Abstract

This research aims to determine the interaction between Trichoderma harzianum and Bacillus subtilis as controlling bacteria wilting caused by Ralstonia solanacearum bacteria. This research was carried out in Laboratory of Microbiology and Green house at Science and Technology Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo and has been done on februari until March 2019. This research uses a completely randomized design (RAL) with 11 treatment and 3 replication to obtain 33 experimental units. The variables observed were the onset of symptoms of the dieses, indek of dieeses, stover wet weight planting. Data were ana- lyzed with variety of ANOVA followed by as 5% BNJ. The result of this research indicate that giving Trichoderma harzianum and Bacillus subtilis at the begining and simultane- ously can suppress pathogens than giving pathogens Ralstonia solanacearum first. This research showed the initial appearance of symptoms of dieses different very markedly bud the wet weight of bark and dry weight trimmed cropping showed different not real.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tofu liquid waste fertilizer and straw compost on the growth and production of pakcoy plants. This research was con- ducted in Gondang Hamlet, Kepulungan Village, Gempol Subdistrict, Pasuruan Regency, starting in January to March 2019. Using Factorial Randomized Design (RBD) with two factors and repeated 3 times followed by a 5% BNJ Test, the first factor was fertilizer tofu liquid waste ie without tofu liquid waste fertilizer , tofu liquid waste fertilizer 25ml / poly- bag, tofu liquid waste fertilizer 50ml / polybag, tofu liquid waste fertilizer 75ml / polybag. The second factor was straw compost namely 25% straw compost and soil and 50% straw compost and soil. The results showed that in the plant length variable interaction occurred, in the treatment of tofu liquid waste fertilizer there was a significant different effect on the variable number of leaves, leaf area, wet weight and dry weight, in the treat- ment of straw compost there were significantly different effects on the number of leaves and leaf area variables , in the treatment of T3B2 the yield of the pakcoy plant is better

Abstract

Performed at the Green House at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. Starting in December 2018 until February 2019. This study uses a Randomized Block Design which will be followed by a 5% BNJ test. The first factor is natural ZPT coconut water, shallot , Moringa leaf and the second factor is sand + soil, sand + soil + fuel husk, soil + sand + fertilizer cage repeated 3 times. The results of the study showed that natural ZPT types significantly affected the length of shoots. While the composition of the planting medium has an effect on the number of leaves, leaf area, leaf wet weight, and root volume. While the natural ZPT interaction and planting media showed an influence on root length with the best treatment found in the treatment of Natural ZPT onion and soil planting media + sand + husk charcoal.

Abstract

The research was conducted in the village jiken tulangan sidoarjo. especially mustard pagoda still needed, opening up opportunities in the production of organic farming, which supports the public demand for mustard pagoda, pagoda mustard plants can respond to the growth and yield of mustard pagoda. as organic materials, this study aims to determine the effect of dose poc paitan and cow manure on the growth and yield of mustard pagoda. as well as to determine the dose poc paitan and cow manure is right at pagoda mustard growth in order to obtain the highest yield, The experiment was arranged in factorial design used was a randomized block dsign (RAK) first factor E0,E1,E2 and the second factor B1, B2. B3 repeated 3 replications and 9 treatments each test and the test continued HSD 5% The result of research show that dosing poc paitan and cow manure average – highest average on observation of plant height, leaf number, stem diameter, leaf area, fresh weight, dry weight and root showed the highest at treatment E1 = cow manure 100 gr (20 ton/ ha) and B= POC paitan 25ml/ltr.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Trichoderma sp and Pseudomonas biofertilizer, carried out in the village of West Tebel, Gedangan Subdistrict, Sidoarjo Regency, starting in February 2019 until March 2019. The experiment was arranged factorial using a complete randomized design followed by a 5% BNJ test repeated 4 times with the first factor is biological fertilizer Trichoderma sp. The second factor is the use of Pseudomonas biological fertilizer. The variables observed were the number of leaves, plant height, stem diameter, initial flowering time, wet weight and dry stover and roots. The results showed that the highest average observed number of leaves, plant height, stem diameter, initial flowering time, wet weight and dry stover and roots. The results of the study said that the treatment of Trichoderma sp and Pseudomonas resulted in better growth and production of soybean plants.
