Abstract

This study aims to analyze and find out several factors that can affect job satisfaction and employee performance, variables used in this study are job characteristics, work motivation, job satisfaction, and employee performance, The sample in this study were employees found in the Samarinda Research and Industrial Standardization Center with a total sample of 49 respondents with the data collection method used to distribute questionnaires. Researchers use SPSS as a tool for processing existing data. The results showed that the variable job characteristics have a positive and significant effect both on the variable of job satisfaction and on employee performance variables, work motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction but do not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and for job satisfaction variables has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Lahirnya Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor: 6 Tahun 2014 mengenai ‘Desa’ memberi secerca harapan dalam keberlangsungan desa dalam hal penyaluran Dana Desa, revitalisasi pembangunan Desa, pelaksanaan pemerintahan Desa, hingga pemanfaatan potensi atau kearifan lokal untuk Desa itu sendiri. Bukan saja perbaikan disektor UMKM dan koperasi, tetapi dari level mikro, membutuhkan segala upaya perbaikan ekonomi melalui pemberdayaan Desa. PkM ini berupaya sekaligus menjadi bagian dari rentetan pembenahan Desa melalui pemotetran tentang daya dukung (dimensi pasar dan pemasaran) untuk meninjau seberapa besar kapasitas Desa Sepakat, Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara (Provinsi Kalimantan Timur) mampu berdaya saing disisi ekonomi. Metode PkM diterapkan dengan teknik aktualisasi konsep, analisis data, dan penyusunan profil untuk kesiapan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) di objek yang telah ditentukan. Idealnya, tahapan PkM juga menerapkan obervasi, tetapi sejauh ini tahapan pertama baru terlaksana melalui konsultasi secara online selama 2021. Perlu diketahui, krisis akibat Covid-19 tidak memungkinkan pendataan langsung ke lapangan. Road map BUMDes memerlukan pandangan akademis untuk mematangkan perencanaan, agar sisi manajemen pemasaran, ekonomi, finansial, dan bisnis dipehatikan. Kami juga berharap, aparatur Desa dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara selaku regulator dapat membuat kebijakan yang mempertimbangkan empat sisi, dimana ada kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman dalam pilot BUMDes ini.

Abstract

Special attention in the future will emphasize patterns or studies that are relevant and new in highlighting sustainable economic growth. We seek to identify the role of factors outside of fiscal and monetary policy on economic growth in Indonesia, such as happiness, demographic pressures, labor force, and human development. For this purpose, the OLS method has presented time-series data (2015-2019). Prediction studies show that happiness, demographic pressures, and human development can increase economic growth in a significant direction. Another finding is that the labor force cannot significantly control economic growth, slowly decreasing growth with a negative slope. Practical contributions to developing countries can account for endogenous (internal) growth over the long term. The quality of human resources must prioritize productivity, income, and real welfare. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh daya tarik program insentif dan kemampuan atasan terhadap niat berpindah agen pada PT. AXA Financial Indonesia cabang Samarinda. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian explanatory dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif, dan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya tarik program insentif dan orientasi kemampuan pengawas memiliki pengaruh signifikan yang negatif terhadap niat berpindah. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa orientasi daya tarik dan orientasi kemampuan insentif akan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penurunan niat berpindah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan bank pada PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia selama tahun 2013 hingga 2015 dengan menggunakan pendekatan profil Risiko, Tata Kelola Perusahaan Yang Baik, Pendapatan, dan Modal. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis laporan keuangan yang mengacu pada Peraturan OJK No.8/POJK.03/2014. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan berdasarkan pendekatan RGEC PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia dari tahun 2013 hingga 2015 dikategorikan sebagai bank yang Sehat. Pada faktor Profil Risiko (Risk Profile) yang diukur dengan menggunakan rasio NPF adan FDR secara keseluruhan menunjukkan pengelolaan risiko yang baik pada faktor Tata Kelola Perusahaan Yang Baik (Good Corporate Governance) menunjukkan Bank Muamalat telah melaksanakan tata kelola perusahaan dengan baik yang sesuai dengan peraturan Bank Indonesia. Pada faktor Pendapatan (Earning) yang diukur menggunakan rasio ROA dan NOM menunjukkan pengelolaan asset dalam menghasilkan laba yang baik. Dan dengan menggunakan rasio KPMM peneliti membuktikan bahwa Bank Muamalat Tbk mempunyai faktor Permodalan (Capital) yang sangat bagus yaitu diatas 8% sesuai dengan ketentuan Bank Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of intellectual capital to abnormal stock return and financial perfomance of banking firms. The abnormal stock return was measured by cumulative abnormal return (CAR), and average abnormal return (AAR), the companys financial perfomance measured by return on assets (ROA), assets turn over (ATO) and growth in revenue (GR). Laten variables used in this study was the perfomance of intellectual capital as measured by VAIC (VACA, VAHU, STVA). The sample study was using banking company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2011-2015. Research data using purposive sampling method. Data obtained amounted to 75 companies in the period 2011-2015. This study uses PLS version 3.0 to analyze the data. The result showed that significant intellectual capital positive significantly effect the abnormal stock return and financial perfomance that measured by CAR, AAR, ROA and ATO, but no effect on GR. Overall, this research found that structural capital (STVA) gives the most contribution in creating value added of the company.Keywords: intellectual capital, cumulative abnormal return (CAR), and average abnormal return (AAR), return on assets (ROA), assets turn over (ATO), growth in revenue (GR)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and motivation on employee satisfaction and performance (a study in the employees of PT Gema Soerya Samodra). With good quality human resources, it is hoped that the company's performance will be better and optimal. But of course, to achieve optimal performance, we often encounter various obstacles so that sometimes the desired results are not achieved. The population in this study were employees of PT Gema Soerya Samodra, the sample in this study were 40 employees. Methods of data collection are carried out by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires to respondents who become the research sample. This study uses data analysis tools, namely the validity and reliability tests, so this study uses the partial least square (PLS) analysis method. The tools used in data processing use the PLS Smart program. The results show that 1)Workload positive and significant effect on satisfaction, 2) Motivation positive and significant effect on satisfaction, 3) Workload positive and significant effect on performance, 4) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance, 5) satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance. Abstract

