Abstract

This work is expected to gain a top-down understanding of various evidence of past logical investigations to understand how imagination drives government development in completing the capacity to serve the general public, especially the monetary sector, by utilizing innovation. The information we obtain relies on logical examination, beforehand from various sources of literature both at home and abroad that discuss how financial administration in the bookkeeping technology includes the use of the latest innovations. In addressing this question, of course, we directed the first informational review through a top-down assessment of the coding framework, evaluation data and completed it after the point of responding to legitimate and valid questions. This review depends on the data examined from different correspondence publications, and we report it as a qualitative report that describes utilizing investigation of inside and outside publication journals to deal with answering problems. In this review, we get results, including information through electronic investigations, that government creativity using digital applications for public financial services has turned to transparent and modern prime service innovations. Thus, this result becomes an essential input for improving public services in the country.

Abstract

This study is about tourist’s motivation to visit Blimbingsari Village, Jembrana, in West Bali. This study has aim to determine the push factors, and pulls factors to visit Blimbingsari Village. The respondents are 100 people. Based on their genders, there are 46% male and 54% female. Domestic tourists are 46%, and 28% Australian, and the other nationalities. Student visitors are 28%, 18% are retired, and 64% are workers in various sectors. The result of structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis indicates that the push factor correlation has not significantly affect to the tourist visiting to the Tourism Village of Blimbingsari. The correlations between attractiveness factors have significantly affect to the tourist visiting to the Tourism Village of Blimbingsari. Therefore, the management of Blimbingsari Tourism Village maybe directed to highlight the attractiveness of the village e.g.  the uniqueness of the village, the village community activities, culture or traditions, natural beauty of the village, the availability of lodging, culinary, public facilities, visitor center, distance from the airport, the distance from the capital, and availability of transport.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Village Credit Institution (LPD) in increasing social entrepreneurship by conducting interpretive ethnographic research through in-depth interviews with village traditional managers and residents as informants to obtain detailed descriptions of behavior, values ??, and attitudes related to the development of LPD in Bali. The results showed that the LPD has played a role in the development of social entrepreneurship in Balinese in the form of (1) initiating the development of social entrepreneurship; (2) playing a role in the development of social entrepreneurship extracted from the existing social capital in Balinese; (3) increasing a social entrepreneurial spirit in the form of the desire to social values creativity, the existence of economic activities; community empowerment, and resource mobilization; (4) increasing business embryos and social-based business development to increase income and improve family and community welfare. So that suggestions for the community are to maintain the LPD to build social entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The Role of Woman Preachers to Empower Torajan People’s Economy. The aim of this research is to analyze the role of woman preachers to empower Torajan people’s economy. It used qualitative phenomenology research. The data were collected by interview and Focus Group Discussion to informants through purposive and snowball sampling. After that, the data were validated by technique, sources, and researchers triangulation. In terms of analysis, the data were analyzed using Miles and Hubberman’s method. Findings show that there are 3 main roles of woman preachers to empower Torajan people economy, namely role in context of increasing income, role in context of expenditure efficiency, and role in context of financial management. Those roles have strong relationship with the role of women in the family. The main challenge is the implementation of the roles in real life. Based on the results, it is recommended to strengthen the implementation of the woman preachers’ role.

Abstract

The partnership program between Dhyana Pura University and Catu Graha Mandiri BUMDES was applied by socialization activity, management training, mentoring, and evaluation. The program used a business management indicator that aims to improve the knowledge and skills of the Catu Graha Mandiri BUMDES community business group members. The partnership programs were measured by Pre-Test and Post-Test Method so that the effectiveness and output of the program can be measured accurately. The program offered the solution in terms of providing assistance and training on the use of appropriate technology in increasing the quantity and quality of production of BUMDES Catu Graha Mandiri Gumbrih Village, as well as making financial reports, providing assistance and training on management, education on ethics and consumer behavior, and training product marketing using social media. The results of this partnership program have been able to improve the services of BUMDES Catu Graha Mandiri Gumbrih to consumers and be able to make financial reports accurately. The sales turnover of partners BUMDES has also increased and developed so that job opportunities are open to the community as well as the addition of new entrepreneurs in Gumbrih Village. The increase in human resources in the application of professional management has also increased, an increase in business production has also occurred, marketing has also increased and financial reports can also be done regularly, and promotions on social media have increased so that the sales turnover of BUMDES partners Catu Graha Mandiri Desa Gumbrih more increasing. Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic declared on March 11, 2020 has affected countries on all continents. Coronavirus 19 began appearing in Wuhan, the capital of China's Hubei province, in December 2019 and spread throughout Asia and the world. In response to the development of information related to Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) and also following the advice of the Government of Indonesia, on March 16, 2020, several companies or institutions began to implement the call to work and learn from home as a social distancing movement. The various impacts caused by this pandemic are that many people lose their jobs so that in the current difficult time it is expected that the community is able to creatively carry out all activities from home. The same is true in Chess Village, Kintamani, Bangli. The problem found that (1) Do not have knowledge about entrepreneurship for the youth of Kintamani Chess Village. (2) Do not have an entrepreneurial souvenir product for tourists who visit, especially in making photo frames in bottles in chess villages. To overcome these problems, the objectives of the PKM program are as follows: (1). Socialization and knowledge training on entrepreneurship for the youth of Chess Village, Kintamani. (2) Training in making entrepreneurial souvenir products for visiting tourists, especially in making photo frames in bottles in Catur Village, Kintamani. Methods of implementation of the PKM Program include: initial socialization, training, mentoring, monitoring, evaluation, and sustainability of the program, which is carried out by the service team and assisted by experts and students from Dhyana Pura University. The result is that the Chess Village has knowledge, skills about (1). Entrepreneurship (2). There are entrepreneurial souvenir products for tourists who visit, especially in making photo frames in bottles. The implementing team and each group report the results by means of presentation and documentation. The sustainability of this program is that the community continues to learn and the PKM Undhira team assists the group in improving its well-being.

