Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana resiko yang terjadi dalam menentukan biaya kontijensi pada pelaksanaan konstruksi proyek jalan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif eksploratif, proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara survey lokasi dan data skunder lain serta data utama melalui kuisioner dengan diskusi/wawancara. Responden yang dituju adalah personal PU Bina Marga dan Bina Kontruksi dan pelaksanaan sebanyak sepuluh orang responden. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan resiko dalam menentukan biaya kontijensi pada pelaksanan konstruksi proyek jalan Provinsi Sumatera Utara kontijensi di Dinas PU Bina Marga dan Bina Konstruksi dilakukan dengan estimasi adanya kemungkinan perusahaan mengalami kekalahan dalam proses peradilan terkait pelanggaran, kemungkinan adanya bencana alam, kerusakan, kerusuhan, dan berbagai kemungkinan yang tidak dapat diprediksi. Penentuan anggaran kontijensi dilakukan berdasarkan biaya minimal dan biaya maximal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze business strategies and social media on customer satisfaction at the barber house business in Medan. The population of this study amounted to 40 customers of Barber shop. The number of samples was 40 customers of Barber shop with saturated sampling technique. This research data was obtained from interviews and distributing research questionnaires to customers of Barber shop. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously business strategy and social media have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Barber shop business in Medan city. Partial research results show that business strategy and social media each have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Barber shop business In Medan city.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of customer service quality on customer satisfaction. This research is a type of descriptive research. The population of this research is the people who live in Dusun X Tembung Village, Percut Sei Tuan District. While taking samples in this study using Random Sampling Techniques (Random). The data analysis technique used in this study is the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test and One Sample T-Test. The calculation results show that from the test table for one of the samples above, it can be seen that the t-count value is 27.324. The value of df (degrees of freedom) is 0.000. Thus the alternative hypothesis (H1) which reads that consumer satisfaction is satisfied with the service quality of Rava Water Refill Drinking Water. is "accepted".

Abstract

The research aims to test the effect of capital adequacy measured by Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Credit Distribution measured by Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Liquidity measured by Current Ratio (CR), and Profitability measured by Return on Asset (ROA) of banking companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2021 period. The study used a quantitative approach and the nature of research is explanatory. Data collection was performed by documentation and samples were drawn by purposive sampling where the samples were 26 companies out of 39 banking companies to be the populations. Data were proceded and analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis. Partially, variable of Capital Adequacy Ratio (X1) has a positive and significant effect on profitability (Y), the variable of Loan Distribution (X2) does not affect the profitability (Y), Liquidity (X3) does not affect the profitability (Y), and simultaneously variables of capital adequacy (X1), variable of Loan Distribution (X2) and variable of Liquidity (X3) have a positive and significant effect on profitability (Y). In Conclusion, partially variable of Capital Adequacy Ratio (X1) has a positive and significant effect on profitability (Y), the variable of Loan Distribution does not affect the profitability (Y), Liquidity (X3) does not affect the profitability, and simultaneously variables of capital adequacy, variable of Loan Distribution and variable of Liquidity have a positive and significant effect on profitability.
