Abstract

This study aimed to examine the elements that affect Scarlett Whitening customers' e-commerce purchase decisions. The factors studied are product quality, price, and brand ambassador. The critical data used in this study were collected directly from respondents by sending research questionnaires to Scarlett Whitening customers shopping online in Jabodetabek. In contrast, secondary data in this study came from other statistical data and websites. Non-probability purposive sampling was used to acquire the data, and there were 110 respondents. With the aid of SPSS software version 25, this kind of research uses an associative analysis method with a quantitative approach. This study discovered that Scarlett Whitening's consumer purchase decisions in e-commerce are positively and significantly impacted by product quality, price, and brand ambassador.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of  Debt to Asset Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, and Return on Asset on the profit growth of public healthcare sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2017-2021. The population of this study consists of public healthcare sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample was determined using purposive sampling technique, and the selected sample consists of 3 public healthcare sector companies. The data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis with the assistance of EViews 12 software. The research findings indicate that the variable Debt to Asset Ratio does not have a significant influence on profit growth, Total Asset Turnover has a significant negative influence on profit growth, while the variable Return on Asset has a significant positive influence on profit growth. Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the effect of return on asset, return on equity, debt to equity ratio and earning per share toward stock price in company food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2018 to 2022. The population in this research was 118 companies in the consumer non-cyclicals sector. The determination of samples is using purposive sampling method, so that the selected sample is relevant to the research objectives. The company sampled in this research was 16 food and beverage companies. Researchers used data panel regression analysis techniques with data processing using the E-views 10 application to test the research hypothesis. The results shows return on assets and return on equity has no positive effect on stock prices, debt to equity ratio has a negative effect on stock prices and earning per share has a positive effect on the stock price of food and beverage sub-sector companies. These research results are simultaneously shows that the return on asset, return on equity, debt to equity ratio and earning per share variables are capable to explain stock prices on those 16 food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of company reputation, compensation and work environment on the interest in applying for a case study job at ABFII Perbanas alumni majoring in management. The data analysis methods used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Determination Coefficient Test, Statistical Test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The population of this study were alumni of ABFII Perbanas majoring in management in 2018, the sample used in this study amounted to 62 people. The data collection method used is by using a questionnaire distribution technique. The type of research used is a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach assisted by SPSS version 18 data processing tools. The results show that there is a significant influence between variables company reputation, salary, and work environment simultaneously on variables interested in applying for job.

Study This aim For analyze role Compensation and Training To BPO Employee Performance at The Development Bank of Singapore Limited . Study This using primary data and the data used in study This obtained from spread questionnaire to employee with BPO status at The Development Bank of Singapore Limited . Data on research This processed use SPSS application version 26. Population in study is employee with BPO status at The Development Bank of Singapore Limited as many as 40 respondents and methods taking sample is saturated sampling , so sample used​ as many as 40 respondents . Research result in a way Partial showing compensation influential significant to performance employee whereas training No influential to performance employees , and values coefficient The determination of R 2 is 0.381 which is significant that ability variables independent that is Compensation and Training in explain variable dependent namely Employee Performance as big as 38.1 % and the remaining 62.9 % are influenced by factors that are not​​ researched in research this , so recommended For study Next to add variable other independent factors such as : motivation , competence and so on .
