Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of ZISWAF (Zakat, Infaq, Sedekah, and Waqf) fund distribution through Islamic financial institutions on financial stability and performance in Indonesia, amidst potential funds reaching IDR 233 trillion, but realization of only tens of trillions due to the dominance of consumer funds and weak governance. The study aimed to identify the integration mechanism of ZISWAF with Islamic finance and its implications for NPF, ROA, and Third Party Funds (DPK) indicators based on a content analysis of OJK documents for the 2020-2024 period. The method used was descriptive qualitative research using content analysis techniques on official financial reports, OJK publications, and Islamic institutional documents. The results showed a positive correlation between productive ZISWAF distribution and a decrease in NPF below 3%, an average increase in ROA of 1.8%, and 15% year-on-year growth in DPK through portfolio diversification and blended waqf finance. Although challenges of dependency on beneficiaries and fragmentation between institutions still hamper optimization. These findings recommend OJK regulations for integrated reporting standards and a minimum allocation of 60% of funds to productive schemes to strengthen the resilience of the national Islamic financial sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of zakat, infaq, sedekah, and waqf (ZISWAF) in supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). ZISWAF is an Islamic social financial instrument with significant potential for promoting sustainable development, but its utilization remains suboptimal and not fully integrated with the SDGs agenda. This study used a qualitative approach with a literature review method through a review of scientific journals, books, and other relevant literature. The results indicate that ZISWAF plays a significant role in poverty reduction, improving social welfare, and empowering the community's economy, particularly through productive zakat, support for education and health, and the management of productive waqf. With professional, transparent management, and integration with development policies, ZISWAF has the potential to become a strategic instrument in supporting inclusive and sustainable development in accordance with the SDGs.

Abstract

Halal certification is an important aspect in ensuring consumer trust and enhancing the competitiveness of MSME products, particularly in Muslim-majority regions such as Sampang Regency. Although the level of awareness among MSME actors regarding the importance of halal certification is relatively high, the number of certified businesses remains low. This study aims to analyze the level of awareness of MSME actors, identify obstacles in the halal certification process, and formulate strategies to improve halal certification awareness. This research employs a qualitative approach using a descriptive case study method through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the main obstacles include complex procedures, limited access to information, certification costs, and insufficient assistance. The study concludes that improving halal certification awareness requires integrated strategies involving socialization, education, technical assistance, and sustainable policy support to enhance MSME product quality and competitiveness.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) telah membawa banyak perubahan dalam cara perusahaan melakukan rekrutmen dan seleksi karyawan. Penggunaan AI memberikan berbagai keuntungan, seperti proses yang lebih cepat, hasil penyaringan kandidat yang lebih tepat, biaya yang lebih hemat, serta kemampuan mengolah data dalam jumlah besar untuk membantu perusahaan mengambil keputusan yang lebih akurat. AI juga membantu perusahaan menemukan kandidat yang paling cocok dengan menganalisis kompetensi, perilaku, dan potensi kinerja secara lebih objektif.Namun, penggunaan AI juga menimbulkan beberapa tantangan. Misalnya, masih ada risiko bias dalam algoritma, kemampuan AI yang belum mampu memahami konteks dan emosi manusia, kurangnya transparansi dalam cara kerja sistem, serta kekhawatiran kandidat mengenai keamanan dan privasi data mereka. Karena itu, perusahaan perlu menerapkan penggunaan AI secara etis dan tetap melibatkan peran manusia dalam pengawasan proses rekrutmen. Secara keseluruhan, AI memberikan peluang besar untuk memperbaiki kualitas rekrutmen dan seleksi, tetapi tetap membutuhkan regulasi, evaluasi berkelanjutan, serta kombinasi kerja antara manusia dan AI agar hasilnya optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami secara mendalam manfaat dan tantangan penggunaan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam proses rekrutmen dan seleksi karyawan. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research)
