Abstract —This research was conducted because it has quite high competitiveness of Coffeeshop in Padang so that it is necessary to consider the quality of service which is one way to retain old customers and attract new customers. The quality of service consists of empathy, responsiveness, reliability, tangible and assurance. This studyaaims.to-determine the-level0of customer-satisfaction and service quality-of Coffee Bacarito Coffeeshop. The number of samples=of this-study were 96 customers-from Bacarito Coffee Coffeeshop. The data analysis using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method. The Customer Satisfaction Index value were obtained 81.87%. The services provided by the Coffee Bacarito Coffeeshop get good overall good overall results so it can be categorized as meeting the expectations of its consumers. This illustrates that Coffeeshop customers are very satisfied with the quality of service performance that Coffeeshop provides. The service that needs to be improved are the responsiveness of employees in dealing with customer complaints, the reliability of Coffeeshop Bacarito Coffee in the open-closed schedule on time, also raise the awareness of customers feedback. Keywords — Customer Satisfaction Index, Coffeeshop Bacarito Kopi, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract — Catastrophe are events that cannot be predicted accurately and have a devastating effect both psychologically and non-psychologically on humans, if there is not enough preparation. Anticipation is a crisis point for the population and operational services in charge during a crisis situation, because it helps ensure the safety of the population and keep the situation under control. This research is related to modelling temporal dynamics of human behaviour during catastrophic event. Several complex models with different scales can be found in order to model crowd dynamics. Thus, in this research included mathematicians, geographers and computer scientist taking into account the human reaction in situation of disaster psychologically and learn their propagation mode. By using SIR based model, which is three types of collective behavior occur during the catastrophe: reflex, panic and controlled. The interaction among these classes of population by emotional contagion and imitation, some simulations will show the relevance of the model. Keywords — Mathematical Model, Human Behavior, Catastrophe, Panic.

Abstract—The plantation is one of the agricultural sub-sectors and an important component in the formation of the PDRB of West Sumatra Province. Crop production from plantation commodities is also supported by the planting and harvesting area. The planting area will affect into the harvesting area. In West Sumatra, there are several regions has a large amount of planting area but result in avery small amount of harvesting area. The purpose of this study is to see a comparative picture of planting and harvesting area in West Sumatra Province by using profile analysis, with ten variables of plantation commodities. Based on the results of the two population profile analysis test, the profile of planting and harvesting area of plantation commodities in West Sumatra Province were similar. There were two variables that did not have the same mean i.e. gambier and cocoa. Keywords—Planted Area, Harvested Area, Profile Analysis

Abstract—A nonlinear optimization problems with complicated nonlinear objective functions with nonlinear constraints is difficult to complete analytic but can be solved numerically. Research is conducted to seek solution of non-linear with constrained or not problems using a two-phase linearization approach. The result of this research is the solution of non-linear problems of minimum or maximum occupancy of the smallest residue. Keywords—Linear Programming Problems, Nonlinear Programming Problems, Linearization Approach, Taylor Series, Maclaurin series.

Abstract —Pollution in the aquaculture environment can come from inedible food and not eaten by fish. In a variety of fish culture business basin become the choice for entrepreneurs, fish entrepreneurs have many basins for fish farming.Concentration of pollutans in the basin will decrease when the first basin is entering clean water, so pollutants will come out of the basin. Based on the results of research into the mathematical model of water pollution in the form of a partial differential equation system. Keywords — Mathematical Model, Water Pollution, n Basin.

Abstract —One study in matrix theory is determinant. Matrix determinants are usually used to find the inverse of a matrix, to solve a system of linear equations, and determine the characteristic equations of a problem in determining eigenvalues. The concept that developed so far is to determine the determinant of the matrix only focused on a square matrix. The next problem is what if the matrix is not a square matrix. However ,there is a method developed by Radic to find the determinant value of a rectangular matrix. This research is a theoretical research with literature study. The purpose of this research is to determine the concept of determinant rectangular matrix. The concept that will be discussed in this research is how to calculate the determinants of a rectangular matrix and how the properties of a rectangular matrix determinant. The results of determinant rectangular matrix is an extension of the definition of the determinant which shows the series of determinants of sub matrix for a square matrix. Keywords — Determinant, Matrix, Radic Method.

Abstract— Temperature measurements using a thermometer sometimes produce higher or lower output than that actual value. This research aims to determine the suitability of the thermometer with the conditioned room temperature to find out the predicted temperature value from the thermometer measurement. In this case the room temperature is conditioned according to the need and then the temperature is measured using a thermometer simultaneously. A total of 40 measurement data were then analyzed statistically using the inverse regression method. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the suitability of the thermometer to the conditioned room temperature ( with a confidence level of 95%. Keywords—Thermometer, Actual Value, Output Value, Inverse Regression.

Abstract– Queuing is one of the problems that is often faced by public services, as happened at the BNI Sub-Branch Office Air Tawar. It is due to the large number of customers who come to get services. This paper discusses the resolution of the problem faced by obtaining a queuing model that is applied to bank tellers. Data collection is carried out for 5 days (Monday to Friday, at 09.00 - 12.00 Western Indonesian Time) and is done through interviews and direct observations at the teller section of the BNI Sub-Branch Office Air Tawar. Based on the results of the analysis by measuring the performance of the queuing system, it is found that the model applied is .The arrival time of the customer is Poisson distribution and the time of service to the costumer is exponential distribution. The general discipline used is first in first out (FIFO). The basic queuing model is the Multiple Channel Queuing System. Keywords– Queue Theory, Multiple Channel Queuing System.

Abstract—Aim of this paper is to determine the value of Employee Stocks Options (ESO), in which the calculation is different with another options. This paper is based on literature study and example of the case is simulated by using computer software. Dilution effect that will causes a decrease in the stock value was also considered in this paper. Lattice trinomial method is used to modelling the stocks price movement. Based of the results of this paper, we obtain the value of ESO and observe the parameter effects. The influences of strike price, employee exit rate, and vesting time are inversely proportional to the value of ESO, while the interest rate and volatilitas are directly proportional to the value of ESO.Keywords—employee stocks options, dillution effect, lattice trinomial.

Abstract–If want the poverty rate in the Padang City to drop by a certain amount, then the amount of zakat must be estimated. The research was conducted to obtain predictions of reducing poverty through the amount of zakat with inverse regression using the Graybill method. The data of this research is secondary data. Data obtained through the Padang City BAZNAS about the amount of zakat collected and through the BPS website Padang City about the percentage of poor people of Padang City in 2005-2017. The results of research obtained a prediction model of the amount of zakat that must be provided ( ) in Padang for poverty rates .Keywords–Poverty, Zakat, Inverse Regression, Graybill Method.
