Abstract

Hoof and mouth disease (FMD) is an infectious disease that affects cloven-hoofed farm animals such as cows, buffaloes, goats, sheep and pigs. The emergence of FMD is caused by a virus called foot and mouth diseases virus (FMVD). The Virus slowly eats away at the hooves and mouths of livestock, making the animals unable to eat and walk. Examination of disease in goats periodically is currently less attention so as to make goats susceptible to disease. This makes it difficult for farmers in the initial handling and do not know what to do in the absence of an expert. The process of disease diagnosis in goats can not be done by just anyone because between the types of diseases with symptoms have uncertainty. Based on these problems, the authors create an expert system that is able to diagnose diseases in goats as is commonly done by an expert using Naive Bayes method that will help livestock groups in diagnosing diseases in goats. The input is in the form of symptoms that occur in the field and the output is the result of diagnosis and treatment advice. From the test results obtained because the conclusion value (P / PMK type Oise (O)) is greater than the value (P|PMK type Asia 1) then the decision is “PMK type Oise (O)” with a value of 0.02.

Abstract

Selling banners is an essential part of the advertising business, and having the ability to predict sales can assist companies in more effective production and marketing planning. In this research, we collected banner sales data from January to June 2023 and used the C4.5 algorithm to process the data. The decision tree method can help address issues occurring in the store. RapidMiner will aid in determining which products are more popular and less popular. Using the RapidMiner method will yield more accurate decision data and simplify product analysis. Based on the research findings, banners frequently ordered by consumers. The results of this research can serve as a guide for companies to optimize their banner sales strategies.

Abstract

 Gestational Diabetes is the cause of diabetes that occurs during pregnancy, generally, this pregnancy occurs in the second trimester, between Weeks 24 to 28. Gestational Diabetes is one of the causes of death of pregnant women due to lack of information or knowledge about the factors that cause gestational diabetes that occurs in mothers during pregnancy, causing health risks, and affect the decision of time, cost and others in carrying out direct medical consultations. Therefore, it is highly recommended that an expert system for treating gestational diabetes in pregnant women be able to find out early about what is happening and be able to overcome the causes and reduce mortality. With the existence of this system is expected to be an alternative for patients who experience complications of time, cost and others in consulting directly about the treatment of gestational diabetes in pregnant women, before coming directly to meet with a doctor/expert. From the process using the Bayes method above, it is explained that the diagnosis of gestational diabetes in pregnant women is diagnosed with gestational diabetes Diabetes Mellitus (P01) with a percentage of 90.73%.

Abstract

Preeclampsia is an increase in blood pressure and excess protein in the urine that occurs after more than 20 weeks of pregnancy. If not treated immediately, preeclampsia can cause complications that are dangerous for the mother and fetus. One factor that can increase the risk of preeclampsia is the age of pregnant women who are under 20 years or more than 40 years. This condition needs to be treated immediately to prevent complications or develop into preeclampsia that can threaten the lives of pregnant women and fetuses. The causes of preeclampsia are still not exactly known. However, this condition is thought to occur due to abnormalities in the development and function of the placenta, which is an organ that functions to deliver blood and nutrients to the fetus. The use of internet technology makes it easier for humans to access information without limited space and time and facilitates the design of expert systems to diagnose preeclampsia in mothers, and is expected to reduce or even eliminate existing problems, Therefore, an application is needed that can help to diagnose preeclampsia by using the certainty factor method which is easier and becomes an alternative in providing more knowledge about the results of preeclampsia diagnosis in pregnant women and can provide advice and consultation media about preeclampsia disease in patients and can reduce the cost of consulting an expert. Based on the calculation of CF, the highest value is the type of preeclampsia with a value of 0.9939 or 99.39%. From the results obtained, the system identifies that the patient has a type of preeclampsia.

Abstract

There are differences in general practitioner practice licensing services because they have special attention that is directly related to the health and public health sectors. The Langkat Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Licensing Services Service (DPMPPTSP) has also experienced the development of the system, but it still has a weakness, namely if the applicant who wants to make a permit must come to the office to validate the permit that the customer wants to make without knowing whether whether the files brought by the customer will be valid or not. So we need a decision support system that can help decision makers to use data and solve existing problems. The Analytic Network Process (ANP) method is a method that is able to represent the level of interest of various parties by considering the interrelationships between existing criteria and sub-criteria. From the results of the trials carried out, it was found that the highest score was 2.4625, namely Dr. Frimaneti Z, Old Village Health Center Upt, and Dr. Setiadi Abdillah Pratama, UPT Puskesmas Tanjung Selamat.

