Abstract

Risk management in running a business is very important to do to protect the organization from risks that hinder the achievement of goals and various things that have the potential to cause losses to the company. This paper attempts to explain the basic concepts of risk management, the Islamic view of risk management, the relevance of risk and returns, and the urgency of risk management for sharia business. The results of this review can be concluded that there are two important rules that must be considered in conducting business and in every business transaction, namely the rules of al-kharaj bidh dhaman and al ghunmu bil ghurmi. With these two rules, Islam eliminates injustice and protects the rights of every party involved in the transaction business.

Abstract

The findings of the study in Toba Samosir Regency showed that in women rice farmers the influence of each independent variable individually which significantly affected the dependent variable was as follows. The wife's education, husband's education, the length of time her husband has been abroad and the Toba Batak Tradition regarding the dominance of women farmers in rice farming have a real effect. The results of the regression analysis show that the higher the education of the wife, the less time the wife spends on rice farming. This is because the higher the education level of the wife, the more varied the work she can do, such as opening a grocery store or trading ulos. The results of the regression analysis show that the higher the husband's education, the less time his wife spends on rice farming. This is because the higher the husband's education level, the wider his thinking perspective will lead to higher gender tolerance. Therefore, the husband's desire to ease his wife's work in the fields will be greater so that it can reduce the outpouring of the wife's working time (female farmers) in rice farming. The longer the period of time that the husband (male farmer) has traveled to the capital city of North Sumatra and DKI Jakarta, the less time his wife (female farmer) has worked in rice farming. This is because in overseas, husbands can see and compare the pattern of life in Toba Samosir with other areas so that awareness of gender equality begins to form and begins to devote part of his time to helping his wife in rice farming activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze education as a human investment, the method used is library research, the results of the research are in the form of various problems faced by our nation in increasing state income. Of course, to get such high income, we have to fix various sectors in the country. One area of ??challenge is the field of education, namely how to develop an education system that is able to improve the quality of Human Resources evenly, so as to produce good results. It can be seen that in recent years the Indonesian nation has made improvements in the field of education. Education is a fundamental thing that must be passed by every individual. If you want to progress and develop then improve the quality of education. For the community there is no reason not to be educated because the government is responsible for its people to receive education, such as providing facilities and infrastructure, operational funds, as well as scholarships for the community, and so on.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze risk management in management information systems. Therefore, banks and companies are advised to carry out detailed identification by looking at the hazards and risks at each stage of operation, the banking management information system workforce. The author also provides risk advice to banking institutions so that they use management in management information systems carefully and continue to pay attention and rediscover the usefulness of the risk management they use, besides that the most important thing is the development of risk management on management information systems, so as to protect all existing data on the information system. An institution or an organization that utilizes information technology to support ongoing information system activities, where the success of the services of these institutions refers to the extent to which information technology management has been implemented. The results that will be obtained from this risk management are that it will be seen that sources of threats can pose a threat to the management information system, such as human threats (hackers/crackers and insiders), as well as threats of natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, fires and others). ). The rapid development of information technology at this time requires every institution or company to always develop in all its fields, with the existence of information technology now companies can apply it as well as possible. On the other hand, the application of information technology requires investment costs that are quite expensive and can pose a significant risk of failure. When a company situation like this requires strong consistency in managing and implementing information systems. Therefore, risk management is needed by a company so that it can find out what risks can occur if implementing risk management on the banking management information system. The COBIT 4.1 framework is one of the frameworks that is often used and is very suitable for the needs of institutions and banks, because the COBIT 4.1 framework is certain to have aligned information systems with business processes, information technology resources, identified risks, carried out a risk assessment, managing risks appropriately, and being able to produce recommendations in order to achieve the desired targets.

