the ability of chitosan to form complex compound with metal, especially Pb and Cd. The  formation of chitosan-metal complex is enabled by the presence of active hydroxil group in chitosan molecule. The results of this study on adsorption of Pb2+ and Cd2+ revealed the existence of linear relationship between the amount of the metal adsorbed with concentration of the metal tested. It was found that for Pb2+, the maximum adsorption was 10.32 mg/g which was achieved for the metal concentration of 50 mg/L, and 24.998 mg/g for Cd2+ at metal concentration of 100 mg/L. The optimum contact time for adsorption was found to be 24 hours for both metals. The adsorption was found to take place with the adsorption energy of 29.82 kJ/mol for Pb2+ and 17.23 kJ/mol for Cd2+.  Keywords:  chitin, chitosan, adsorption, transition metal, and toxic metal

Abstract

Latar Belakang - Mual dan muntah merupakan efek samping kemoterapi yang paling menimbulkan stress bagi pasien. Efek samping akut ini selain dapat mempengaruhi status nutrisi, cairan dan elektrolit, lebih lanjut juga mempengaruhi kualitas hidup pasien. Selain penatalaksanaan secara farmakologi, beberapa intervensi non farmakologi juga telah diteliti sebagai terapi adjuvant untuk mengatasi masalah ini, di antaranya latihan rileksasi otot progresif (PMRT). Metode - Literature review pada penelitian oleh Molassiotis A. et al yang berjudul The Effectiveness of Progressive Muscle Relaxation Training in Managing Chemotherapy- Induced Nausea and Vomiting in Chinese Breast Cancer Patients : A Randomizes Controlled Trial yang melibatkan 71 pasien kanker payudara menunjukkan bahwa PMRT dapat mengurangi durasi dan intensitas mual dan muntah pada pasien yang menjalani kemoterapi. Berdasarkan penelitan tersebut, PMRT dipraktekkan kepada 6 pasien kanker nasopharing yang menjalani kemoterapi di Rumah Sakit Cipto Mangunkusumo Jakarta. Hasil - Hasil praktek keperawatan berbasis pembuktian ini menunjukkan bahwa mual dan muntah masih dirasakan oleh pasien saat menjalani kemoterapi, tetapi intensitas, frekuensi, dan durasi nya lebih rendah dibandingkan kemoterapi sebelumnya tanpa adanya PMRT. Rekomendasi - Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa PMRT efektif dalam mengatasi mual muntah pasien yang menjalani kemoterapi dan disarankan untuk menggunakan PMRT sebagai intervensi keperawatan dalam mengatasi mual muntah pada pasien yang menjalani kemoterapi. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the effect of product differentiation, perception of product quality and promotion influence on purchase decisions Tahu Jontor in Samarinda using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate variable product differentiation, perception of product quality and promotion significantly influence purchasing decisions. Rated R for 0988, which means that there is a very strong variable product differentiation, perception of product quality and promotion of their purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0976 means that the model is very good coefficient of determination. It shows that 97.6% purchase decision is influenced by three independent variables while the remaining 2.4% is influenced by other variables that are not in thoroughly. Based on t test, the results obtained that the variable product differentiation, perception of product quality and promotion of positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Merchandising , basic principles, service , customer satisfaction to customer loyalty at Giant Supermarket SCP ( Samarinda Central Plaza ) Samarinda , using multiple regression analysis. Results showed variable Merchandising variables , basic principles, service, customer satisfaction together positive and significant impact on customer loyalty . The R value of 0.482 means that there is a relationship which was of variable Merchandising , basic principles, service, customer satisfaction to customer loyalty . The coefficient of determination ( R2 ) of 23.20 per cent it shows the proportion of variable contribution Merchandising , basic principles, service , customer satisfaction to fluctuations in customer loyalty.Keyword: Merchandising , basic principles, service , customer satisfaction and customer loyalty

Abstract

Developments in technology and information in the present requires the company to further enhance business performance to gain the trust of consumers hearts. The purpose of this study is: To find out how the marketing strategy at Kaltim Post Samarinda. In this study, researchers used a Cartesian diagram analysis tool that consists of four dimensions, namely, product, price, promotion, place. The study of 96 respondents using questionnaire method  Likers Scale. The collected data were analyzed using analytical methods of customer satisfaction, the results of this study indicate that the level of customer satisfaction with the marketing strategies of Kaltim Post Samarinda is between 20-40 which means low satisfaction, namely 31,01. From the comparison of the average performance score and the average score of hope 31,0146,27 indicates that consumers are still not satisfied with the services given.Keywords: Marketing Strategy, Cartesian diagram, Customer Satisfaction