Abstract

The article was aimed to analyze the institutional support given by the Credit Union of Toraja Church Synod for congregation economic empowerment and then to construct the model of this institutional support. Research typology in this article was research and development. The development intended by this research was referred to Developmental Model 4D (Define, Design, Develop, and Dissemination). The outputs of this research were the factual model outlining institutional support for congregation economic empowerment, the hypothetical model expected to improve factual model, and the validated final model. Research approach involved quantitative and qualitative approaches. The results of research showed that the Credit Union of Toraja Church Synod had offered institutional supports including credit facility to be accessed by the congregation. The new model illustrated the participation of the congregation in the decision making process of the Credit Union and also the training and counseling services provided by the Credit Union for the congregation in matters of taking loan for business development. The new model was proved to be effective in empowering the congregation economic.

Abstract

This research uses explanatory research. The variables of this research are competence (X1), organizational communication (X2), work motivation (Z), and performance of health workers (Y). The research subjects or units of analysis were all health personnel of the Griya Husada Hospital as well as the population of this study, with a sample of 57 health workers. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data which is the data from the questionnaire. Data analysis used inferential statistical analysis and analysis. The results showed that organizational competence and communication have an influence on work motivation. Organizational communication and work motivation have an influence on performance. Competence does not affect the performance of health workers. Work motivation is able to mediate the relationship of organizational communication to performance. And, work motivation is not able to mediate the relationship between the performance of health workers at Griya Husada Hospital.

Abstract

In the development of business and the need for a process in which development is a series of conscious effort made towards a better state than before. Development is a multidimensional process of socioeconomic change.. This confirms that economic development is not a purely economic process, but rather a manifestation of the transformation or social change and cultural. Therefore, any process of economic development always involves a multidimensional factor in it. The transformation that occurred in Blimbingsari covering economic, social and cultural, among others, involve changes in the structure, initiator agent of change, towards more advanced (progress). From the description above, the authors raised three issues research, as follows: 1). What characteristic (unique) Blimbingsari Village? 2). Types of Entrepreneurial what is in the village Blimbingsari? 3). What is the role of entrepreneurship in rural Blimbingsari? The three issue of the study, the authors raised three research objectives, namely: 1). To explain the characteristic (unique) Village Blimbingsari. 2). To find out, the types of Entrepreneurial what is in the village Blimbingsari. 3). To explain the role of entrepreneurship in the village Blimbingsari. The research methodology used in this study is a qualitative research with in-depth interviews, triangulation data and oral history. The village has happened Blimbingsari economic change (economic transformation), one of which is caused by the entrepreneurial. The types of entrepreneurship that exist in Blimbingsari such as poultry, cattle farmers, pig farmers, ranchers catfish, coconut fruit seller, the seller of chocolate, grocer, refill water seller, the owner of the fields, forests sengon, food stalls and the owner of the guest house/villa. There are also other entrepreneurs as employers coconut sugar makers who become entrepreneurs in the village Blimbingsari. It becomes a matter of interest to the author, in view of the development of entrepreneurship in villages Blimbingsari. The role of entrepreneurship in villages Blimbingsari which is to reduce unemployment and through their efforts, they can survive and even be able to finance their children for further studies. They were able to improve their living standards from "nothing into something". The author's suggestion is, there may be other factors that affect the economic transformation of this village is that the author has not been through. So that other researchers can continued.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the behavior of housing buyers. The data collected in this study use a survey method, using the purposive sampling technique to generate 40 respondents. Structural equation modeling (SEM) showed that service quality innovation did not improve purchasing decisions but purchasing intention mediating service innovation and purchasing decision.
