Abstract

This study analyzes the Application of Premarital Counseling as an Effort to Prepare Yourself in Building a Sakinah Family for Prospective Brides, the background for efforts to provide premarital counseling guidance to two pairs of prospective brides who do not yet understand how to build a sakinah family. The purpose of the study was to find out the description of the preparation of the bride and groom, the process of pre-marital counseling as an effort to prepare themselves to build a sakinah family and the description of the preparation of the bride and groom at KUA in Menang Village after the implementation of pre-marital counseling. The approach used in this study was qualitative. The research subjects were two wedding couples registered at the KUA of Menang Raya Pedamaran Village. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed: (1) Self-preparation in building a family based on the Qur'an and Sunnah, namely the guidance of the bride and groom to learn to direct faith, good deeds, the meaning of affection, love for partners and family, understand the obligations as husband and wife, prepare for knowing household rules, preparing to respect parents and in-laws, maintaining relations with relatives and in-laws, respecting spouses, providing full support to increase harmony in household relationships. (2) Through the preparation stage: directing the catin couple, the stage of stating the problem: providing marriage solutions, the interaction stage: premarital counseling interaction, the conference stage: exchanging opinions, the final/concluding stage: maintaining communication, spending time with your partner (quality time). (3) The description of the preparation of a sakinah family for the bride and groom understand how to build a family in an effort to increase faith and good deeds, love, maintain principles and arrange all planned plans, especially guided by the guidance of the Sunnah of the Prophet.

Abstract

This article is about the role of Christians in making Jesus an example in familiy life, one of the roles of the family is to carry out the basic principles of a believe’s life, namely faith, hope and love. The method used is a qualitative method which provides an explanation using analysis and tends to focus more on the theoretical basis. Jesus is the Savior, the Great teacher and should be used as a guide in family life and Jesus was willing to sacrifice His life to atone for human sins, He did all of that because of His love for us. Family consists of father, mother, children, in family life parents are responsible for educating children to the right path according to God’s word. In the family it is necessary to provide maximum character formation for children so that children grow up to be good and responsible children. In the family, parents are examples for children, for that parents must follow the example that Jesus taught, such as being humble, helpful, praying, not being selfish, being willing to forgive, being patient, and living in love with one another with true faith in Jesus. Children imitate and do it according to the will of Jesus and parents and children should discipline themselves to read the Bible every day.

Abstract

In helping to change the behavior of adolescents addicted to alcohol, they need mentors who guide them to get away from alcohol, switch to a good path, leave the conduct of intoxicating drinks, and focus on achieving the future. This thesis is entitled "Prevention of Alcohol Addiction in Adolescents Using Group Guidance Services Based on Self-Management Techniques." In this study, researchers have a goal to help adolescents who are addicted to alcohol so that they can return to the right path. They can continue to develop their talents and interests and be able to make their parents or other family members happy. This study uses a qualitative approach, namely research conducted by explaining, describing, and describing the main issues to be discussed in this study, then concluding deductively. The subjects of this study were teenagers in Jati Rahayu Barat Village, Martapura District, OKU Timur Regency. Based on the survey results, thank God, adolescents addicted to alcohol have changed a lot, although they have not entirely changed. This approach uses self-management techniques and group guidance services. This approach is carried out individually or in groups to help adolescents solve their problems independently. By applying self-management techniques and group guidance services, besides experiencing physical and psychological changes, adolescents also become more enthusiastic and motivated to achieve their goals, erasing all the bad memories that have been carried out so far. Self-management techniques are a form of therapy for adolescents addicted to alcohol. Some have promised not to do anything wrong for them, namely getting drunk and drinking alcoholic beverages to the point of addiction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to make teaching materials for fable texts for class VII SMP. Teaching materials prepared in advance through the text analysis stage. The analysis was carried out so that the material presented in teaching materials was at the level of understanding of students. After text analysis, the teaching materials were validated by expert lecturers from the Indonesian Language Education Study Program, Indonesian teachers and junior high school students as respondents. This study refers to the descriptive analytic method which aims to describe the results of the validation and testing of fable text book subchapters for class VII students of junior high school. The data obtained came from the results of expert lecturer validation questionnaires, validation of Indonesian language teachers, and student responses. The data obtained from the results of the questionnaire obtained successive percentages, 95.97%, 96.65% and 92.75%. Then the results of the questionnaire are added up and get the final result of 95.05%. The percentage of final results shows that the eligibility criteria for fable text book subchapters are very valid and appropriate to be used as material for learning fable texts.