In this study involving Civil Servants in Samarinda City DPRD. In this study, to see the performance of employees used a sample of 82 respondents. The data analysis used by the author is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hypothesis testing is done by multivariate analysis carried out through the SmartPLS program. Data analysis through partial Least Square (PLS) is done through two stages, namely: First, Assessing the outer model or measurement model. Second, assess the inner model or structural model. The results showed that Personality had a positive influence on employee job satisfaction, organizational commitment had a positive influence on employee job satisfaction, work engagement gave a positive effect on satisfaction, Personality had a positive influence on employee performance, organizational commitment had a positive influence on employee performance, work engagement provide a positive influence on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive influence on the performance of employees of the Samarinda City Regional Representative Council. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, compensation, communication, and work environment on employee performance through organizational commitment as a banking intervention variable. IBM AMOS 23 was used to analyze the pattern of causality between variables. This research uses survey research methods. The population in this study were all staff at the Bank Kaltimtara Syariah Samarinda Branch in East Kalimantan. The number of research samples is determined by 250 respondents. The result of the research is that there is a significant direct and positive influence of leadership on employee performance. There is no significant negative direct effect of compensation on employee performance. There is a significant direct and positive effect of communication on employee performance. There is a significant direct and positive effect of the work environment on employee performance. There is a significant direct and positive effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. There is a significant indirect and positive effect of leadership on employee performance by intervening organizational commitment. There is a significant indirect and positive effect of compensation on employee performance by intervening organizational commitment. There is a significant indirect and positive effect of communication on employee performance with organizational commitment intervention. Abstract

Hasil belajar peserta didik rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XII IPS 2 SMA PGRI 4 Banjarmasin pada pokok bahasan Perubahan Sosial dapat ditingkatkan melalui Strategi Pembelajaran Inkuiri Sosial.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah metode analisis kualitatif, yang intinya menekankan pada usaha penggambaran hal-hal apa saja yang berhubungan dengan meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik secara mendalam. Dengan analisis kualitatif ini peneliti menekankan pada pendalaman pokok permasalahan khususnya tentang motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Sosiologi. Sehingga bisa diketahui dan dianalisa permasalahan yang muncul dan kemudian diadakan refleksi untuk mencari alternatif pemecahannya. Proses penelitian dimulai pada bulan Agustus sampai September 2011, jumlah sampel 39 orang dari peserta didik kelas XII IPS 2 SMA PGRI 4 Banjarmasin.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Hasil belajar Sosiologi peserta didik kelas XII IPS 2 SMA PGRI 4 Banjarmasin selama menggunakan strategi pembelajaran inkuiri sosial dapat meningkat, (2) Respon peserta didik kelas XII IPS 2 SMA PGRI 4 Banjarmasin terhadap penggunaan strategi pembelajaran inkuiri sosial menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik senang belajar Sosiologi dengan menerapkan strategi pembelajaran inkuiri sosial.Peneliti menyarankan hendaknya guru mata pelajaran sosiologi menggunakan strategi pembelajaran Inkuiri Sosial untuk materi yang sesuai, serta diharapkan dapat menggunakan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif lainnya yang lebih menarik agar peserta didik termotivasi dalam pembelajaran sosiologi.Kata Kunci : Hasil belajar, Strategi Pembelajaran Inkuiri Sosial, Sosiologi
