Abstract

Indonesia's economic strength basically lies on the micro, small and medium sectors (MSME). From the population of business entrepreneurs which reaches the total of 99.9%, this sector is able to absorb employment of 96.7% or 114,819,199 people and reach 60.34% of Indonesia's gross domestic product (GDP). This data shows that the MSME business has a very strategic role in Indonesia economy. Besides being a major player in economic activities in various sectors, MSMEs are also the largest providers of employment, important players in the development of local economic activities and in community empowerment, as creators of new markets and resources, and have an important role in maintaining the balance of payments through Export activities. On a small scale, the roof tile house industry in Gulun Village, Maospati District, Magetan Regency shows no less importance in the socio-economic life of the Gulun Village community. The home industry implications for the social life of the Gulun Village community which include jobs, income, and education level are very significant. The functioning of the roof tile house industry as a village financial institution so far has supported the creation of community welfare in Gulun Village. Besides absorbing a lot of labor, these entrepreneurs are able to send their children to a higher education level, some of them even reach university level.

Abstract

Employee retention that is not done well in a company will result in high turnover rates. And the company's losses can not be avoided again when the turnover rate is very high because it will also affect the additional costs of recruitment and training of new employees, the decline of certain unit performance, and also the loss of knowledge and skills capital that has been given by the company. Regarding high turnover rates in a company, the Personnel Unit is required to be able to manage human resources well which is able to reduce the turnover rate. There are five types of employee retention strategies, namely compensation, fulfillment of employee expectations, employee induction, attention to employees' families, and employee training and development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai pendekatan empirik guna pengembangan dan dasar kebijakan dalam penentuan kapasitas, kapabilitas kinerja lembaga dengan memadukan beberapa unsur-unsur dalam paradigma motivasi need for acchievement, kompetensi fungsional pada pembentukan budaya kerja. Karena penelitian ini mengkonstruksikan teori dengan teori lain, maka hal ini bersesuaian dengan metode analisis jalur yang responsip pada hal-hal dengan dengan nilai koefisien kausalitas antar variabel yang rendah. Hasil Penelitian dinyatakan : 1) Pengaruh Motivasi McClelland terhadap Kompetensi fungsi. Hasil pengujian hipotesis kedua (H1) tentang pengaruh Motivasi McClelland terhadap Kompetensi fungsi dinyatakan diterima dengan diperoleh thitung sebesar 5,467 dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0,001 sehingga thitung> ttabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% yaitu 5,467 > 2,124 atau dengan sign. < 0,05, maka Ho dan H1 diterima. Dengan hubungan kausal antara Motivasi McClelland terhadap Kompetensi Fungsi sebesar b = 0,633. 2) Pengaruh Kompetensi fungsi terhadap budaya kerja. Hasil pengujian hipotesis ketiga (H2) diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 9,132 dengan nilai sign. sebesar 0,000. Karena thitung> ttabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% (11,358 > 2,124) dengan sign. < 0,05, maka (H2) dinyatakan diterima yaitu Kompetensi fungsi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya kerja. Dengan hubungan kausal antara Kompetensi fungsi terhadap budaya kerja sebesar b = 0,425, 3) Motivasi McClelland berpengaruh positif terhadap budaya kerja dengan Kompetensi fungsisebagai variabel mediasi. Hasil pengujian hipotesis ketiga (H3) dengan Path Analysis yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel Motivasi McClelland melalui variabel kompetensi fungsi sebagai variabel mediasi berpengaruh sebesar 0,572 terhadap budaya kerja dan diterima pada taraf signifikansi 5% (p<0,05)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of pop music accompaniment on the speed and accuracy of typing a blind system using the help of a pro typing master program on students. Research uses simple regression analysts. The population in this study were 120 students of the 2016-2017 class of the Madiun State Polytechnic Business Administration Study Program with a total sample of 30 students. Data obtained using questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study are to prove that the accompaniment of pop music affects the speed and accuracy of typing a blind system using the help of a pro typing master program. The meaning of music accompaniment affects the speed and accuracy of typing. The harder the accompaniment music, the speed and accuracy of typing will decrease. Likewise, conversely, the music accompaniment is getting slower, so the typing speed and accuracy will get better

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the Marketing Mix had a partial or simultaneous effect on Decision Making Stay at The Sun Hotel Madiun. The population in this study were guests who stayed at The Sun Hotel Madiun. he variable of this study is the Marketing Mix variable which consists of products, prices, places, promotions, people, physical evidence, and process. Research methods. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and using the t test and F test. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it was found that the Marketing Mix variable had a significant effect between the variables of Marketing Mix on Decision Making Stay at The Sun Hotel Madiun partially or simultaneously. By using the t test and the F test, it shows that the hypothesis is accepted and supports the previous research, and the estimated value of Adusted R Square is 0.942, which means 94.2 percent.
