Abstract

Zakat, Infaq, and Alms (ZIS) is one of the worships in Islam to seek the pleasure of Allah SWT. To optimally empower Zakat, Infaq, and Alms funds, a professional, trustworthy and transparent management institution is needed. This study was conducted to determine the factors that influence people's interest in paying ZIS through Baitul Mal Sigli, Pidie Regency. This research is a field research using quantitative analysis methods. Sampling method using Non-Probability Sampling with Incidental Sampling technique. The sample used in this study were 50 people. The data used in this study is primary data which is data obtained directly from respondents by distributing questionnaires. The results of the multiple regression analysis show that the religiosity factor has a positive and significant effect on people's interest in paying ZIS through Baitul Mal Sigli, Pidie Regency, on the other hand, trust and religiosity factors have no significant effect on people's interest in paying ZIS through Baitul Mal Sigli, Pidie Regency.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach, the population of this study is all reports of murabahah financing in 2016-April 2021, the instrument used is documentation. The results of this study indicate that partially inflation has no significant effect on Murabahah Financing for the period 2016 to April 2021. The Tcount value of inflation is smaller than Ttable (-0.986 <2.017) and a significance value greater than a (0.05) indicates that inflation does not have a significant effect on Murabahah Financing in the period 2016 to April 2021, and the BI Rate does not have a significant effect on Murabahah Financing for the period 2016 to April 2021, this is proven by the Tcount value of inflation which is smaller than the Ttable value (1.734<2.017) and the significance value which is greater than a (0.05) i.e. (0.088>0.05) indicates that the BI Rate has no significant effect on Murabahah Financing in the 2016 – April 2021 period. Simultaneously or together, Inflation and the BI Rate have a significant positive effect. on Murabahah Financing for the period 2016 to April 2021. The magnitude of the influence of Inflation and the BI Rate is together with Murabahah Financing, the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R) is 0.88 or 88%, while the remaining 12% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to show the effect of Regional Original Income, Revenue Sharing Funds, and Total Population on Regional Expenditures for the Province of South Sumatra for the 2015-2016 period. The population of this study were eight districts/cities of South Sumatra. The quantitative analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis. The technique of determining the sample uses the purpose sampling method. The results showed that partially and simultaneously local revenue had a positive and significant effect on regional spending. Furthermore, profit-sharing funds have a positive effect on regional spending. Meanwhile, the total population partially and simultaneously has a significant positive effect on regional spending. This research has implications, especially for the government of South Sumatra Province to improve the quality of the economy, human resources or natural resources to increase APBN revenues. The increase in income will increase the development of infrastructure and public facilities in the Province of South Sumatra.

Abstract

Bintang Mitra Semestaraya Tbk is a business entity domiciled in the investment and commercial sector. The company started as an investment company investing in real estate companies in developing basic housing projects, mid-range residential projects and companies developing commercial buildings. The importance of analysis of profitability reports to see the company's ability taken from financial statements with the aim of knowing the efficiency and effectiveness of the use of allocation or use of capital in making operational decisions and maximizing profits. The purpose of this study is to see the level of profitability of the Bintang Mitra Semestaraya company from 2017-2021. To examine the data, the researcher uses a financial scale comparison analysis technique in 2021 by comparing previous years (time series technique) or by comparing the achievements of the current period with the previous period so that the differences in each period are obtained using the profitability ratio. With a profitability ratio, the average value shows 6.37%, and the average profit achieved in the last five years is only 1.18% so that the company is declared unable to generate a large enough profit for the company.

Abstract

This research was aimed to know and analyze the influence of FDR, CAR, BOPO, BI Rate, and Inflation  toward the profitability which is measured by using ROA at the Islamic Commercial Bank in Indonesia. The population of this research was all of Islamic Commercial Bank in Indonesia. The sample was purposive sampling which take years of research from 2017 up to 2021 by using secondary data. The test showed that FDR has positive and insignificant to the profitability (ROA) at Islamic Commercial Bank in Indonesia. Meanwhile CAR and BOPO variable has negative and significant to the profitability (ROA) at Islamic Commercial Bank in Indonesia, external Bank variable which was BI rate and inflation has positive influence and insignificant to the profitability (ROA) at Islamic Commercial Bank in Indonesia. The result of coefficient correlation test (R2) dependent variable with independent variable was 0,834914 or 83,48%. It shows that dependent ROA variable and independent variable (FDR, CAR, BOPO, BI RATE, inflation) has pretty strong relationship 83,48%. More over the other percentage 16,52% was influenced by other variables which did not include in this research.
