Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penurunan angka kemiskinan melalui rehabilitasi sosial program rumah layak huni sehat di Kecamatan Monano Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskritif analisis. Informasi didapatkan melalui wawancara pada aparat kecamatan dan aparat desa. Dokumentasi gambar pembangunan rumah layak sehat diambil pada desa terkait dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan program pembangunan rumah layak huni sehat di Kecamatan Monano Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara belum signifikan dalam menurunkan angka kemiskinan karena program pembangunan rumah layak huni sehat merupakan bantuan dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan sosial yang berupaya membuat hidup lebih baik dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup lebih baik. This study aims to determine the reduction of poverty through the rehabilitation of social programs for healthy habitable houses in Monano District, North Gorontalo Regency. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive analysis. Information obtained through interviews with district officials and village officials. Documentation of pictures of the construction of healthy decent houses was taken in the related villages in this study. The results of the study show that the development program for healthy habitable houses in Monano District, North Gorontalo Regency has not been significant in reducing poverty because the healthy housing development program is an aid in improving social welfare that seeks to make life better and improve quality of life better.

Abstract

Pasar tradisional adalah bentuk ekonomi kerakyatan yang sangat mempengaruhi perekonomian yang ada di Indonesia. Pasar tradisional sudah sangat melekat pada kehidupan masyarakat saat ini, yang bisa memiliki pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat. Sehingga pemerintah harus dan wajib melindungi keberadaan pasar tradisional. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui peran dari pemerintah dalam perlindungan dan pemberdayaan pasar tradisional di Kota Kotamobagu Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif yaitu untuk mengungkap kejadian atau fakta, keadaan, fenomena, variabel dan keadaan yang terjadi saat penelitian berlangsung dengan menyuguhkan apa yang terjadi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah peran pemerintah terhadap pasar tradisonal yang ada di kotamobagu masih sangat kurang hal ini terlihat dari keluhan masyarakat terhadap peran pemerintah itu sendiri. khususnya para konsumen atau pemebli yang sering berbelanja di pasar tradisional, pembeli belum dapat merasakan kenyamanan saat berbelanja di pasar tradisonal. Ada beberapa masalah yang belum dapat di selesaikan oleh pemerintah contohnya, soal penataan ruang dan tempat untuk para pedagang pasar tradisional, kapasitas pedagang dan tempat berjualan masih belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan lahan berjualan bagi para pedagang pasar trdisional, kebersihan lingkungan pasar, penataan pedagang, kurangnya pembinaan – pembinaan kepada pedagang pasar Traditional markets are a form of populist economy that greatly affects the economy in Indonesia. Traditional markets have been very attached to people's lives today, which can influence people's economic growth. So the government must and must protect the existence of traditional markets. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the government in the protection and empowerment of traditional markets in Kotamobagu City, North Sulawesi Province. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely to reveal events or facts, circumstances, phenomena, variables, and circumstances that occurred during the research by presenting what happened. The result of this study is that the government's role in traditional markets in Kotamobagu is still lacking, this can be seen from public complaints about the role of the government itself. especially, consumers or buyers who often shop at traditional markets, buyers have not been able to feel comfortable when shopping at traditional markets. There are several problems that the government has not been able to solve, for example, the matter of structuring space and places for traditional market traders, the capacity of traders and places to sell still cannot meet the needs of selling land for traditional market traders, cleanliness of the market environment, arrangement of traders, lack of guidance - coaching for market traders

Abstract

Penelitian berada di Dinas Sosial Kabupaen Banggai Laut Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah dengan objek penelitian pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai di dinas sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Banggai Laut. Metode yang digunakan dan diterapkan di penelitian ini melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyajian secara deskripsi. Hasil peneltian ini adalah Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel pendidikan dan pelatihan (X) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) tergolong kuat, dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 8,358 dan signifikan 0,011 < 0,05, dengan mempunyai hubungan secara simultan sebesar 0,581 dan probability 0,00572 < 0,05 dan besarnya kontribusi sumbangan dari hubungan tersebut adalah 0,5812 x 100% = 33,80 atau 34% hal ini menunjukan tingkat hubungan yang rendah. Walaupun rendah tetapi mempunyai persamaan regresi yang baik, dengan Ŷ = α + β . X = 8,358 + 0,0601.(X). Ini artinya saat sekarang nilai kinerja pegawai sebesar 8,358 dan jika ada penambahan (+) maka naik dengan pengaruh sebesar 0,0601. The research is in the Social Service of Banggai Laut Regency, Central Sulawesi Province with the object of research being education and training for employees in the social service. The purpose of this study was to determine how big the relationship between education and training for employees at the Social Service of Banggai Laut Regency is. The method used and applied in this research is through a quantitative approach with a descriptive presentation. The results of this study are the magnitude of the simultaneous influence between education and training (X) on employee performance (Y) is quite strong, with a Fcount value of 8.358 and a significant 0.011 < 0.05, with a simultaneous relationship of 0.581 and a probability of 0.00572 < 0, 05 and the contribution of the contribution of the relationship is 0.5812 x 100% = 33.80 or 34% this shows a low level of relationship. Although low, it has a good regression equation, with Ŷ = α + β. X = 8.358 + 0.0601.(X). This means that the current value of employee performance is 8.358 and if there is an addition (+) then it increases with an effect of 0.0601.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis peran Pemerintah Dinas Pariwisata Kota Gorontalo terkait pengembangan pariwisata dimasa pandemic covid 19. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun hasil peneltian adalah Peran Dinas Pariwisata Gorontalo dalam pengembangan pariwisata di masa pandemi covid-19 dengan tersedianya wirausahawan (Operator) Koordinator, fasilitator dan stimulan masih terdapat kekurangan yang belum dilaksanakan oleh koordinator dan fasilitator dengan baik. Analisis terhadap langkah-langkah yang di lakukan dinas pariwisata kota gorontalo, dapat dijelaskan dimana juga telah turut berperan aktif mendukung pengembangan wisata. Dinas pariwisata kota gorontalo ikut memaksimalkan potensi pariwisata yang ada dengan membentuk lembaga khusus yang berfokus pada sektor pariwisata, mengatur sumber daya yang potensial untuk dikembangkan menjadi objek wisata, ditribusi manfaat berupa pembagian hasil pendapatan dari sektor pariwisata, memfasilitasi pengembangan wisata serta meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat setempat dengan pelatihan-pelatihan keterampilan. This study aims to determine and analyze the role of the Gorontalo City Tourism Office Government regarding tourism development during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used is a descriptive research method that uses a qualitative approach. The results of the research are the role of the Gorontalo Tourism Office in tourism development during the covid-19 pandemic with the availability of entrepreneurs (Operators) Coordinators, facilitators and stimulants, there are still shortcomings that have not been carried out by the coordinators and facilitators properly. Analysis of the steps taken by the Gorontalo City Tourism Office, it can be explained that they also play an active role in supporting tourism development. The Gorontalo City Tourism Office has participated in maximizing the existing tourism potential by forming a special institution that focuses on the tourism sector, managing potential resources to be developed into tourist attractions, distributing benefits in the form of revenue sharing from the tourism sector, facilitating tourism development and improving local community skills by skills training.