Abstract

The health and beautiful appearance of pets is important because treating these diseases requires more money. If the pet is infected with a disease that can be transmitted, then as the owner you have to do something to find out the type of disease and treatment, one of which is cats. However, many keepers still do not know the symptoms of diseases suffered by cats. So the treatment that should have been carried out at the beginning is delayed and the cat is no longer healthy because it is already suffering from an illness. The lack of veterinarians is also one of the factors causing delays in treatment for cats. For this reason, we need a system that can store knowledge about the symptoms and treatment process of the disease experienced by the cat. Expert system is a system that adopts human knowledge into a computer so that the computer is able to solve problems the way an expert works. Meanwhile, the Certainty Factor Method is a method that defines a measure of certainty regarding facts or rules to describe an expert's confidence in the problem being faced. Based on the results of the trials carried out, it was found that the highest confidence value was in the symptoms of Ringworm disease with a confidence value of 91%.

Abstract

In Law no. 1 of 1974, article 7 paragraph (1) states that marriage is only permitted if the man has reached the age of 19 and the woman has reached the age of 16. Nationally, early marriage to the age of under 16 is 26.95%. In fact, based on the findings of Bappenas in 2008, it was stated that 34.5% of the 2,049,000 marriages in 2008 until now were child marriages which were increasing rapidly (Rifiani, 2011: 126). The influence of foreign culture is also one of the causes of the large number of underage marriages, foreign cultures which are very famous for freedom of dating, are the views of today's youth to have relations outside of legal marriage. Not only culture, information technology in the 4.0 era has greatly influenced the occurrence of underage marriages, adult video sites that are easily accessible via the internet. For this reason, the K-means clustering method is used as the right solution for the problem of underage marriage data by grouping the data based on age, gender, and occupation to get definite data, so that data grouping using the applicationmatlab andrapid miner can produce output from data mining that can be used in making decisions in the future.

Abstract

Soka crabs (soft cell crabs) are crabs in the molting phase or soft shell crabs. Crabs in this phase can be used as a whole so that this is an advantage of soka crabs (Sayuti, 2018). To get the maximum benefit, soka crab cultivation should not be done on the side or just a subsistence activity. Soka crabs can live in high stocking densities. Therefore, soka crab cultivation will provide more benefits if done intensively. But there are also problems that arise in soka crabs. The problem is the failure of this crab rearing activities. One of the causes of failure of this activity is due to disease factors. The emergence of disease disorders in crabs is a risk that must always be anticipated. Therefore, the authors will create an application system that can diagnose diseases that attack the soka crab. In the application, users only need to answer questions given by the application to be able to find out the disease that is attacking the soka crab. With the creation of this application people know about how to deal with the problem of disease in soka crabs, for that with this application the problem of lack of experts can be resolved. From the results of the analysis performed manually obtained the value of the certainty factor from the input of symptoms leading to Aeromonas spp is 73.1264%.

Abstract

In the development of information technology that is increasingly high and increasing, as well as sophisticated times like this, tools are needed to send messages, including many media such as chat, line or the like so that we can send messages quickly and vice versa. Of all the conveniences that will certainly be very influential when we will send messages whose contents only certain people who have the right to know the contents. One that must be really vigilant and careful is a message that is confidential because if the message is spread it will have a bad impact on ourselves or others. Beberapacara can be used, one of them by securing information data by using cryptographic concepts related to information security aspects, the integrity of a data. The cryptography algorithm that will be used to solve the problem of securing information or data is by using RSA method and Blowfish algorithm method. Encryption results from the word UPI YPTK obtained results by using the RSA method that is obtained decimal results: 98 135 98 0 113 9 9 84 98 34 98 0 98 49 113 135, and the result of the encryption process using the Blowfish algorithm is Ü|*œ / 9".

Abstract

The development of 5G technology presents great potential in the implementation of the Internet of Things (IoT) by increasing communication speed, data security, and process automation. This article analyzes the role of 5G networks in supporting the IoT ecosystem with a descriptive qualitative approach. The main focus of this study is how aspects of automation, security, and speed in 5G networks contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of IoT systems in various industrial sectors. The results of the study show that 5G networks not only provide low latency and high throughput, but also face complex security challenges, which require innovative mitigation strategies. This study provides recommendations for the development of more resilient systems in dealing with cyber threats and optimizing IoT networks.
