Based on the results of binary logistic regression, it is known that age, education, area of residence, internet use, household poverty status, husband's employment status in East Java have a significant effect on the participation of women who have toddler in East Java during the Covid 19 pandemic. While the number of members has no significant effect. Abstract

ABSTRACT The role of the green economy is very important, where the fulfillment of needs does not sacrifice the goals of sustainable consumption and production as well as resource efficiency. Indonesia has made a National Action Plan (RAN) to implement the 12th principle in the Sustainable Development Goals, known as Responsible Consumption and Production (RCP) aimed at improving production processes and consumption practices to reduce resource consumption, waste generation, and emissions throughout the life cycle of processes and products. RCP requires citizen involvement about community, increased awareness, willingness to pay, and environmental-friendly lifestyle. This research is intended to analyze the role of the Young Generation to become Influencers (through co-creation of values) so that they can encourage the implementation of good practices as green consumers. To gain insights on people’s willingness to participate in green economy, preliminary research has been conducted involving 229 respondents. A model was constructed to identify the antecedents of willingness to participate. The antecedents were Attitude, Perceived Behavioral Control and Behavior. Descriptively, the field findings can explain the behavior and willingness to participate of the younger generation in green economy practices. The findings of the preliminary research can be used as the basis for proposing a more predictive model using the role of influencers as a moderating variable that intervene in the influence of behavioral intention on willingness to participate. Keywords: Behavior, Willingness to participate, SDG, Influencers, Co-creation of Value.

Abstract

The presence of increasingly fierce competition in the industrial era 4.0 necessitates companies having high and rapid innovation capabilities that can maintain and spur competitiveness. Human capital has been identified as a source of competitive advantage as well as a critical success factor in improving firm performance (Wright and McMahan, 1992; Hall, 1993; Pfeffer, 1994). However, human capital consists not only of the ability to share, combine, and transfer knowledge, but also of the ability to network with various related parties in order to form cross-functional teams. The goal of this research is to discover the relationship between human capital and firm financial performance as mediated by relational capital. The sample for this study consists of 80 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Multiple regression analysis was used in this study as an analytical technique. Human capital has no effect on financial performance, and relational capital does not significantly mediate the relationship between human capital and financial performance, according to the findings. The insignificant effect of relational capital could be explained by the availability of information about the company's environment that has not been used optimally to build relational capital in order to improve company performance

Abstract

Economic problems always negatively impact Indonesian banks' financial resilience because banks, as financial intermediaries, must exercise tight control over all risks that endanger their financial system. The discourse on financial stability became the center of attention of researchers after the 2008 financial crisis because the policy of rapid monitoring of price stability has not been able to create a sustainable economic cycle. On the other hand, there is a phenomenon of the failure of monetary policy to push macroprudential policy into a new policy that can absorb economic risk through banking. This study analyzes the role of banking policy in enhancing Indonesia's financialresilience. The research method used is the ARDL panel. This study finds that the macroeconomic policy mix significantly affects financial resilience in the short and long term.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence access to credit and analyze the impact of access to credit on welfare. So far, a number of important international studies to access credit services that are considered capable of reducing poverty in low-income communities. Credit in the fisheries sector is able to provide input for fishermen to carry out fishing activities. the availability of credit makes fishermen more eligible to increase their productivity, so it is natural when credit request services are needed to improve the welfare of the fishing community. Data was collected by surveying small fishermen in Malang and Probolinggo districts using a questionnaire. Furthermore, the data will be analyzed with descriptive statistical tests, and Instrumental Variable (IV) logit, and Endogenous Switching Regression. The results showed that the variables that had no significant effect on fishermen's credit access were experience and ship size. Meanwhile, the variables of age, education, and fisherman group have a significant influence on fishermen's credit access. The impact on welfare shows that households that have access to formal credit have higher incomes by 33.8% to 44.4% compared to households that do not have access to formal credit. The implication of research is that with access to credit, the welfare level of fishermen will increase. Keywords: Credits; Well-being; small fisherman; endogenous transiti

Abstract

The goal of this study is to look at the value chain for strategic agricultural commodities in East Java and optimize the supply chain. Input-output analysis, supply chain descriptive analysis, institutional pattern analysis, trading margin analysis, value chain analysis, root cause analysis, and the Analytical Hierarchy Process are among the analytical methods used. According to the findings of this study, sugar cane, cayenne pepper, and corn are three strategic agricultural commodities in East Java with a relatively long supply chain. However, the study discovered that among other supply chain actors, farmers and breeders have the lowest price margins, while collectors and wholesalers have the highest. This implies that there may be opportunities to improve the supply chain for these commodities by addressing the problems that farmers and breeders face.
