Abstract

Kehadiran Organisasi Pengelola Zakat (OPZ) yang beroperasi pada skala usaha kecil dalampenghimpunan dan penyaluran dana zakat mengindikasikan adanya perhatian khusus dalammendayagunakan zakat sebagai salah satu instrument keuangan Islam yang bertujuan untukkesejahteraan masyarakat. Dewasa ini, muncul berbagai isu inefisiensi pengelolaan dana zakatyang tidak akan mampu membangun kapasitas organisasinya agar secara ekonomi, sosial, dankeuangan dapat berkelanjutan dalam mencapai tujuannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmenganalisis implikasi efisiensi kinerja OPZ, sehingga kehadiran dan program-program yangdimilikinya dapat berimplikasi terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Indonesia. Menggunakan metodepenelitian kombinasi. Perolehan tingkat efisiensi tersebut menunjukkan pencapaian efisiensi dalampengelolaan zakat berimplikasi terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Indonesia, di mana perolehantingkat kemiskinan di Indonesia pada tahun 2012-2015 mengalami penurunan yang signifikan.Dengan demikian, adanya OPZ yang mengelola zakat secara efisiensi dapat menjadi salah satukontribusi dalam pengentasan kemiskinan di Indonesia melalui berbagai program baikpenghimpunan maupun penyalur secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

In order to build an Islamic economic system in Islamic state, a state should manage its finance based on the principles of Sharia, both in the terms of earning or incomes and their allocations on the earnings side, a state should manage their incomes according to Islamic way. Than the result of their incomes should be allocated in order to achieve their goals, which is the prosperity of society. Tax is a policy which is settled by a government and decided according to the needs or necessities of state its self. For example, Malaysia has decided and managed their incomes sources such as tax, zakat, and awqaf. And they were allocated according to the needs or necessities of a state such as infrastructure, salaries, subsidies, and also to eight parts of zakat receiver.

Abstract

Berbagai upaya kebijakan pemerintah Indonesia dalam menanggulangi peningkatan kemiskinan telah diterapkan. Islam mempunyai kebijakan dalam menangani peningkatan kemiskinan, yaitu melalui isntrumen zakat. Namun yang perlu dipertanyakan apa saja upaya para lembaga amil zakat dalam menghadapi pandemi Covid-19 yang menyebabkan peningkatan angka kemiskianan, sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai insturmen pemerataan ekonomi, khususnya di masa pandemi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat penelitian kepustakaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi BAZNAS sesuai dengan seluruh komponen konsep delapan jalur pemerataan ekonomi masyarakat, yaitu dengan program-program yang diterapkan oleh BAZNAS. Dengan demikian harapan besar dari program-program tersebut dapat menekan angka kemiskinan di Indonesia yang meningkat diakibatkan dari pandemi Covid-19 saat ini.

Abstract

Transaksi dalam sektor riil melibatkan pertukaran dan juga percampuran, antara dayn (financial assets) maupun ‘ayn (riel assets). Kedua konsep tersebut merupakan sebagai refleksi dalam keilmuan ekonomi Islam, yang membahas tentang teori pertukaran dan percampuran dalam ekonomi Islam, yang mana harus dibahas dan diketahui terlebih dahulu sebelum memasuki pembahasan tentang perbankan syariah (real sector based banking). Karena transaksi di sektor riil melibatkan dayn dan ‘ayn, sehingga teori pertukaran dan percampuran merupakan pilar yang penting untuk dibahas terlebih dahulu. Maka perlu untuk memahami lebih dalam tentang konsep pertukaran dan percampuran dalam ekonomi Islam. Karena kedua konsep tersebut merupakan dasar dalam suatu transaksi muamalah, terutama dalam transaksi pada perbankan syariah. Kata Kunci: Pertukaran, Percampuran, Dayn, ‘Ayn, Ekonomi Islam

Abstract

Government Policy in the Covid-19 Pandemic Period Agains the Benefits of MSME Development in Ie Masen Kayee Adang Village Banda Aceh enforced a system with theEnforcement of Community Activity Restrictions so as to reduce activities outside the home. This study aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the development of MSMEs in Ie Masen Kayee Adang Village and government policies during the Covid-19 period for the benefit of MSME development in Ie Masen Kaye Adang Village. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach by collecting data using the method of observation, documentation, and interview methods. The results of this study indicate that a number of parties related to the presence of the COVID-19 pandemic have had a major impact due to the policy of school and office holidays as well as social distancing. There has been a decline in the income of MSME actors by more than 50%.