Abstract

Character education through habituation that has been carried out must be followed by all school members to support the implementation of character education. The forms of habituation that are carried out are divided into 3 namely routine, spontaneous and exemplary habituation. Routine habituation is carried out with several activities such as: praying, flag ceremonies, congregational prayers and reading the Koran/literacy books. Spontaneous habituation is carried out with several activities that emphasize how to speak and act politely. Meanwhile, exemplary habituation emphasizes forms of students' daily behavior such as mutual cooperation, helping each other, being honest, being safe and asking permission when borrowing someone's stuff. The implementation of character learning habituation has been well pursued by schools and most students have implemented it but indeed the implementation has not been optimal due to several obstacles, namely low student awareness of the importance of character habituation, environmental factors that have not supported and become role models for students and uncontrolled use of gadgets.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of adolescent association which is currently often heard in public news. The development of the era that is increasingly rapid makes the association of teenagers degrade if they do not have a strong filter. In the end, it is very important to maintain values ​​and moral education in the current era of modernization with various realizations, so that later it can have good implications for the development and progress of our nation. In this paper the author provides several solutions to form associations in adolescents including strengthening religious values, forming good character among adolescents, improving communication by families, improving manners, and setting time limits when a child is out of the house. The method used in writing is literature review, collecting and reviewing several references that are in accordance with the theme of the writing raised. The results of the literature review conducted by the author include the urgency of building values ​​and morals, deviant adolescent associations, forms of moral degradation in adolescents, and solutions to adolescent social problems.

Abstract

The role of education in character building through character values ​​is a very strategic solution because to form effective student character can only be done through education, in this case teachers and parents must be able to collaborate in instilling student character values ​​so that later character education received will be in accordance with what must be taught. The inculcation of character values ​​is very important and greatly affects the lack of juvenile delinquency for students so that in the future they can find out how good deeds are done and what are not good things to do. Juvenile delinquency at this time is triggered because they are influenced by the home environment or the influence of the circle of friends they follow, causing them to be easily influenced by invitations from friends who they think are worthy of example. This study aims to determine the forms of juvenile delinquency cases and negative behavior among adolescents so that an overview of character education patterns in overcoming juvenile delinquency is known to analyze the implementation of character education values ​​in minimizing juvenile delinquency. The method used is qualitative with literature study data collection techniques, the dynamics of the author examines several sources of literature as a reference in this writing.

Abstract

This research is entitled The Impact of Different Parenting Patterns on Gender Awareness of Adolescents "D" Who Behave Feminically in Muara Pinang village, Empat Lawang Regency. This study aims to explain the parenting style used by the parents of male adolescents "D" and to determine the effect of various parenting philosophies on gender awareness of male adolescents "D." Case study research methods and forms of field research are both used in this study, which takes a qualitative approach. The parents of adolescent "D" were used as research subjects and primary data sources, while adolescents "D" were used as secondary research data sources. using observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection methods. In this study, time series analysis, data explanation, and pattern matching were used as data analysis methodologies. The findings of this study indicate that the permissive parenting style used by parents of adolescents "D" is a parenting style that allows their children to do whatever they want, while the influence of other parenting styles used by parents of adolescents "D" is that children show the same behavior. Children also exhibit deviant behavior, such as liking the same sex, and are considered feminine if they behave like women in terms of cooking, housekeeping, grooming, and wearing accessories.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of character education and religious values in schools. The Ministry of Education and Culture has introduced a structured character education program to instill national character values in the younger generation. Additionally, in facing current moral crises such as free association, violence, crime, and drug abuse, religious education is also crucial. Schools play an important role in shaping the character and religious education of students, using the habituation method to instill Islamic values in students. Schools also have various religious activities to instill religious values in students. This article uses a literature research method with secondary data collection techniques and critical analysis of relevant literature such as books and journals. The results of the analysis are presented descriptively to provide an overview of the formation of character education and the habituation of religious values in schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the importance of applying behavioristic theories to the learning of Islamic Religious Education. The method used by the author is descriptive qualitative which seeks to explain the application of behavioristic theory so that it is able to produce behavior change towards students. Through this study, the author tries to uncover the methods used by PAI teachers at Nogopuro Elementary School in Yogyakarta as well as changes in student behavior using a behavioristic theory approach. Based on the results of the study it was found that the application of Behavioristic learning theory to PAI learning used reinforcement, motivation, stimulus, and practice. While changes in student behavior towards posistif are motivated in learning, interactive, strengthening memory, and tolerance.
