Jurnal Akuntansi Trisakti (JAT) has published by Lembaga Penerbit Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (LPFEB). And its an Open Access Journal. Since 2019, JAT changed from E-Journal to OJS. Start from 2014, JAT publications frequency is twice a year, in February and September. The aim of Jurnal Akuntansi Trisakti is to disseminate the results of research in the fields of accounting, auditing and information. This journal does not give limitation on research method, both on quantitative and qualitative can be accepted. JAT accepts writing in either Indonesian or English. The decision to accept depends on the results of the blind review. Several criteria for articles can be accepted are: originality, novelty, proper research method and give the real contribution to the development of theory, or future research or practitioners.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility disclosure, good corporate governance, dan financial performance towards firm value. Samples were selected using purposive sampling method and acquired 120 companies. Testing the hypothesis in this study is done by using multiple linear regression analysis. This study obtains results that corporate social responsibility disclosure, good corporate governance, and financial performance simultaneously has positive and significant effect on firm value. Good corporate governance proxied with managerial ownership partially has positive and significant effect on firm value, whereas Corporate social responsibility disclosure, Good corporate governance proxied with institutional ownership, proportion of independent board of commissioners, size of board of directors, size of committe, and Financial performance partially don’t have significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

Firm Values of manufacturing company in Indonesia is influenced by various factors of financial and non-financial that can be measured using financial ratios, good governance, and social responsibility practices in the company. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of financial performance proxied by Profitability and Solvability, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on the firm value,with Investment Opportunity set (IOS) as a moderating variable. The firm value in this study was proxied by Tobins’q.The population of this research is manufacturing companywith chemical industry subsectors listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2013-2015. The sampling method used is purposive sampling and acquired 31 companies in this sample. The analytical method used is moderating regression analysis.Based on the results of hypotheses testing, there wasSolvability and IOS had positive effect on firm value, while Profitability, GCG, and CSR had no effect on the firm value. The use of a moderating variable Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) is not able to strengthen the influence of profitability, solvability, GCG and CSR on the firm value.

Abstract

The research was conducted aimed at finding empirical evidence on the influence of the proportion of independent commissioners, environmental performance and company growth on corporate environmental disclosures. This study uses a sample of all companies listed on the IDX during 2014 - 2016. The total sample that meets the criteria is 25 companies. The data source used is an annual report, collected using the purposive sampling method. Testing the hypothesis by using multiple regression with the panel method. The results of this study state that the variable proportion of independent commissioners and environmental performance has a positive effect on environmental disclosure, and the proportion of public ownership as a moderation of the relationship of independent commissioners with environmental disclosures and the relationship of environmental performance with environmental disclosure.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of professional skepticism, independence, and time pressure on the ability of auditors to detect fraud. Subjects in this study are auditors who work in Public Accounting Firm in DKI Jakarta. In this study, a sample of 103 respondents was chosen by convenience sampling method. A total of 103 questionnaires were given then 103 questionnaires were returned and there were 100 questionnaires that could be used and checked using multiple linear regression models, while there were 3 questionnaires that could not be used because there was no answer. Analyzer used in this research is SPSS 22. The results of auditor skepticism and independence have a significant positive effect on auditor fraud detection ability. Time pressure affects the fraud detection ability significantly negatively.

Abstract

This study to examine the inflluence of experience, independence, auditor professional scepticism, application of ethics, and workload on the ability of auditors in detecting fraud in the public accounting firm in Jabodetabek using multiple regression analysis. In this study using of hypothesis testing. The technique of sampling with convenience sampling approach. The study sample of 97 respondents in 14 public accounting firm in Jabodetabek. The result conclude that experience, independence, and workload have no effects on the ability of auditors in detecting fraud. While auditors professional skepticism and application of ethics have significant positive effects on the ability of auditors in detecting fraud.

Abstract

Cash dividend is one form of return expected by shareholders. But on the other side, cash dividend is an expense for the company. This conflict of interest is a factor affecting the company in determine the amount of cash dividends. So, the researcher conducting research which aims to test and analyze the influence of Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio, EPS, Free Cash Flow, and Previous Year Dividend to Cash Dividend paid by company. The sample used in this reasearch is manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014 to 2016. After sampling the results showed there are 17 companies that can be sampled with a period of three years. So the total sample in this research are 51 samples. The result of this research shows that (1) Current Ratio has positive effect to Cash Dividend, (2) Net Profit Margin has no effect to Cash Dividend, (3) Debt to Equity Ratio has no effect to Cash Dividend, (4) EPS has positive effect to Cash Dividend , (5) Free Cash Flow has no effect to Cash Dividend, (6) Previous Year Dividend has no effect to Cash Dividend.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the perception of accounting lecturers in Universities across Jakarta on the implementation of material flow cost accounting (MFCA). The variables in this study are the perception of accounting lecturers in Jakarta and MFCA implementation. The data was obtained using purposive sampling method and a survey questionnaire answered by accounting lecturers of various Universities in Jakarta. The samples used were 180 questionnaires. The analysis technique used is Mann-Whitney. The results indicates a positive response from accounting lecturers in Jakarta, that this is the time for Universities with accounting program to hold an environment accounting class and companies to implement MFCA. The results of subsequent studies indicate that there are differences in the perception of accounting lecturer between the big and the small Universities in Jakarta on the implementation of MFCA.

Abstract

This study is aimed to examine the effect of good corporate governance, capital intensity ratio, leverage and financial distress on tax aggressiveness. Using samples from mining sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in period 2013-2017, the data will be examined with random effect approach method. The results of this study good corporate governance of the managerial ownership and institutional ownership not effect on tax aggressiveness, meanwhile independent commissioners affect positive significantly on tax aggressiveness. While from capital intensity ratio which affect positive significantly on tax aggressiveness. In addition, leverage affect negative significantly on tax aggressiveness and financial distress variable, does not effect on tax aggressivess.

Abstract

This research examines to analyze the impact of Corporate Governance, Related Party Transaction, Ownership Concentration, Corporate Value  On The Level of Asymmetric Information .The results of this study indicate that (1) Corporate governance is no negative influence on to increase information asymmetry. (2) Related party transaction is no positive influence to increase information asymmetry(3) Ownership concentration is  positive influence to increase information asymmetry (4)The corporate value is no negative influence to increase information asymmetry

Abstract

This research aim to analise the influence of profitability and corporate social responsibility disclosure using size of firm as moderation variable. In this research the sample used are non-profitable ventures as listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) in 2014 until 2016. Source of information used in this research are financial statements, firms annual report, and sustainability reports. Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure is measured by sustainability reports wich is given score by general standard and specific standard in annual reports adjusted with directive sustainability Global Reporting Initiative gen 4 (GRI-G4) report. Build upon analisis from this research, writer can conclude that profitability weighs positive and has significant effect towards company values. Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure affected company values and weighs unsignificant towards company values.  Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure that uses company size as moderation variable  has unsignificant effect towards company values.