Abstract

Keputusan belanja adalah beberapa tahapan yang dilakukan oleh konsumen sebelum melakukan keputusan belanja suatu produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya hidup, kualitas produk, dan harga terhadap perilaku mahasiswa dalam pengambilan keputusan belanja gadget dalam perspektif konsumsi Islami. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional study. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya hidup berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perilaku mahasiswa dalam pengambilan keputusan belanja gadget pada sebesar 0,302. Kualitas produk berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perilaku mahasiswa dalam pengambilan keputusan belanja gadget sebesar 0,366. Harga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perilaku mahasiswa dalam pengambilan keputusan belanja gadget sebesar 0,342. Maka secara simultan gaya hidup, kualitas produk, dan harga berpengaruh signifikan serta positif terhadap perilaku mahasiswa dalam pengambilan keputusan belanja gadget.

Abstract

Commercial zakat is zakat issued on property ownership intended for buying and selling, which of course has reached the nishab or haul. Trading activities are efforts made by humans to obtain halal sustenance aimed at being able to meet the needs of human life. This study was conducted to determine the factors that influence muzakki in paying commercial zakat (study of traders in Banda Aceh City). This research is a field research (Field Research) using quantitative methods. Sampling method using Non-Probability Sampling technique. The sample used in this study was 100 muzakki or traders in Banda Aceh City. The data used in this study is primary data which is data obtained directly from respondents by distributing questionnaires. The results of the multiple regression analysis show that partially trust and self-awareness factors have a positive and significant effect on muzakki in paying commercial zakat (study pf traders in Banda Aceh City). On the other hand partially understanding factors do not have a significant effect on muzakki in paying zakat on brokerage (study of traders in Banda Aceh City)

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the pillars and contribute to the Indonesian economy. One of the factors contributing to the decline in MSMEs is the result of the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to determine the role of MSMEs as the foundation for the economic benefit of the Indonesian people during the Covid-19 pandemic and the obstacles in the development of MSMEs. This type of research is a qualitative research that is literature review or library research by using library data obtained from various sources of library information related to research such as through abstracts of research results, indexes, reviews, journals, and reference books. This study refers to the results of research from the Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI) entitled "Survey of MSME Performance in the Covid-19 Pandemic Period". The results of this study indicate that MSMEs are able to play a role as a foundation for the economic benefit of the Indonesian people during the Covid-19 pandemic and the obstacles in the development of MSMEs.

Abstract

This research tests the effect of profitability, growth opportunity, and net working capital on corporate cash holding for a sample of banks company listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange over the period 2013-2015. Population of this research is 31 banks companies at the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research use path analysis method. Hypothesis test of this research employs standardized multiple regression analysis. The result show that simultaneously profitablity, growth opportunity, and net working capital have influence enough to cash holding. While partially profitability has a positive influence enough to cash holding, growth opportunity and net working capital has a very weak negative effect on cash holding.

Abstract

In facing the current global economic era, the government should pay special attention, especially to empowering superior Human Resources (HR). The presence of BUMDes in the form of micro, small, and medium enterprises are a medium for the community to develop their economy, and every muamalah that is carried out should be in accordance with the purpose of benefit, namely the benefit of the community's economy. This study analyzes the optimization of the empowerment of the economic benefits of rural communities through BUMDes. The methodology of this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. This research design uses primary and secondary data. The results showed that the aspects of Hifz al-Din, Hifz al-Nasl, and Hifz al-Mal had been achieved. The aspect of Hifz al-Nafz has not been achieved and while Hifz al-'Aql has not been fully fulfilled. The advice obtained from the results of the research to the Nanggerang Village apparatus is to be able to build awareness of the community about the importance of an education even though it is non-formal education, such as training in entrepreneurial development, because by increasing the knowledge of creativity in entrepreneurship, it is universally possible to improve the community's economy much better.
