Abstract

The need for housing along with clothing and food is a primary human need, meaning that everyone needs a house or a place to live. On September 28, 2018 there was an earthquake with a magnitude of 7.4 on the Richter Scale (SR), followed by a tsunami and liquefaction. The consequences of this disaster affected housing and settlements in Palu City. This study aims to determine the backlog and characteristics of the backlog in Palu City. This type/type of research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods through observation, literature studies, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. In this study the data analysis techniques used were occupancy backlog analysis and descriptive statistical analysis. From the results of this study it is known that the backlog of occupancy in Palu City includes East Palu District 9,558 units, West Palu 4,911 units, South Palu 2,687 units, Ulujadi 659 units and Tawaeli 656 units while Tatanga, Mantikulore and North Palu Districts do not have a backlog, in other words the number the available houses are sufficient, and from the results of the backlog characteristic analysis on the price variable the average indicator value is 3.25, the location variable the average indicator value is 3.56 and the facilities variable the average indicator value is 3.11 this shows the attitude of the people in The City of Palu wants improvements and adjustments to policies related to prices, location and housing facilities that currently exist in the City of Palu.

Abstract

There are three characteristics of traffic flow on a road section that are used as parameters to analyze the behavior of traffic moving on it, namely, Speed ​​- Volume and Density of traffic flow. To represent the mathematical relationship between volume, speed, and traffic density, three models are used as follows: Greenshield, Greenberg, and Underwood. The purpose of this study is to describe the relationship between volume, speed and density of traffic flow on the R.E. Martadinata Palu road section, provide an assessment of the performance of the road section and analyze the effect of heavy vehicles on existing conditions. The results of the analysis of the three models above based on statistical analysis and characteristics in the field, the initial conclusion is that the Greenberg relationship model provides the best results to describe existing conditions. The Greenberg model provides a coefficient of determination value of r2 = 0.76 for conditions with heavy vehicles and r2 = 0.82 for conditions without heavy vehicles, with Vmaks values ​​for each condition of 1725 smp/hour and 1534 smp/hour with an estimated model capacity decreasing by 11.07% from conditions with heavy vehicles to conditions without heavy vehicles. This shows that the model capacity value is influenced by the amount of traffic volume. With the 1997 MKJI method, the DS value with HV = 0.56 and DS without HV = 0.53 are then obtained, which illustrates that the RE.Martadinata road section is still far from saturated conditions that cause queues at peak traffic.

Abstract

Technological developments in the era of globalization, especially the Internet of Things (IoT), allow devices to connect and interact with each other through the internet network in real-time. This technology supports the management of electronic devices, household appliances, and other objects through the ESP32 microcontroller that can collect and transmit data. This research designed an automatic sliding canopy system for the dressing room that can operate independently using a rain and light sensor based on the NodeMCU ESP32 microcontroller. The system is designed to automatically close the canopy when the rain sensor detects the presence of rainwater and the light sensor detects dark conditions, so the clothesline is protected from rain. In addition, this system is equipped with remote monitoring and control features through the Telegram application using Bots.

Abstract

Bendungan Manikin merupakan salah satu bendungan yang dibangun berlokasi di Kecamatan Taebenu Kabupaten Kupang, berdaya tampung normal 20,45 juta m³, direncanakan dengan bentuk terowongan (persegi) agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan penyediaan air bersih bagi masyarakat di sekitarnya dengan debit 700 liter/detik, seluas 310 hektar (Ha). Bendungan Manikin dilengkapi dengan Bangunan pengelak. Bangunan pengelak adalah sebuah bangunan yang berfungsi untuk mengalihkan aliran air sementara dalam pekerjaan bangunan bendungan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bangunan pengelak apakah mampu mengalirkan aliran banjir dengan banjir rancangan kala ulang 25, 50 dan 100 tahun yaitu analisis hidrologi dengan menggunakan metode HSS Nakayasu dan untuk menghitung dimensi digunakan analisis hidraulika. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah debit banjir kala ulang 25 tahun (Q25) sebesar 333,734 m³/det, kala ulang 50 tahun (Q50) sebesar 375,099 m³/det kala ulang 100 tahun (Q100) sebesar 412,792 m³/det. Dimensi saluran pengelak pada Bendungan Manikin yang direncanakan dengan ukuran 3 m x 3 m ini mampu untuk mengalirkan debit banjir kala ulang 25 tahun

Abstract

Pembangunan Infrastruktur di Wilayah Sulawesi Tengah saat ini makin berkembang, Proyek konstruksi semakin meningkat diberbagai sektor, maka kebutuhan akan tenaga kerja konstruksi juga semakin meningkat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi jumlah kebutuhan tenaga ahli konstruksi di Kabupaten Morowali berdasarkan jumlah paket pekerjaan konstruksi 4 tahun terakhir. Adapun Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah kontraktor dari 30 perusahaan yang ada di Kabupaten Morowali yang pernah mengerjakan pekerjaan konstruksi dalam empat tahun terakhir (tahun 2020-2023). Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif dan Analisa Regresi Linear Sederhana dengan bantuan software SPSS. Dari Hasil penelitian berdasarkan perhitungan kebutuhan tenaga ahli konstruksi di Kabupaten Morowali pada tahun 2020 sampai 2023 menunjukan bahwa didapatkan 65 paket pekerjaan, dengan jumlah kebutuhan tenaga ahli konstruksi yaitu sebanyak 65 orang tenaga ahli, dan total ketersediaan tenaga ahli yang dimiliki adalah sebanyak 135 orang tenaga ahli konstruksi. Selanjutnya Pada penelitian ini peneliti memperkirakan kenaikan kebutuhan tenaga ahli konstruksi di kabupate Morowali sebesar 20% dengan asumsi kenaikan kebutuhan tenaga ahli pada tahun 2022 ke 2023. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan bahwa jumlah kebutuhan dan ketersediaan tenaga ahli yang terdapat di Kabupaten Morowali pada tahun 2024 sampai 2028 memiliki kebutuhan sebanyak 480 orang dengan ketesediaan sebanyak 706 orang tenaga ahli konstruksi di Kabupaten Morowali.
