Abstract

ABSTRAK                 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh board independence dan state ownership terhadap firm performance. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan sektor property, real estate, and building construction yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 49 perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan  adalah data kuantitatif dan sumber data diambil dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan. Statistik deskriptif dan regresi data panel digunakan sebagai alat analisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa board independence berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, state ownership berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, dan interaksi antara board independence dan state ownership berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan.Kata Kunci : Board Independence, State Ownership, dan Firm Performance.ABSTRACT                 This study aimed to analyze the effect of board independence and state ownership on firm performance. This research was conducted on property, real estate, and building construction sector firm listed on Indonesia stock Exchange in 2014 to 2017 period. This study utilitized a purposive sampling with a total sample of 49 firms. The type of data was a quantitative data and data source was gained from annual financial statements firm. Descriptive statistic and data regression was used as data analysis instruments. The result of this study indicated that board independence had a positive significant effect on firm performance, state ownership had a negative but not significant effect on firm performance, and interaction between board independence and state owner had a positive but not significant effect on firm performance.Keywords : Board independence, State Ownership, and firm performance.

ABSTRAKBagas Rasulia Artby. Pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan, Kemampuan Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Anak Buah Kapal Pada Divisi Pelayanan Kapal PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Cabang Balikpapan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, kemampuan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja anak buah kapal di PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Cabang Balikpapan, penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner untuk memperoleh data penelitian dan analisis regresi linear berganda.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda diketahui bahwa tingkat pendidikan dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara kemampuan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kata Kunci:  Tingkat Pendidikan, Kemampuan,  Motivasi, Kinerja, Anak Buah Kapal ABSTRACT Bagas Rasulia Artby. Abstract

ABSTRACTION Company Performance Analysis Using the Balanced Scorecard Method of            PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Samarinda BranchA R A F A HFakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Mulawarman SamarindaThis study aims to analyze the performance of the company PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Samarinda Branch with the balanced scorecard method.Data collection is done through primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained directly through the distribution of questionnaires to employees and customers of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Samarinda Branch and 40 employees and 30 customer respondents were taken as samples. Secondary data obtained through the company's annual report from 2014 - 2018. Data analysis in this study uses the balanced scorecard analysis method.The analysis shows that the company's performance in the financial perspective of ROI, DAR and ROE in the not good category While Sales Growt and CR in the category is not good. For the customer perspective the achievement of customer acquisition and customer profitability in the category is not good but customer retention and customer satisfaction in the good category. In the perspective of internal business processes the achievement AETR in the category is not good but product innovation after-sales service is in the good category and for the perspective of growth and learning of employee retention achievement and employee productivity in the category is not good but employee satisfaction in the good category.Keywords: Balanced Scorecard and Company Performance
