Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the diversity of Scout members in instilling Dasa Darma values. Data collection techniques in this study were through observation, interviews and documentation of several students who were active in the MAN Purwakarta Scout Movement extracurricular activities. Based on the research analysis, it was concluded that the Scout members of MAN Purwakarta believe in the pillars of faith and carry out the creed, pray, give alms, fast and behave in love for nature, love fellow human beings, have a patriotic spirit, have good manners, have a knight spirit, obey, carry out deliberations, help each other, steadfast in facing trials, diligent, skilled, frugal, careful, modest, always self-disciplined, courageous in truth, loyal to nation and religion, carrying out duties and orders properly, not lying, thinking that is directed towards goodness, not saying dirty words and rude, does not do things that harm either themselves or others in accordance with the values reflected in the Dasa Darma of the Scout Movement

Abstract

Regent Regulation Number 103 of 2021 concerning TDBA and Regional Regulation Number 09 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Education in Purwakarta Regency become the legal basis for the implementation of TdBA (Tatanen in Bale Atikan) in basic education. UPTD SD Negeri Salem which is used as a TdBA model school at the Pondoksalam Subdistrict level recently conducted an In House Training on the implementation of an independent curriculum based tatanen in Bale Atikan. IHT will be held for 3 days from 6-8 December 2022. This research uses a PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach, where researchers are part of the activities carried out and are practical. This IHT was attended by all school residents who aimed to provide a theoretical and practical understanding of Tatanen in Bale Atikan. The material presented on the first day was about the basic concepts of TdBA, the second day was about learning design, and the third day was about permaculture-based environmental management techniques

Abstract

This devotional article describes legal socialization of buying and selling online on the fiqh review shoope application and the Civil Code to prospective customers. The purpose of this service is education and advocacy to the reading public that buying and selling in modern times is not only done face to face but can be done online based on the use of technology. The type of service for this article is a qualitative legal service that seeks to explain and describe a portrait of the author's dedication in disseminating legal views to prospective customers and then describe it by following the guidelines for scientific writing. Invitations that apply are in accordance with the Civil Code Articles 1457 and Article 1458. Because with this basis, it is expected that sellers and buyers make buying and selling transactions properly and in accordance with the rules that apply so that fraud and fraud can also be minimized so that sales can be carried out without distance constraints and purchases also become safer. Second, if there is a delay, the parties involved/involved must immediately confirm so that there are no misunderstandings in the transaction. Third, parties who are bound/involved must act responsibly, especially for business actors who may take advantage of buying and selling, but the rights of buyers must still be respected in accordance with the principles of Islamic business ethics

Abstract

This dedication article aims to describe the application of the use of internet technology to increase student learning enthusiasm at MAS Yaspendi Sungai Iyu, Bendahara sub-district, Aceh Tamiang Regency. The purpose of writing this service article is as education and information for readers. This type of article is a qualitative service that seeks to describe and describe a portrait of the sincere and sincere dedication of a madrasa teacher that has been carried out at the Yaspendi Sungai iyu private aliyah madrasah and then described in a structured manner by following the applicable rules of writing scientific papers. The data collection technique in this service article is observation, namely the author is directly involved in giving himself to MAS Yaspen Sungai Iyu and interviewing several figures, namely the head of the madrasa, the head of administration, and the teachers of MAS Yaspendi Sungai Iyu, Bendahara District, Aceh Tamiang Regency. The results of the dedication show that, the application of Internet Media to MAS Yaspendi Sungai iyu, Bendahara District, Aceh Tamiang Regency, which makes visualization more interesting in learning at MAS Yaspendi Sungai iyu, Bendahara District, Aceh Tamiang Regency

Abstract

In order to understand the rules and intricacies of inheritance law, it is almost unavoidable to first understand some terms that are commonly encountered and known. However, there are three inheritance laws that apply in Indonesia, namely customary inheritance law, civil inheritance law, and Islamic inheritance law. Customary inheritance law is the legal rules that regulate the transmission and transition from century to century both tangible and intangible assets from generation to generation. A person becomes an heir according to civil inheritance law due to marriage and blood relations, whether legally or not. The Islamic inheritance system according to the Qur'an is actually an improvement and change from the principles of inheritance law that prevailed in Arab countries before Islam, with its patrilineal family system
