Abstract

Tujuan penelitian karya ilmiah ini yakni untuk mendesksripsikan minat belajar siswa dengan menggunakan media papan dadu dan metode tanya jawab pada mata pelajaran aqidah akhlak di kelas XI di SMA Darul Ulum Sugio Lamongan sebagai mitra dari MBKM Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka pada program Asistensi Mengajar Universitas Islam Lamongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Dari hasil penelitian yang kami dapatkan di SMA Darul Ulum Sugio Lamongan adalah media papan dadu dan metode tanya jawab dapat memenuhi indikator dalam minat belajar yakni adanya rasa suka atau ketertarikan peserta didik , pernyataan menyukai, ikut berpartisipasi dalam aktivitas pembelajaran, belajar tanpa disuruh dan memberikan perhatian. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan media papan dadu dan metode tanya jawab dapat menumbuhkan minat belajar siswa, hingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan media papan dadu dan metode tanya jawab di SMA Darul Ulum Sugio Lamongan cukup efektif hingga dapat di terapkan pada lembaga pendidikan yang lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berusaha mengungkap Madrasah Diniyah Pondok Pesantren Daruttaqwa Suci Manyar Gresik sebagai bentuk pengembangan yang dilakukan oleh madrasah tersebut. dari penelitian yang sudah dilakukan oleh penulis menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan Di Madrasah Diniyah Pondok Pesantren Daruttaqwa sudah dilakukan oleh pihak penyelenggara dan pengelola madrasah sejak awal berdirinya sampai sekarang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu suatu penelitian yang diajukan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis suatu fenomena, peristiwa, aktivitas sosial, sikap kepercayaan, persepsi, pemikiran, untuk menemukan prinsip-prinsip serta penjelasan yang mengarah pada kesimpulan. Kehadiran peneliti bertindak sebagai observer. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan tehnik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mereduksi data, display data dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Sedangkan pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan perpanjangan waktu, keikutsertaan, ketekunan pengamatan. Adapun tahap-tahap penelitian yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap penyelesaian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa kualitas. Dari penelitian tersebut dapat di simpulkan Madrasah diniyah Daruttaqwa adalah. a) kurikulum mandiri. b). Pembelajaran yang menyenangkan di lingkungan pesantren. faktor pendukung pendidikan madrasah diniyah Daruttaqwa adalah animo masyarakat terhadap pendidikan madrasah diniyah. faktor penghambat pendidikan madrasah diniyah adalah kurangnya pendampingan tenaga pengajar. untuk mengatasi kelemahan tersebut diadakan pelatihan, bimbingan dan motivasi.

Abstract

Covid 19 menyebar ke seluruh belahan bumi dan menjadi fokus pembincangan di seluruh dunia. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pelatihan pembelajaran jarak jauh ( PJJ) terhadap keterampilan Dosen pada masa pandemi covid 19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui analisis deskriptif dan correlation spearman. Objek penelitian ini adalah tingkat keterampilan Dosen dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran selama pandemi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah dosen Rku Unsyiah Banda Aceh. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu purposive random sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 108 orang. Penelitian ini mendapatkan suatu hasil bahwa variabel yang sangat berhubungan antara pelatihan dengan keterampilan Dosen selama pembelajaran jarak jauh ( PJJ) yaitu usia Dosen dan lama bertugas. Nilai korelasi menunjukkan hubungan yang positif, artinya dosen Sangat produktif pada masa pandemi covid 19 yaitu pada rentang usia 30-40 tahun dengan lama bertugas lebih dari 10 tahun. Hal ini menunjukkan kematangan dosen dalam menjalankan sistem belajar mengajar sangat berhubungan dengan keterampilannya, serta di dukung oleh pengalaman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang sangat berhubungan antara pelatihan dengan keterampilan Dosen selama pembelajaran jarak jauh ( PJJ) yaitu usia Dosen dan lama bertugas pada tingkat signifikan 5%.

Abstract

Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak dalam kitab-kitab bahasa Arab Habib Hasan bin Ahmad Baharun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode kepustakaan. Sumber data primer berupa kitab Muhawarah al haditsah billughah al-Arabiyah dan kitab Majmuah Ashriyah fillughah al-Arabiyah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan teknik analisis data dengan analisis konten. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan tentang pendidikan akhlak yang diklasifikasikan menjadi tiga aspek yaitu (1) Akhlak terhadap Allah yang meliputi: Taqwa kepada Allah dimana saja berada, yaqin dengan pertolongan Allah swt, mengerjakan ibadah dalam bentuk yang paling afdhol dan tidak takut kepada apapun kecuali kepada Allah swt (2) Akhlak terhadap diri sendiri meliputi: Tawadhu’, disiplin, mandiri, sabar, cinta pada bahasa Arab dan bahasa Indonesia, suka kebersihan, taat pada tata tertib sekolah dan rambu-rambu lalu lintas. (3) Akhlak terhadap sesama makhluk Allah swt meliputi: Akhlak kepada orang tua, akhlak kepada guru, akhlak kepada teman, akhlak kepada sesama muslim, akhlak kepada tamu, akhlak kepada tetangga, akhlak kepada konsumen, dan akhlak kepada hewan atau tumbuhan.

