Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics of the community affected by the Covid-19 Pandemic Outbreak on Archaeological Sites and Cultural Heritage Sites in KalijambE District, Sragen Regency, Central Java. The survey method was used in this study, with structured interviews with 78 respondents and 14 businessmen and traders in the tourism object. Determination of respondents using the Convenience Sampling method provided that the business owner is 1,000 m away from the museum with a circular pattern. The results of this study found that the socio-economic characteristics of the people affected by the Covid-19 pandemic experienced a decline in people's income with an average income of 3 million. The education level of the community around the museum is the highest in SMA and SMP. The number of family dependents is 1-3 people and the number of dependents of school age children is 1-2 people in one family head. The domination of the age group of the community around the museum is 25 - 45 years, the community is classified as productive. Factors that influence the development of the museum, namely, the economic factor of the community feels an increase in income with the existence of the museum. The social factor of the opening of wide employment opportunities makes the unemployment rate decrease so that the people around the museum live an easy life, fulfill their needs and reduce the level of employment.

Abstract

Cannabis (Canna edulis Kerr.) is a plant source of local food that contains carbohydrates so that cannabis is included as an alternative food crop to replace rice. The purpose of this study was to obtain a dose of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) and monosodium glutamate (MSG) on the chlorophyll content and yield of cannabis. The research was conducted from October 2020 to April 2021 on agricultural land in Plumbon Village, Selopampang, Temanggung with an altitude of 460 m above sea level. The research method was arranged in a completely randomized block design using a factorial experiment consisting of two factors and repeated three times. The first factor is the POC dose with levels: 0 mL/L, 2 mL/L, 3 mL/L, and 4 mL/L. The second factor was the dose of MSG consisting of: 0 g/plant, 3 g/plant, 6 g/plant, and 9 g/plant. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance with 1% and 5%. Data that showed significant differences were tested for orthogonal polynomial. The results showed that the addition of 2-3 mL/L of POC gave very significant differences in the amount of leaf chlorophyll and the fresh weight of tubers. The addition of MSG gave significantly different results to the fresh weight of tubers. The dose interaction of POC and MSG was significantly different to the fresh weight of tubers and significantly different to the amount of leaf chlorophyll.

Abstract

Genu Osteoathritis is a degenerative disease characterized by damage to articular cartilage so that it can cause symptoms of stiffness and pain in the knee joint that will affect the functional ability of adherence or also called compliance is an important component in the physiotherapy program, especially exercise therapy for patients, because adherence greatly determines the success rate of the outcomes compiled by the physiotherapist. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of patient compliance in the physiotherapy program with the functional abilities of patients with genu osteoathritis. This research method used a correlational research method with cross sectional approach. Namely the research method used to find the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The population in this study was 30 people. The measurement of functional ability using a questionnaire is the Knee Injury and Osteoathritis Outcome Score (KOOS) and to measure the respondent's level of compliance using the Exercise Adherence Rating Scale (EARS). The results of the study were analyzed using the product moment correlation test and the p-value was 0.347. So it can be concluded that there is no corelation between the level of adherence with the functional abilities of patients with genu osteoathritis in RSUD Dr. Moewardi.

Abstract

Ganitri plant (Elaeocarpus ganitrus Roxb.) is one type of plant that can be discovered in several countries, such as Indonesia. This plant has a number of benefits as it contains flavonoid, tannins, phenolics, alkaloids, along with triterpenoids. In addition, that plant has significant role to decrease microbial activities including Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus, Candida albicans and Penicillium sp. These activities consist of three stages as follows inhibiting nucleic acid synthesis, then followed by hampering cell membrane function and finally decreasing bacterial energy metabolism. The mechanism denatures cell proteins leading an imbalance of molecules, ions and cell lysis as well. Extraction process has been completed by maceration method of 3-kg-wet leaves, a 1-kg-dry simplicial, a 500-g macerated simplicial mixed with 5 L methanol solvent and 33.33 % of simplicial, and 95.08 g of yield extract with 19.01%. Its process generated green color extract having bitter taste and thick form, 0.5% of water, 15.9% of ash, and 0.4% of insoluble acid. Identification of these active ingredients that using positive phytochemical resulted flavonoids. TLC (Thin-layer chromatography) test was used with 0.75 of positive control quercetin and 0.81 of flavonoid extract. Antibacterial activity testing was applied by calculating the inhibitory power of Nutrient Agar with negative control using sterile water. Afterwards, implemented a positive control using clindamycin resulted of several concentration as follows of 10 % (10.6), 20% (10.6), 30% (9.25), 40% (10.12), 50% (9.37) and 100% (38.75).

Abstract

This study discusses how to minimize rental costs in flowshop scheduling. Optimal scheduling time was obtained using the Nawaz, Enscor, and Ham (NEH) method. The right time to rent a machine is obtained by comparing the utility of the machine with the processing time of each machine with the processing time of each job on the machine. We apply this research in CV. SAMHARI which is a company that manufactures sandals. After applying the rental cost minimization method at the research site, we found that CV. SAMHARI can minimize the rental costs incurred by Rp. 273700.

Abstract

Gold nanoparticles are very useful in various fields such as photoacoustic imaging microscopy, biotechnology, optoelectronics, and biomedicine. So the production of gold nanoparticle synthesis needs to be developed to an industrial scale. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of the gold nanoparticle synthesis project using the laser ablation method on large-scale based on economic aspects. Several economic evaluation parameters are analyzed to inform the potential production of AuNP, such as GPM (Gross Profit Margin), BEP (Break-Even Point), CNPV (Cumulative Net Present Value), PBP (Payback Period), and PI (Profitability Index). The results showed that the production of AuNP nanoparticles was so prospective. Technical analysis to produce 100 g of AuNP nanoparticles per day shows the total cost incurred by the production process is 2,323,180 USD per year. PBP analysis show that investment will be profitable after more than 2.2 years. This project can compete with PBP capital market standards because of the short investment returns. To ensure the feasibility of a project, the project is estimated from ideal conditions to the worst case in production, including labor, sales, raw materials, utilities, and external conditions.