Abstract

The presence of mobile banking can also have a positive impact because the main goal of mobile banking is to make it easier for students to make every transaction they want to make. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of efficiency, security, and convenience on students' interest in transacting using mobile banking among Islamic bank students. Banking services have shown increasing progress recently, starting with internet banking which can provide convenience in banking transactions. After that, the SMS-based mobile banking (M-Banking) service, known as SMS bank, was born. This sms banking service makes it easier for customers to carry out banking transactions such as balance checks, account transfers and others.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji determinan ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah di provinsi sumatera utara. Yang menjadi variabel pada penelitian ini adalah kemandirin keuangan daerah, posisi keuangan, kinerja keuangan dan opini audit. Sampel pada enelitian ini menggunakan seluruh kabupaten/kota yang merupakan daerah pemekaran dibawah tahun 2000 dan yang telah diaudit oleh BPK sebanyak 20 kabupaten/kota di provinsi sumatera utara pada tahun 2018-2020. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari BPK Perwakilan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa posisi keuangan berpengaruh secara positif terhadap ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah di provinsi sumatera utara diterima. Sedangkan kemandirian keuangan daerah, kinerja keuangan dan opini audit berpengaruh secara positif terhadap ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah di provinsi sumatera utara ditolak.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of sharia monetary policy instruments on economic growth in North Sumatra. The Islamic monetary policy instrument is in the form of economic growth in North Sumatra using the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). In this study, Islamic monetary policy instruments focused on Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificates (SBIS) and Bank Indonesia Sharia Deposit Facilities (FASBIS), while economic growth in North Sumatra used the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP). This type of research is quantitative research that emphasizes numerical data (numbers) processed using inferential statistical methods (analyzing the relationship between variables by testing hypotheses). The results of the study explain that Islamic monetary policy instruments (SBIS and FASBIS) have on economic growth in North Sumatra (GRDP) for the 2012-2021 period. This can be seen from the hypothesis test, namely the f test which shows that the Fcount value is 0.041 with a significance value of 0.000. Because the significance value is less than 0.05 (0.041 <0.05) and the value of Fcount > Ftable (4.679 > 4.46), the independent variables simultaneously affect the dependent variable. Islamic monetary policy instruments (SBIS and FASBIS) affect economic growth in North Sumatra (GRDP) by 45%. The coefficient is positive or in line between Islamic monetary policy (SBIS and FASBIS) has increased, so economic growth in North Sumatra (GDP).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mengetahui bagaimana prosedur pembiayaan UMKM di PT Bank Sumut Syariah Kec. Stabat, untuk mengetahui bagaimana efesiensi produk pembiayaan UMKM di PT. Bank Sumut Syariah Kec. Stabat dan untuk mengetahui apa saja hambatan bank dalam memberikan pembiayaan UMKM kepadapelakuusaha. Penedakatan penelitian ini men data melalui wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi. Berdasarkan informasi yang didapatkan, prosedur pembiayaan UMKM dimulai dari pengajuan permohonan, pemberitahuan persayaratan, nasabah memenuhi kelengkapan administrative, analisis awal, proses wawancara, survey, analisis kelayakan pembiayaan, akad dan terakhir realisasi pembiayaan. Dan produk pembiayaan UMKM ini cukup efesien dalam pengembangan usaha mengalami kenaikan semenjak menerima pembiayaan dari PT Bank Sumut Syariah Kec,. Stabat.Sedangkan hambatan bank ketika memberikan pembiayaan kepada pelaku usaha yakni jumlah pinjaman tidak sesuai dengan agunan, penyerahan dokumen nasabah yang kurang lengkap dan terkendala masalah BI Cheking.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis indikasi perilaku cost stickiness pada perusahaan manufaktur di Indonesia. Kekakuan biaya ditunjukkan oleh reaksi terhadap perubahan biaya. Terlihat bahwa biaya operasi meningkat lebih tinggi ketika volume aktivitas meningkat daripada penurunan biaya operasi ketika volume aktivitas menurun. Sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan kriteria penelitian adalah 107 dari seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yaitu 144 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2021 yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan model ABJ yang merupakan modifikasi dari model regresi linier berganda yang diperkenalkan oleh Anderson, Balakhrisman, Janakiraman (2003). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya indikasi perilaku cost stickiness pada perusahaan manufaktur di Indonesia pada tahun 2021. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa corporate governance berpengaruh terhadap cost stickiness. Hal ini dapat diartikan ketika nilai corporate governance pada suatu perusahaan tinggi, maka rasio total biaya operasi akan menurun, maka semakin rendah pula tingkat cost stickiness pada suatu perusahaan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kontribusi variabel corporate governance mampu menjelaskan dan menurunkan tingkat cost stickiness pada perusahaan manufaktur. Dengan demikian tingkat cost stickiness pada suatu perusahaan dapat diatasi dengan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik.

Abstract

Analysis of Inflation Control Efforts in the Covid-19 Era in Indonesia. Indonesia as one of the countries affected by Covid is experiencing economic problems, namely high inflation rates and declining currency rates. This study aims to analyze efforts to control inflation both in terms of fiscal and monetary policies. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods sourced from secondary data from literature studies and scientific articles. The results of this study indicate that fiscal and monetary policies can control inflation by improving the real sector of the economy.
