Transformatif adalah jurnal Ekonomi, Bisnis dan Kewirausahaan Universitas Kristen Wira Wacana Sumba yang dipublikasikan secara berkala (dua kali setahun) dengan tujuan utama untuk mendiseminasi artikel ilmiah dalam bidang ekonomi dan bisnis. Transformatif merupakan wadah bagi komunitas akademik dalam bidang ilmu ekonomi dan manajemen untuk melakukan komunikasi ilmiah secara tertulis. Abstract

Poverty is the biggest problem in the world and also as an enemy for all nations and we have commitment in order to reduce the poverty . In order to reducing the poverty in the country especially in Blimbingsari, the Local Government needs to develop the economy of their own region so that the regions (society/people) have their own welfare. In this paper the researcher, will explain about the role of the Local Government in kabupaten Jembrana, west Bali, Propince of Bali in order to developed the economy especially in Blimbingsari population, Melaya, Jembrana until they create an new entrepreneurs. From that problem and statement above, the researcher make the main research question is that “how the Social Capital of the society and the local government role in order to develop the society economy in Blimbingsari”. From that main research question, the researchr make a research problem in three research question i.e.: (1). what kind of role that the local government do for developing the economic in Blimbingsari? (2). what kind of the social capital that the society do for developing the economic in Blimbingsari? (3). what kind of national program for developing the economic in Jembrana, especially in Blimbingsari? Key word: Development, Poverty, Role, Local Government, and Social Capital

Abstract

Bank as financial institutions are part of the factors driving economic activity, which has always tried to offer a variety of instruments to attract customers to save them by raising the interest rate savings, giving a gift (reward), as well as promotions to introduce the products offered to customers.PT. BRI unit Yos Sudarso Waingapu is one bank that seeks to provide quality services to customers in the city of Waingapu. The research objective was to determine the effect of interest rates, reward, and promotion of the interests of saving the customers of Bank BRI Yos Sudarso. The results showed that two independent variables, namely interest rates and promotion have a positive and significant effect on the interest of saving the customer while the independent variable is the reward does not have a significant impact on customers' interest in saving Bank BRI Yos Sudarso.Keywords: interest rates, rewards, promotions, savings interest, Customers, Banks

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the influence of government expenditure in educational, health and infrastructure sector on Human Development Index (HDI) in Indonesia. The government expenditure in infrastructure is proxied by the variable of the government infrastructure expenditure in housing and public facility. The government expenditures in education, health and infrastructure sectors are investment in Human Development Index. The research used panel regression ie Fixed Effect model approach. The result of this resarch is that the government expenditure in health sector has positive influence in developing Human Development Index in Indonesia. However, the government expenditures in education and infrastructure doesn’t have significant impact on HDI.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi: 1) Subsektor unggulan dalam sektor pertanian di Kabupaten Sumba Timur; 2) Penyerapan tenaga kerja di sektor pertanian di Kabupaten Sumba Timur. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder terbitan BPS Kabupaten Sumba Timur. Analisis menunjukkan: 1) Sektor pertanian merupakan sektor yang paling besar memberikan kontribusi pada PDRB Sumba Timur. Selanjutnya dari analisis subsektor ditemukan bahwa kelima subsektor yang dianalisis tidak terdapat subsektor yang masuk dalam kategori unggul. Namun subsektor peternakan dan subsektor tanaman pangan berpotensi menjadi subsektor unggulan; 2) Penyerapan tenaga kerja di sektor pertanian atau primer mempunyai elastisitas yang negatif, artinya bahwa peningkatan tenaga kerja disektor ini akan menurunkan output. Kondisi ini diduga karena produktifitas tenaga kerja disektor ini rendah.Key Words: product domestic regional bruto, sektor unggulan, penyerapan tenaga kerja

Abstract

Cooperative or “koperasi” is an economic organization that has social character as a joint venture of community based on the principle of togetherness and mutual assistance in carrying out its function as economic organizations, cooperatives that drive the people economy and business entities have roles to implement the prosperous society based on Pancasila and the Constitution of 1945. Cooperative also refers to as the pillar of the national economy and is expected to stay strong against the economic shocks in Indonesia. The presence of the cooperative is expected to improve the welfare of its members. Kolping Credit Union (CU Kolping) started with 50 members; it develops rapidly over the years and later becomes a Cooperative Savings and Loans (KSP) CU Kolping. This study aims to determine the ratio of liquidity, solvability and profitability of savings and loans cooperative in Kolping CU of Central Sumba. The data collection techniques use documentation. The results shows that over the past two years the average of liquidity ratio which is seen from the ability to pay its obligations at any time which have a good value, but the ability to rotate assets considered to be less good. Solvability ratio which is visible from its ability to pay its obligations if the cooperative is liquidated has good ratings, both for total assets to total debt ratio and nett worth to debt ratio. The profitability ratio that is visible from the ability of cooperative in securing the whole funds of investment either invested or own capital funds has less value, but good profitability. Abstract

Manajemen pengetahuan berdasarkan perspektif kapabilitas organisasional dipandang sebagai kegiatan mengorganisasikan dan membuat pengetahuan tersedia di manapun dan kapanpun jika itu dibutuhkan. Dalam perkembangannya, manajemen pengetahuan menjadi isu menarik sejak awal kemunculannya dalam penelitian dasar manajemen pengetahuan maupun praktek-praktek bisnis. Sehingga tujuan dari artikel ini adalah membahas tahapan dari manajemen pengetahuan yakni dimulai dari manajemen pengetahuan, manajemen perubahan, dan pemberdayaan yang terkait dengan evolusi teori kewirausahaan.Pergeseran dalam lingkungan bisnis dan persaingan yang begitu ketat pada pasar global dan menyadari pula akan proses organisasional yang dilakukan oleh kebanyakan perusahaan/organisasi saat ini yang masih menggunakan cara-cara lama yakni mengandalkan proses pemberdayaan yang lebih pada komitmen eksternal, maka berdasarkan perspektif evolusi kewirausahaan, perusahaan harus mulai untuk membudayakan proses pemberdayaan yang terinternalisasi dalam diri karyawan maupun manajer atau lebih tepatnya budaya pemberdayaan yang internal commitment.Kata Kunci: manajemen pengetahuan, manajemen perubahan, budaya pemberdayaan