Abstract

Penanaman nilai-nilai religious sejak usia dini pada daerah minoritas sangat penting, mengingat tantangan didaerah minoritas tersebut sangatlah sulit dikarenakan banyak faktor yang menjadi hambatan, sehingga peran dari pendidikan melalui guru pendidikan agama islam diperlukan untuk menumbuhkan nilai-nilai religius tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali strategi para guru pendidikan agama islam dalam menumbuhkan nilai-nilai religi serta menganalisis strategi guru pendidikan agama islam di MA Hidayatullah Baar Marotauk, Nusa Tenggara Timur. Metode yang digunakan untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian ini adalah menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi, dengan menggunakan sumber data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara kepada kepala sekolah dan guru pendidikan agama islam di MA Hidayatullah Baar Marotauk, Nusa Tenggara Timur. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dilakukan pengecekan keabsahan data, yang bertujuan agar dapat dipertanggung jawabkan secara ilmiah. Hasil penelitian dari strategi guru ditemukan ada dua faktor penting yang mempengaruhi strategi guru pendidikan agama islam yaitu faktor intern dan faktor eksternal. Faktor intern yaitu dari dalam sekolah, sedangkan faktor eksternal yang berasal dari luar, seperti lingkungan dan keluarga.

Abstract

Library management in schools is essentially a stage carried out with the aim of optimizing the overall performance of the existing resources in the library itself which is needed to achieve library goals. Libraries as educational institutions and information provider institutions will have good performance if they are supported by adequate management, so that all institutional activities will lead to efforts to achieve the goals that have been proclaimed. This study aims to describe the process of library management at the Insan Mulia Natural School Lubuk Linggau. The details are to find out how the implementation of management functions carried out in managing the library starts from planning, organizing, actuating, controlling which is carried out in the library of the Insan Mulia Natural School Lubuk Linggau. The method used in this research is using descriptive qualitative research methods to determine the implementation of library management at the Insan Mulia Natural School Lubuk Linggau. This study's subjects were the library's heady, librarians, teachers, and students. The result of this study is that the implementation of management functions in the Alam Insan Mulia Lubuk Linggau school library has been going well.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the competency management of graduates at MBI Amanatul Ummah Mojokerto. The research method that has been used is qualitative with a case study approach. Retrieval techniques and observation, interviews and documentation. Competency Management Graduates at MBI Amanatul Ummah Pacet Mojokerto, the researchers concluded, a) Conducted selection based on general ability, b.) tested with their religious knowledge, c.) tested for formal competence in mathematics, physics, biology, English and psychological tests, d.) matriculation for equalizing Arabic, English, writing pegon letters and making Olympic classes for class 10 f.) special class 11-12, in class 12 it is focused on foreign classes, official class, and UTBK class for domestic.

Abstract

With the outbreak of the covid-19 pandemic, social dynamics are changing rapidly, including in the world of education. Where the transition of learning that was previously carried out face-to-face has shifted to a virtual space. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the planning, implementation and evaluation of online learning management at SDN Sawahan Mojosari during the pandemic.The type of research in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation. analysis using data reduction methods, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Techniques for data validity are credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The research results are. 1). The planning stage is carried out through several stages, namely first a small meeting of the principal with the school committee, as well as teachers, then the results of the meeting are socialized to parents and students 2). The implementation of online learning during the COVID- 19 pandemic at SDN Sawahan Mojosari was handed over to the implementation by the principal to each class teacher, namely by using the Whatsapp group Mapel, Google Classroom and Google Form to send materials, be it photos, videos, or LKPD 3). Abstract

This study aims to describe, explain and know the quality management of learning planning, quality management of learning implementation, quality management of learning evaluation, and quality management of follow-up evaluation of online learning in SMP Techno Insan Kamil.Technique used as data collecting tool in this research is interview technique, observation, and documentation. This research was conducted on Islamic Education Teachers (PAI) and Principal in SMA NU Bancar. The data analysis technique in this research is using data reduction techniques, data display and draw conclusions. To test the validity of the data using triangulation. The result of this research shows that Quality Management of Learning Planning at SMP Techno Insan Kamil. has been done well, that is planning, organizing, processing time, media selection and method as stated in RPP and Syllabus. The Quality Management of Online Learning in SMA NU Bancar. has been implemented well, where the teacher performs opening activities, core activities, and closing activities. Furthermore, Quality Management of Learning Evaluation in SMA NU Bancar. has been applied effectively ie the teacher performs evaluation planning based on Competence Standards and Basic Competence, in the assessment is done by arranged and based on the assessment indicators and the follow-up of Remidial and Enrichment on the students. As well as Quality Control of Learning Supervision has also been well implemented in SMA NU Bancar. ie supervision of the implementation of learning done by the principal directly.

Abstract

Information technology is increasingly developing and has an impact on the fact that the world seems to be borderless, which is a challenge in the world of education, especially Islamic religious education. The term global village as an impact of globalization leads to a model of life in which various cultures meet and interact more intensely ideological contestation, and cross-cultural communication. Therefore this reality must be addressed wisely and prudently. If cultural diversity and differences are not managed properly, it will have an impact on disharmony and polarization in society. One of the efforts to respond to this reality is multiculturalism. Education in Indonesia, especially Islamic education, requires a learning model based on multiculturalism, bearing in mind that Indonesia as a plural country is required to care for and manage its diversity properly. This study took the locus of Mojokerto district where the subject of this study was a PAI teacher. This study uses a qualitative approach to data that will be collected and analyzed and tested for its validity through technical credibility, transferability, confirmability, and dependability. The results of the study illustrate that the multiculturalism learning model for PAI teachers is based on the reality of the elements and structure of PAI learning including multiculturalism and its values. In addressing the cultural diversity of students, teachers practice multicultural values ​​such as tolerance. In the realm of objectives, materials, media, methods, and evaluation of Islamic education teachers are required to internalize it with multiculturalism and its values ​​such as tolerance and mutual respect.
